August 2019, just back! Traveled with my 15 year old daughter. Yes, we didn't have much choice! To fly on Monday, the tour was bought on Sunday evening. There were no tickets, no hotels. Because could fly only by Business, then the hotel was already chosen easier. But that's how things turned out! We arrived at the hotel at 19.

We arrived at the hotel at 19.00. At the reception, the owner of this hotel says "we will have your room free tomorrow, so for now we will put you in a room for one day with one double bed. " One bed, so one bed. They carried our suitcase - higher and higher... and then we went out to a torn roof, a dump of dirty laundry, stretched ropes with linen and the entrance to the house on the right (like technical equipment in our apartment buildings - I attach all the photos) - and there "NUMBER ". The door won't close, a tattered closet, a barely blowing air conditioner, a dirty bed. . . and a toilet with a shower (there wasn't even a proper shower - a hole in the floor, no curtains, no holder).
After the flight, of course, I didn’t even realize at first that this was not a joke. I went down to the reception in a semi-conscious state - I said, "It's impossible, we won't stay there even for one night! Shame on you to offer this! " And then - a terrible rudeness, does not give a word, says that they have a holiday, there are no numbers. I ask why they confirmed it! He says Biblio Globus warned him that he only had this number for one night. Further, the tour operator, the consulate, the search for hotels, letters from acquaintances from the tourist industry, calls from acquaintances of the Turks to this owner. All the answer - I can not do anything until tomorrow. And he says to my eyes - "NOW EVERYTHING - YOU WILL LIVE HERE FOR A WHOLE WEEK! I WILL NOT RESET YOU! ".
Then, around 9 pm, looking for accommodation, wet (jeans, sneakers, +40 on the street), we went around Kemer, the Internet does not work, we don’t know the city, we don’t navigate... We started asking in every hotel where there are places. The place is nowhere. We stumbled upon a good Kurd - he found us a place to sleep, not much better, but not on the roof, drove, brought... even paid while we were looking for an exchanger... paid around $ 55 for one night.
We left AGON, I ask - what time will the room be free in the morning (at the brother of the owner of the hotel)? At 8-to-9 everything will be ready! We arrive in the morning, it's good without suitcases - "COME AT 11.00 not earlier, I can't do anything! There is no cleaning lady! ". We arrived a little earlier and found the owner himself and his brother cleaning the room, dragging the refrigerator (by the way, not working from the word AT ALL, dirty and without a single shelf). As a result, we spent the night there one night, found a hotel literally 300 meters away, paid another 30 thousand and lived the rest of the vacation in good conditions with a good beach (Qalisto) - where the transfer took every 10 minutes. We did not even go to the hotel, although dinners were also included...
The first dinner on the evening of arrival, after the scandal, seemed to me quite decent (although they didn’t really eat it themselves, but the local cats ate the whole chicken), then I realized that they brought us dinner from a restaurant next door. For breakfast, there is nothing. Yogurt, a boiled egg, a couple of jams, slices of bread (not buns), some salad from the leftovers of yesterday... I didn’t see it again, maybe there was something else. We dined there according to the usual scheme only 1 time - shawarma (meat, like for shawarma) - 2 vegetable salads with a difference - there is onion, no onion, some kind of rice, bread... olives (to be honest, quite edible, but not at all not interested).
Already at night, when we were looking for a place to spend the night, we came across a couple of similar reviews. I understand that this is such a tactic of this hotel. Confirm the numbers, and issue this number to the attendants, among the dirty linen (we found out in a neighboring hotel, what this room was built for) for one or even several days. There are lucky ones who lived in it for a whole week.
All photos are attached! I absolutely do not recommend! The owner is boorish, he will never enter into your situation, there is no cleaning (2 men just apparently cannot or don’t know how to clean normally), all places of personal hygiene are dirty, it’s impossible to sit on the toilet seat (I’m already talking about the “normal room” in which we they ended up being relocated for one day). The furniture is old, something is pasted over with a film that is already coming off, you look in - it's black there! The rooms are small, stuffy, the TV does not work... all on snot and honestly. Consider no pool. Not at all a convenient engineering structure with a bridge in the middle, under which you cannot swim. The pool is green, muddy....Wi-Fi is in the reception area, in the rooms it catches only if you press the phone against the door. Constantly crashes, you need to go to the reception and reboot the old white router.
If you don't want a ruined vacation, don't go to this hotel! There are also many questions left for the Biblio Globus. We write a claim, we will go to court if they do not answer. Fuck the money, we didn't let our short vacation go to waste, but how can a serious tour operator partner with THIS?

Let's start with the fact that I've been in different "troikas". And in the "troika" as in the "four", and in the "troika" as in the "troika". But with this hotel, I had a big question, where, excuse me, is there a three-star place here? The rooms are not just shabby, they are frankly miserable and have not seen repairs, apparently, since the appearance of the first single-celled Turks.

But with this hotel, I had a big question, where, excuse me, is there a three-star place here? The rooms are not just shabby, they are frankly miserable and have not seen repairs, apparently, since the appearance of the first single-celled Turks. A separate masterpiece - "blankets". Well, like blankets. . . Have you ever covered yourself with a waffle kitchen towel? Not? Then welcome to Agon.
In the room for 2 weeks stay was never cleaned, towels were not changed. No beach towels, shower gels, shampoos. Forget about it. Although, wait, why should I forget about the ESSENTIAL service in a THREE-STAR hotel?!
Of course, the shower deserves attention, in which an adult person to turn around is a real quest. To wash your hair, or rather to make it fit in the booth, you had to go to the farthest corner of the shower room (by the way, as ancient as the Ottoman Empire itself). Naturally, there is no repair in the soul. There is hot water, but the pressure is very weak.
Plus, the room has a balcony where you can dry things.
Now about the Internet, which steadily “falls” here once a day - you have to go and reboot the router. Wi-Fi finishes in the rooms, but very weakly, you will upload photos per hour by a teaspoon.
But the most tinny, which made me write a review, was the food. At first everything was fine, the breakfasts are monotonous, meager, but you can eat. Dinner was generally a song - tables from the dining room were taken out to the pools, decorated with tablecloths and flowers, fed deliciously - local soups, meat (kebab, chicken on a grill, meat with vegetables) with a side dish. However, one evening, dinner was frankly spoiled - boiled meat, sour, clearly "thinking" rice. After that, the tables were no longer decorated, and then completely left in the dining room, and dinner became a buffet. Stably through time came across frankly spoiled food - the same sour rice, rotten watermelon, rotten eggs. Sorry, but even for one star, this is a swine attitude towards people in the style of “and so they will eat it, ” and the hotel is declared to be a three-star.
What is good here is the pool. Deep, big and clean.
I would not recommend this hotel, there is too much difference between beautiful photographs (which we were taken as well) and reality. And yes, I wouldn't give Agon more than one star.
