a) a restaurant - they no longer cook in front of visitors, but simply take food out of the kitchen into a tray and arrange it for distribution, which leads to queues and simply empty trays; the chocolate fountain, which our child liked so much, disappeared; on Fridays they laid out a large number of shrimp, but this time they were replaced with mussels; now you put ice cream on yourself and can be seasoned with three types of syrups, nuts and chocolate chips, which is very good, and the packaged one is left only in the bar and is issued on demand; there is table setting and now it is unnecessary to look for a fork and knife; coffee machines were replaced with more modern ones; I was disappointed by the lack of a dress code at dinner, it’s rather unpleasant to look at almost half-naked people; it seemed to us that it had somehow become less diverse in terms of the choice of dishes;
b) a bar - there are only pluses here, because. a rather large counter was added and if earlier in the evening you sometimes had to queue for a portion of alcohol, now the problem has been solved and those who are thirsty are served much faster; the quality of drinks has not changed in any way; for those who want to make or change a cocktail on their own, there are bottles of lime, pomegranate, blackcurrant syrups;
c) animation - as always at its best, there were also visiting artists with parrots, snakes, incendiary dances, live music, and the team from the hotel itself entertained the vacationers very adequately;
d) numbers - in some places they patched up, painted, but no major repairs were made; we didn’t have a container with shower gel and instead they put soap, which is not very convenient; some rooms have lcd panels, but because there is only one Russian channel, then it was not critical for us, and this is not what we came for; cleaning is done daily and remains at the proper level; towels are changed daily, but some are frankly old and almost worn out; there are problems with water pressure and it was not always possible to wash off waste products the first time, which led to an unpleasant smell, and if someone rinses in the shower, then please do not rinse and do not use the sink. you can hear the mat and learn a lot about yourself; in general, nothing has changed;
d) BBQ - this is where they saved their breath, last time we had unlimited access to grilled meat and the side dish was more varied, there was a wine list and you could treat yourself to more expensive and better wine, now there are fresh vegetables and meat they bring in portions, and drinks are only from the bar menu, and everything is cooked anyhow, decide for yourself whether to go or not. this service is provided to everyone on the AI system once a week by appointment.
In general, the holiday was a success, if you like the ocean and black sand, then I would recommend this hotel primarily to couples with children, but if you are used to frying your bodies by the pools, then definitely not. We, most likely, will return to this hotel again. It meets our requirements, albeit not 100%.

The first thing we encountered when we arrived at the reception at about half past twelve in the evening was an Englishman drunk as an insole, who was unsuccessfully tried to be escorted out by a hotel employee and a summoned squad of law enforcement officers. But the type turned out to be unyielding and, having pushed a little, went into the hotel courtyard, where a booze party was going on with might and main with the participation of his compatriots (the main contingent of guests was just the English working class). It is worth noting that the English parties in the courtyard took place every day until 12 o'clock local time and turned into a nightmare for those whose room doors faced just there. In Tallinn at this time it was already 2-3 am, I wanted to sleep, but until the English guests performed all their folklore to the end, they could not fall asleep. The hotel management turned a blind eye to this. . .
Entering the room, we were amazed at its shabby decoration - it seems that nothing has changed for at least 20 years. In addition, there was a refrigerator. The sockets were not fixed and it seemed that they were about to fall out... All the plumbing is also very, very old.
As for the food, it's ok but monotonous. The animators are focused on the British, people of other nationalities, as it were, did not notice...
Even upon arrival, I was surprised by the requirement of a deposit in the amount of 60 euros, which the travel agency did not warn about, before that we had been in many hotels and had not encountered this anywhere.
Fortunately, Tenerife is a heavenly place and an interesting pastime more than compensated for all these inconveniences. . .

Very convenient location of the hotel: to the 2 best beaches on Las Americas walk 5 minutes (Fanabe) and 15 minutes (Del Duc); 5 meters from the hotel there is a bus stop - free buses to the water park, etc. , most excursions start from Bonita, which makes it possible to take the best seats on the bus : )) 3 minutes walk to the wonderful Hyper-Dino supermarket.
Cleaning every day, normal, there were maids who cleaned sooo well, even collected scattered toys for children : ) Food for 4-ku (no higher). In principle, they fed normally, although I read reviews that people had nothing to eat... we had a couple of days when the choice was strange - not big, and then only seafood. And so, almost always there was a choice: chicken, beef, meatballs, etc.
ATTENTION!! ! There is NO children's table (menu), only the name is "children's buffet"... It's good that at the time of the trip the child was 3 years old - you could eat sausages and french fries - these are the main dishes from this "children's buffet", which also there was ham, pasta bolognese or just in tomato sauce, chicken. In general, there is nothing to feed a one-year-old or an allergic person there - there are no purees from a blender (as in Turkey). There is no something like cheesecakes, dietary stew meat + vegetables, etc. One of my child's lunch options: macaroni and cheese + some french fries + sausage + cutlet + cucumber : )
It is better to bypass the table with desserts, otherwise the weight gain will be significant, because the choice there is simply colorful!
There are no packaged juices in the restaurant, only UPIs from vending machines. Lots of alcohol. For dinner they asked for wine - they immediately gave a bottle : )
During the day (near the bars) there is always ice cream in the fridge. The child was given only water to drink there! Because "yupi", tea, what and typy is not for children. We bought juices in Hyper-Dino.
Children's club (by the way, well organized) accepts children from 4 years old, ash stump, that no one speaks Russian : )
There is a playground (small) on the territory, you can walk there only in the evening - it was hot during the day, all the slides are red-hot.
