I liked it very much. Went here with the whole family and everyone enjoyed it. Booked apartments in advance. We had a very large comfortable bed, we got enough sleep with a bang, sometimes the child came running to us, there was enough space for everyone. We had a good mini-vacation, the hotel was pleased with good home cooking and territory. To begin with, having visited the website of this "Wonderful" institution, we liked everything with the second half, because everything looks really super-super in the photo, and an important factor was that in the price included food and was declared a private beach with a transfer. We called the administrator to clarify the information provided on the site. The girl confirmed everything and we confidently gave a positive answer and wanted to book a room with a veranda, but there were none on the required date and we agreed to a room without a veranda (but in vain). We were told to make a 20% down payment. No problem, they threw it on the same day for 100% reservation. And on the day of arrival, at the settlement, the administrator Julia meets us and takes us to the room. The room is located overlooking the fence and hoz. building with a shabby faç ade. We go into the room and it turns out there is no light, it alerted. They have a huge number of people (the participants and teams from the "Black Sea Games" lived), but there is NO light !! ! There was one generator in the main building. And the people in the second building sat without electricity. This, of course, outraged us and we thought about taking the money and moving to another hotel, but the administrator Yulia assured that after 1.5 hours the lights would turn on 100%. Okay, let's be patient. Stayed in the hope of a cool holiday, despite the temporary inconvenience. We took a cold shower without light (the boiler did not work). Let's go for lunch. They said in the cafe: “There is no light, we won’t be able to feed, come back in an hour. “We understood that they didn’t have gas and they cook on an electric stove. Of course, after the train we were hungry, we didn’t wait an hour, but went to have a bite to eat in a cafe near the sea. Returning after the sea, the light came on and we saw that the room was there were smudges on the walls (apparently there were flooding of the neighbors from above) and the TV showed only 3 channels and it was very snowy. they just didn’t do it in order to save light. The closet is rather modest, there was not enough chair or a small table. The only thing that pleased me was the bed, we slept really well. The next day, there was again a puncture on their part, they threw out both breakfast and lunch, because . . due to the large number of people living from the Black Sea Games festival, the kitchen and the waiters could not cope. Moreover, the website indicated that there is a private beach and 15 minutes to the sea. process construction, and the sea is a 30-minute walk. The minibus to the beach was seen only on the day of departure. So, comrades, get ready to go through the heat with your tongue on your shoulder. hours and so every day of your holiday. Of course, there is an option to spend money on a taxi (UAH 30 one way), but this is personally at your expense, since they do not give free taxi coupons, due to the fact that they did not conclude a new contract with a taxi service. When our patience ran out, due to the discrepancy between the promised services and those actually provided, we went to the reception with a request for a refund for the days not yet lived. The guy (apparently one of the managers or the senior administrator of the cafe), who was sitting at the counter with a deadpan look, asked us: "And what are the actual complaints about the hotel? " . not a cabin, but a curtain, all the water on the floor, they did not provide paid meals and a transfer to the beach, as stated when booking. Then another guy ran out of the admin room, as it turned out, the manager named Anton. I must say, he created the impression of a well-mannered and adequate person, who nevertheless smoothed out the tense situation and promised that tomorrow after the departure of the participants of the "Black Sea Games" everything would be fine with food and there would be taxi coupons and room cleaning, in addition, he promised as a compliment for the inconvenience caused dinner at the expense of the institution. Well on. agreed to wait and see the changes. The maid immediately came and removed the swamp and even put a floor cloth near the curtain (as it turned out later, so that we would wipe ourselves after ourselves, since this was her only visit during the week of our stay at the hotel). The next day they really fed breakfast, but the portion is so small that it seemed that you ate what you listened to the radio. For lunch, though, a portion of norms, but the lemonade is terrible, it is not possible to drink. They should take another recipe for its preparation. The waiters take the order and serve the tables with such a face, as if we came to their house without an invitation. . In general, the next day, Anton and all the attendants passed by us and did not greet us, with gloomy faces, like some kind of savage people. And Anton, every time he saw us, immediately lowered his eyes to the phone, like he didn’t notice. The stupid behavior of an adult uncle, especially a leader. What dinner, what taxi coupons??? ? What are you talking about?? ? They were forgotten immediately. . Worthless is their promise. Wi-Fi is probably only in the main building, since we did not have it at all. Drying for things was barely interrogated from 10 times. There were no pillows upon arrival (they were handed out to the participants of the festival). There is no soundproofing, the finalist of the festival sang behind the wall for 2 days, we thought we would win from her singing, it was especially well heard in the toilet. The menu on the website is one thing, in fact it is completely different. The chef is probably not a big fan of his craft. In one word - HORRIBLE!!! ! In place of the owner of this institution, it would be necessary to completely recruit a new staff and train how hospitality employees are supposed to work. Otherwise, negative reviews will be an order of magnitude higher. . Never be fooled by advertising and beautiful photos without first having studied the reviews, this was our mistake! Don't repeat it! And one more thing: the sea is shallow, in jellyfish and algae. Honestly, you won’t swim much, the only way out is to take a catamaran and swim to the depths, at least it’s clean and you can swim normally!

On the territory of 2 children's pools, the water is clear, clean. I was very surprised and pleased with the Aquapark, the children were very pleased with the May Day!!! !
