!! ! REPAIR OF ROADS AND LAYING OF TRAMS WILL BE SURROUNDED AROUND THE HOTEL. Work began a year ago and is scheduled for the end of 2019. The hotel does not inform about this either on the booking site or when you contact them directly to clarify the details of the stay. They only have a b&w printout on the door with information about these works exclusively in Finnish.

!! ! REPAIR OF ROADS AND LAYING OF TRAMS WILL BE SURROUNDED AROUND THE HOTEL.
Work began a year ago and is scheduled for the end of 2019. The hotel does not inform about this either on the booking site or when you contact them directly to clarify the details of the stay. They only have a b&w printout on the door with information about these works exclusively in Finnish.
Keep in mind: the road is being repaired in stages, and according to the workers themselves, work around the hotel will continue for several more months. WORK IS CARRIED OUT AT NIGHT AND IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP BECAUSE OF THE ROOM, SMOKE AND DUST. The hotel itself is badly in need of refurbishment - the air conditioning in the rooms is weak, the elevators are old, the common areas are very untidy. The room is equipped with rather old furniture and appliances. But it is kept reasonably clean.
Due to the terrible living conditions, they cannot even be given 2 * now.
