The hotel was chosen based on price and proximity to the sea. The price per person for 6 full days was just under $350. Very good location - within walking distance of the sea and the central street Liman. The rooms are small, but with everything you need: air conditioning, refrigerator, safe, TV, hairdryer. In the bathroom there is only liquid soap near the sink and in the shower. There was always plenty of toilet paper. bed and towels are clean. There are no beach towels. rooms with balconies, on the balconies there are hangers for drying clothes. The food is normal for three rubles. Breakfast: boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, fried zucchini, sausages, milk porridge, 2 types of cheese, sausage (red - not tasty, cream - quite edible, similar to our boiled milk), olives, olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, breakfast cereals, milk, jams, chocolate spread, butter.
Lunch: one type of soup, 2 side dishes (rice, bulgur, stewed vegetables, potatoes), salads, with meat everything is very modest, but definitely enough for women)) - chicken, nuggets, chicken giblets, apples, tangerines, plums. For dinner there was also some kind of soup, 2 side dishes, the meat was grilled chicken, chicken liver, grilled fish, there were very tasty baked eggplants with minced meat, fruit. For lunch and dinner there is wine (red and white) and something stronger, you can order cocktails, there is a coffee machine, and Turkish tea separately. I didn't like the dessert - the cookies were soaked in syrup. There are no baked goods other than bread. There is a pool with a depth of 140 cm, but in October it was much more comfortable in the sea than in the pool. The staff is very friendly. Internet and safe are paid. We did not use the safe; we left money, documents, and equipment in the room - nothing was lost. Hot water in the hotel is provided by solar panels, so at 10 pm it is unlikely that you will be able to take a hot shower.
The hotel doesn’t have its own beach, we went to the city beach, sun lounger - 1 dollar. When they left for lunch, they left their pareo on the sun lounger and returned to their place after lunch. There are a lot of different shops and cafes near the hotel. On Thursdays there is a clothing market on the street right in front of the hotel. In general, if you have a fairly limited budget, then you can safely choose this hotel for a beach holiday: it’s close to the sea, a beautiful park and the main street are nearby, you’ll save your figure and won’t die of hunger)

All in all a good hotel. Convenient location, everything is nearby: shops, cafes, the sea. Even a small balcony for smoking and drying things. Of the minuses one sheet for two. And the sheet is small, there is nothing to hide. The feeder leaves much to be desired. You won't die of hunger, but the vile dishes sometimes caused a gag reflex. The biggest negative is the paid Wi-Fi. 1 euro per day, but they ask for a minimum of five days, and we stayed for 3 days. We are not profitable. But in general, it's ok

First impression and check in. We arrived at the hotel at 9:30 am. Since the check-in is officially from 14:00, we were still asked to wait until 12:00 to prepare the room. Although breakfast was already over (7:30-9:00), we were put on bracelets and offered a snack. While the room was being prepared for us, we went to explore the territory, as it was the first time in Kemer, but more on that later.

Location. Park Marina Hotel 3 * - seemingly inconspicuous city-type hotel. 10 minutes walk to the Clock Tower (the tower itself is under reconstruction as we understand it) in the center of Kemer along the shopping streets. To the public beach of Kemer - up to 5 minutes, Moonlight beach - up to 7 minutes through the park of the same name. Dolmush stop (Kemer-Antalya) across the road.
Territory. A small three-story building with an inner courtyard that serves as a dining area. There is also a bar and a pool. The area is small but cozy.
Number. By 12:00 the room was ready. Excellent room on the 2nd floor with a balcony and a view of the street, as well as a mountain with an observation deck. Furniture (large double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers), modern TV, air conditioning, refrigerator - everything is in excellent condition. Clean bedding, 5 towels for different needs, shower, hair dryer - everything is clean and working, there were no problems in the end.
Nutrition. All inclusive. Breakfast (7:30-9:00), lunch (12:30-14:00), dinner (19:30-21:00). Overall the food is excellent. The main courses are constantly changing. I will briefly describe. Breakfast: boiled eggs or scrambled eggs, cheeses (2 types), traditional buns, sausages, quick breakfasts (3 types), yogurt with jams or honey, packaged chocolate pastes and butter, fruits (watermelon, melon, plums) vegetables and salads. Lunch: cream soup (different every day), 1-2 types of side dishes, meat (chicken in various forms, meatballs, nuggets, liver, fish, sausage), cheeses, salted and grilled vegetables, salads, fruits, etc. . Dinner - somewhat similar to lunch, but different products, types of side dishes + local sweets. From drinks - tea and coffee from vending machines, yuppies, cola, fanta, sprite, water from the cooler. From alcohol - good dry wine (white and red), on request they made cocktails with stronger local alcohol. There is no beer. There was always enough food and drink for everyone. The meat is over, the fish - they reported. All food is very tasty and fresh. Drinks at the bar at no extra charge.
Service. The staff are male, except for one woman who cleans the rooms. Always smiling, joking, listening and solving problems. They try to speak Russian, not everyone succeeds, of course, but this is even good. During breakfast, lunch, dinner, the staff on the territory of the dining room in masks and gloves. Since the pandemic, the rooms are cleaned upon request (room cleaning + replacement of all towels and bedding). In general, the hotel is clean. Surprised only by poorly washed cutlery (stains from detergent). As well as a plus - quick check-in and check-out without problems (just left the key at the reception).
Internet. Good free Wi-Fi at the reception, dining room and in the rooms.
Pros: location, service, food, rooms, internet.
Cons: sometimes it was not quite clean in the kitchen, rather weak soundproofing in the rooms facing the courtyard (better take with a view of the street).
Outcome. After watching a video about some fours in Turkey and even fives, we were pleasantly surprised by the Park Marina Hotel 3 * in Kemer. An excellent city hotel for not all the money in the world (15.000 UAH for 7 nights for two in mid-August). We recommend for an inexpensive holiday to people who do not plan to stay in the hotel much, but at the same time eat well and sleep in an excellent room.

The room was on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool. The room is small with two beds. Clean and cosy. Air conditioning, toilet, taps, shower worked properly (although the shower is not comfortable, without a flexible hose). First cleaning in the room was every three days, then - DAILY!! ! The bed was changed after 3 days, towels - after 2 days! (And this is without leaving a tip! Only on the last day, as a token of gratitude, we left a penny for our maid Leila.

Three days before our departure, tenants were settled in the next room. And that's when my friend and I realized that there was no sound insulation at all (this is perhaps the only big minus) : (
The food was not very varied, but tasty. A lot of vegetables of various preparations (zucchini, eggplant, carrots - fried, steamed, stewed), potatoes - french fries, rural style, bulgur, rice. Fresh: greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, salads, olives. Fish, stew, nuggets, fried chicken. In the morning: eggs or scrambled eggs. From fruits: a week there were apples, the rest of the time - watermelon. Thanks to our chef Jalal (Jem): delicious! Nobody left hungry.
Alcohol on the bar: dry red and white wines, vodka, cocktails. Everything is of high quality (the head did not hurt : )
Wifi in the hotel is good! Perfectly catches in the lobby, restaurant, on the 1st and 2nd floors "gets it. "
The location of the hotel is very convenient, like in a fairy tale: if you go to the right, you will get to the sandy beach, if you go to the left, you will get to the pebble beach. : ) In the first case, go for 7-10 minutes, in the second - 3-5 minutes. The hotel does not have its own beach, but you can adapt to go to the beaches from hotels (we managed to "get into confidence" with the staff of the Valeri Beach hotel and for 2.5 weeks we sunbathed and swam on their beach completely freely).
The sea and nature are stunning! Excursions bought in a travel agency near the hotel. A trip on the Mega Star yacht was bought on the beach from Mehmet (Misha).
There is a long shopping street next to the hotel. After lunch, in the very heat, we went shopping (there are air conditioners everywhere) and just stare.
I want to mention everyone who works at the hotel: the director - Veysel (Vasya), the guys in the hall and at the bar - Samet and Aziz, the chef Jelal, the maid Leila and the owner of the hotel Ali. All, without exception, are very friendly and sincere guys! Thank you for the vacation they gave us!
PS This hotel provides a roof over your head, a comfortable bed, a clean bed, delicious food, friendly staff and a lot of opportunities for those who travel to Turkey in order to get to know this beautiful country, its culture and customs, swim in the chic sea, enjoy the magnificent nature. . .

Rested in August 2019 with a guy in this hotel. After reading reviews that tourists are often relocated to a nearby hotel, I began to get nervous. And I wrote to the hotel with a request to clarify the reservation in our names. And our booking was confirmed immediately. Then I also wrote a letter with a request to put us in a room with a view of the mountains (and, accordingly, the pool, so that we would not be disturbed by loud music from the street, which I also read about in the reviews).

But there was no response to this letter.
We arrived at about 9 am, we were put on bracelets and invited to breakfast. I tried again to ask for a room with a mountain view, and we waited. After about an hour, we were settled in a room, as I requested, with a view of the mountains and the pool, they helped to carry the suitcase.
The room was on the 3rd floor, small, with a balcony, air conditioning, TV, two beds and a bedside table. We liked the room in general.
The hotel itself is small - it's a pool and a dining area with a bar. It was unprincipled for us, since we came to the hotel to eat and sleep. There is no animation, but again, we went for this - we wanted a relaxing holiday. In other matters, it was rarely possible to sleep peacefully, as music was sometimes played in the bar nearby until 4 in the morning. Saved by the closed door to the balcony and the noise of the air conditioner.
7 minutes to the beach or 15 minutes to the sandy Moonlight Beach. You can take sunbeds or bring your own mat for free.
In terms of food - breakfast is poor, the same every day. We had eggs fried twice. On other days - boiled eggs, sausage, salted cottage cheese, vegetables, cereals, corn balls. But lunches and dinners are very tasty, there is always soup, the main course in several options to choose from, chicken meat in different options, salads, greens. For dinner, they also gave Turkish sweets, watermelon and melon. The bar offers free red and white wine, vodka, sprite, fanta, cola. Beer for a fee.
Of the negative points, I would like to highlight the cleanliness of the hotel. Dishes and cutlery are often poorly washed. If you sit in the lobby, you can see the garbage under the tables with food in the dining area. The rooms are cleaned every day very well. New towels every day. The sheets were changed twice during the week. But the moment of cleanliness in the kitchen upset me.
The best part is the friendly staff. Always welcome, wish you bon appetit and have a good day. At the bar, they will pour as much as you ask for and no one will say “you have had enough”. Always ready to help. This is really a plus.
In general, if you need a budget hotel just to spend the night and eat, and the rest of the time you know what to do with yourself (especially since you can find something to do in Kemer), then this hotel is just right.

We chose a budget option in Kemer and not far from the sea. I think we are lucky with the Park Marina Hotel 3 *. Of course, we read the reviews beforehand, which, by the way, are not many about this hotel, but almost all of them are positive. As for the Turkish trio, this is a very decent option. As for the Turkish trio, this is a very decent option. The rooms are clean, the furniture is new, the beds are comfortable. There is a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer, safe. There is free Wi-Fi, which works fine only on the first floor. Our 3-bed room 212 with a small balcony (3rd floor) overlooked the roadway and noisy bars, which some may not like, because they hang out there until the morning. But we like to walk a lot and came to the hotel by midnight a little tired, so we slept well, despite the noise from the bars. If you are lucky, you will be given a room with a view of the mountains and the pool, that is, the courtyard. We tried to negotiate, but they don’t take money there or there really were no rooms. However, this did not upset us.
The food is normal. Meat (chicken) every day for lunch and dinner in different variations (fried, stewed with vegetables, on a vertical grill (like shawarma). Garnish - stewed potatoes with vegetables, french fries, rice, pasta, spaghetti, bulgur, baked eggplant, zucchini, vegetable salad. Fresh vegetables, lettuce, herbs. Pickled cucumbers, sauerkraut, olives. From fruits only apples and sweet plums. There were no pastries, just some balls of dough in a sweet liquid)) Puree soups for an amateur. Tea, coffee from the machine. Sweet water like "yupi" is also from the machine. The bartender poured local cola, fanta, sprite. Alcohol - vodka, wine, gin (I don't know the quality - I don't drink). We didn’t see anyone drunk - probably weak drinks)) But breakfasts are always the same - red sausages, red sausage, boiled eggs, two types of salty cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, a couple of types of cereal, milk, olives, some syrups, waffle cups. In general, no one was hungry, even if they came at the end, then there was always meat - take as much as you want.
The hotel has almost no territory, there is a small pool. Water is changed every morning.
The location of the hotel is excellent - the sea is a five-minute walk through a beautiful park with fountains and palm trees, it is also close to all interesting places. There are places to walk, many bars, several nightclubs.
In general, for the city trio - this is 10 out of 10!

Very polite staff, there are Russian and English speakers.
Extensive varied menu. Often come up with something interesting. Stewed baked fresh vegetables, chicken, salads, potatoes, pasta, greens. In the morning several types of cheeses, breakfast cereals with milk. Very tasty olives. From fruits watermelons, melons and oranges. Everything is always fresh. The bar is open from 12 to 21. There is always alcohol. Very tasty Turkish wines.
Rooms are cleaned every 3 days. The rooms are clean and updated.
The room has a TV with 1 Russian channel, but do you watch TV? Safe for an extra charge a dollar a day.
The hotel has a small swimming pool.
Near 2 grocery stores where you can pay in dollars.
Walk 5 minutes to the beach. The beach is pebbly.
Within walking distance of 3 famous clubs - crystal, inferno, aura. Tickets to clubs can be obtained from the hotel staff free of charge.
If you are looking for a budget holiday, you will not find a better hotel! I will definitely come back here.
