1. The price of the room was 85 manats (not cheap), but we were charged an additional 25 manats for a child's bed. They didn't give us a bed. And the money was not returned. Justified by the fact that with this money we will have breakfast. Even though breakfast is free for everyone. . .
2. Do not believe anything that is written in advertising. The bowling alley is broken and out of order. The quads don't work. All are in poor condition and most are just lying around for repairs. Paintball is closed. The pool is closed, the kids pool is dry and the outdoor pool is ice cold. Of the entertainment, only a mosque and a playground.
3. For the whole hotel they have only 2-3 waiters who run back and forth losing their heads. They answer any question - "chatdirmyryg" (we don't have time). We waited an hour and a half for a kettle of tea, and not at rush hour. From four to half past six. In the end, instead of two teapots, they gave us one, and without jam, arguing that there would not be enough outlets for jam for everyone. They didn’t stay there for dinner - they left for another hotel, but according to those who stayed, they waited for dinner for about two hours.
4. Unsanitary conditions. There are flies and mosquitoes in the rooms. Water drips from under the sinks, from the pipes. Everything above eye level has a centimeter layer of dust.
5. We did not swim in the room because there was no hot water. The water was running cold. They promised to fix it, but in 24 hours we never saw hot water.
6. The rooms do not provide toothbrushes and paste. They argue this by saying that this is how they fight the pandemic...
7. The water in the pool is cold, so we couldn't plunge into the pool either. . .
8. There were no trays for breakfast, no cups for tea, not enough glasses and plates. But there were a lot of flies, and waiters uselessly running back and forth and saying that they had no time for anything...

The hotel area is clean, well-groomed, without incomprehensible insects, except for ants on the green part. Meeting at the entrance neat (security). The parking is convenient. Table setting, freshness of cold appetizers, juices, compotes, bread - 5. Hot serving, namely kebabs, soup - 5. Taste, appearance, juiciness of kebabs - 5. Many thanks to the restaurant administrator VLAD - for attention to guests, table control, discipline waiters. Organization of a tea party by the pool, musical arrangement for our company, cleanliness - 5. Considering that the team was female, which means that everyone sees everything, notices - there were no comments. Good luck in everything!
