The person in charge of the decoration did not find any clean towels, as I mentioned, we did not have any towels at lunchtime, he just took some towels that were used by other guests, fortunately very damp, very dirty, even with blood stains, otherwise we would not would have noticed. Unbelievable, unsanitary, we almost used the towels. When checking in, the toilet without a hygienic strip, the tiles with feces and vomit were heavily soiled.
Poor hygiene, many guests in the hotel, including our group of 8, had severe diarrhea with vomiting and fever. According to the hotel staff, this is acclimatization. We have been to Beach Albatros Resort 3 times in the last 4 years, also on my birthday, never experienced anything like this, diarrhea every day, 2 days of which were severe diarrhea with vomiting and high fever. In the Hotel, a lot of guests were sick, some even had to go to the clinic. The whole complex smelled strongly of a sewage treatment plant located on the same site. Internet is very weak, Whatsapp calls are not possible. There was no wine at the beach bar, at the pool a maximum of 50-70 ml was poured into a glass. In the Lobby bar after 24:00 there is almost no Waiter. I celebrated my birthday, at midnight a friend also had a birthday, they didn’t want to serve us in the lobby bar, they didn’t believe that we had birthdays. They insulted and laughed. This hotel has very poor service despite tips, except for Abdo 314 at the beach bar and Alaa 350 at the pool bar, thank you.
All a la carte restaurants with à la carte service are quite good. The white wine was tasteless, the rosé tasted a little better. Alcohol and juices are very cheap. Cocktails are bad.
The pizza at the bistro near the beach was very good! The woman was very attentive and did her job well. Unfortunately, there is always a long queue with a 30-40 minute wait. There are a lot of mosquitoes throughout the hotel complex, including in the lobby bar, as the doors are open. The air conditioning is a disaster, too loud, with the window open it stinks of a sewage treatment plant (sewer). Large spacious double room with a large comfortable bed. In the Sea swim from 500 meters. Important note: bring medicines for nausea and diarrhea with you (we unfortunately did not have enough of them). The pharmacy paid 25 euros!! ! It is best to consult a doctor and pharmacy only in case of emergency. This will be an extremely expensive meeting.
I liked that they settled in the rooms immediately after breakfast, no additional payments were required for this. They also took into account our preferences (2 rooms next to each other), despite the almost full occupancy of the hotel.

The beach at this hotel is suitable for children by all criteria. Clean, fine, soft sand with warm water, knee-deep even at low tide. Far to the depths, you need to walk. Therefore, it is ideal for children. At a depth there are few dead corals, there are small fish, stingrays, a small moray eel. Even deeper we saw a turtle and a huge stingray. But overall, it's poor. There is no pontoon and it is not needed. The sunbeds are new, the beach is constantly cleaned, chic umbrellas that create a dense shadow (I will add a photo).
The room is newly renovated in Egyptian style). The standard room has a double bed and a 2-bed sofa for children in our case. Appliances are standard, cola, sprite, water in the refrigerator. I don’t know who came up with the design, but he is the lucky winner of the raspberry cup or whatever they give for failure. Nice, but. . . sink, toilet and shower in the room, ie. no door. The bathroom is separated by a glass door, which does not reach the end. Those. everyone will hear and see what you are doing there) You are sitting on the toilet, and a child runs up to the door and even though the door is cloudy, it is clearly visible that he is looking into your eyes. Service - the biggest plus is the Internet throughout. I am writing this review while lying on a lounger on the beach : ) On the beach or by the pool, they don’t let me go to the bar, just finish my drink, they carry the following drinks to choose from. They also clear empty cups very quickly. Tiles are washed every morning, pools are cleaned. Our room was cleaned well, every day, and the refrigerator, tea, and coffee were constantly replenished. Spinning swans (we leave a tip). But friends were not cleaned and did not replenish anything except water until they put a tip on the 5th day. The restaurant also delivers drinks, resolves any issues.
Food - at a decent level. Breakfasts are standard (croissants, omelettes, pancakes, waffles, yoghurts, sausages, toasts, buns, fresh juice, etc. ). Lunch - in the main restaurant hot dogs, burgers, french fries and other types, soups (delicious), various side dishes, pasta, salads, snacks. On the beach - very tasty pizza, ice cream, fries, etc. Dinner - every day a different direction. In general, in addition to the standard food, there were crabs, shrimp, squid, steaks, beef, chicken, turkey, duck, fish, quail. Every day, something on the grill. Outcome. The hotel is focused on Europeans, so it is difficult to find Russian-speaking friends) It will be boring for young people, ideal for families with children. There are elevators, which is also useful for people with disabilities. The food is decent, the drinks are delicious, there is entertainment, a compact area and polite staff.
Now we are in the hotel. None of the pools are heated. The water is ice cold. Children play in the sand on the beach or sit on sun loungers. Only a few can swim for a couple of minutes. My child does not bathe in such cold water. The sea also had not yet warmed up, we knew that. And they were looking for a good hotel in which the pools would be heated.
We went to the reception and received an answer that the heating was turned off on April 12!!!
