This hotel is really the cheapest in the city, despite the fact that it looks absolutely decent. The price (by Norwegian standards) corresponds to the quality. The hotel is clean, comfortable, with a good repair and an impeccable Wi-Fi signal (router above each room). We were accommodated in an attic room on the top floor.

We were accommodated in an attic room on the top floor. Looking around the room, we noticed earplugs and until the night we could not understand why they were presented to us. But at 23:00 we received an answer to our question. Music rumbled on the floor of Bergen, the walls of the hotel just shook, closing the window did not save at all. It turned out that on the ground floor of the building is a nightclub. During the day it is a nondescript beer bar, but at night ...just OK. . oops for the residents of the hotel. And we lived on the 5th floor! The only thing I can say is that they didn’t use earplugs at all, I was so tired from getting to know the country that they were cut off instantly.
A little about our room… Yes, the attic room will raise you a little above the noise from the nightclub, it is cozy, clean, but terribly steals the place of the room with its slanting walls, it is not convenient to approach this or that furniture everywhere, you have to bend down. The room really seemed cramped to me, I still recommend asking for a regular room, with full-length walls. The window is also very inconvenient, it is small, high, neither the street nor people can be seen from it, it is not clear whether it is raining. The only plus of this room is the view of the Floen lookout and funicular. The room has a kettle and fridge.
With the work of the reception at the hotel is a complete misunderstanding. The worker came and left when he wanted, although we were lucky and we were settled without any 4 hours before check-in. There is also a button to contact the staff remotely and ask questions. In general, the hotel is more contactless - like paid, on the day of arrival received a code in SMS to open a cell with a key and live for yourself.
