There were problems with the room, for the whole stay the keys were changed 2-3 times, the lights were turned off, the room was poorly cleaned. On the last day, for min. 20 before departure noticed the loss of money from bags and other things. This greatly spoiled the impression of the hotel and our vacation; (we left angry and upset. If you are settled in building 9, be careful, the cleaners will not clean the room well, but your things may be taken.

A wonderful new hotel, the beach was completed and everything works. Great staff, great service, great animation team, great food and good drinks, plenty of fruits and seafood, bars, everyone is friendly. The rooms are unfinished, the sewerage did not work, flowed to the floor, the washbasins were without a bottom, the sewer pipe in the room was plugged with a towel. There were no refrigerators and safes in the rooms, tourists were robbed. In rats, mice and crowds of red ants. We all had a shock and awe! There is no beach at the hotel and there won’t be, instead of the famous beach of the Dominican Republic, we came to a huge dump of construction waste, tons of rotten brown algae lay all over the coast, the sewerage pipe immediately merged into the water, the ocean looks like an abandoned swamp. Although there is a free municipal beach with blue water 5 kilometers away, we got there by taxi for $ 50 to swim. Service is disgusting. The Ocean el Faro Hotel is to this day advertised as the best, but this is a lie, Pegas Touristik sells this hotel like cattle stuffs people there for a lot of money, and as a result, the rest is ruined, a nervous breakdown and there is no way to get out. The most terrible sight is the OCEAN SHORE. I am the 4th time in the Dominican Republic, but it was impossible to imagine such a HORROR that we saw.

Instead of clean sand on the beach and the blue ocean, we ended up on a fetid swampy wild ocean shore, which the hotel never landscaped, there is no sandy approach to the water, instead of a beach there is a construction waste dump, a ton of rotten algae, the sewer goes into the ocean before our eyes. Everything in the rooms is collapsing, falling off, the washbasins in the bathrooms are glued together from boards, in a word, props! PEGAS TOURISTIC And the hotel had no right to sell tours in Icean El Faro, everyone is horrified! ! Vacation ruined!
