We arrived from Vladivostok on September 8, Vietnamese time at night. We got to the hotel at 2 am. There are four of us (2 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 8). We are not settled! They don't speak Russian at the reception. Tried through a translator on the phone. They showed vouchers and transfers do not populate us! The kids are sleeping! We can't explain anything.

They don't speak Russian at the reception. Tried through a translator on the phone. They showed vouchers and transfers do not populate us! The kids are sleeping! We can't explain anything. We were rescued by the pilots living in the hotel. They told us that according to the rules of the hotel, check-in is at 14 o'clock!!! We are shocked! I had to pay $80 to check in before 2 pm. The hotel is good! The hotel is clean! Bed linen was changed every day. Towels were changed in the morning and evening. Fully justified their 4 stars.
