The staff welcomed us warmly and politely. The guys at the pool, led by the manager Ehab Kamiel, took care of us all the time, we miss you Bartenders: Emab Mikhaiel, Ahmed Wahied. The guys are smart, masterfully make cocktails, very attentive to the guests. A huge plus that the Pure hotel is located on the territory of Aldau and Pure guests can enjoy all the benefits of Aldau, and believe me there are a lot of them: from pools, restaurants and wonderful bars in the lobby, a lazy river - just laughed to tears, the service is also exceptional, only the hotel with children, Pure +18. For us, this is a plus, since we are resting without children and initially we ended up in Aldau and thanks to Maria, a smart hostelation, thank you very much for everything that wrapped us in excessive care, she showed us the New Pure Hotel, which we were very happy about. This is our option! Now we are resting in Pure, but Aldau also makes us happy, and Maria especially.
