This is perhaps the worst conditions in which I had to live, the benefit of just one night. Even in my hostel the conditions were many times better. I had no idea that this was even possible. And this hotel has a whole floor of such creepy rooms.
Photos of rooms and information from the official site do not correspond to reality. If I saw real photos of the rooms on the site, then I would definitely not doubt that you should not stay at the Mogilev Hotel, even if it were free.
The room looks extremely terrible: dust, dirt, cobwebs, stains on the walls and floor, holes in the walls, broken sockets (it's amazing that they worked, I think a short circuit there may well happen in the near future), furniture is falling apart before our eyes, dubious bed linen it sways, the pillows are all in some kind of yellow spots, the blanket is 30 years old. And, in general, one gets the feeling that the renovation was done 40 years ago, but on the same site there is information that the renovation is fresh...
Service and communication with the staff leaves nothing to be desired. When checking in, I had to stand in line for a long time, because. there were 6 people in front of us, and the girl at the reception was alone. When asked if there is wi-fi in our room, she answered in a contemptuously rude manner that what kind of wi-fi can there be, this is an economy class room (in the information on the website and in the booklet in the room it says that wi-fi is a free service). When I said that the number looks different on the photo on the site, she answered the following: "we cannot post photos of all the rooms on the site. "
I no longer wanted to communicate with her and waste time on her, because we came to see the city. And because time was short (arrived for 1 day), we decided that we would not look for another hotel or hotel.
The main points why I do not recommend this hotel:
- inconsistency of information on the official website and reality
- rude behavior from staff
- dirty and extremely terrible room
- security breach
Personally, I would be extremely ashamed of the existence of such rooms and living conditions.
