I filled out the questionnaire, they showed me the conditions for check-in - after 14:00 and the conditions for check-out - before 12:00, offered $ 10 - refused. Sat in the lobby to wait. The receptionist changed after 2 hours. I asked when they would check in, replied that he would try earlier. He asked how long I was waiting for, shook his head. I went to the market. She returned after 1.5 hours, asked about the settlement, he again shook his head, sympathized and gave the key. She gave me chocolate. Standard room on the second floor. Everything works. But the toilet is dripping water and there is no safe.
The beach is very far for the first line. Descent into the water from the pontoon is broken! This means that in the best case, if you are not an elderly person and not a child, then you can go down into the water. But there are no railings, the steps are slippery.
The food is really the same. There is no beer, water from the cooler, tea-coffee can only be made in a 120 ml plastic cup. It's not even funny. There is more volume in the palms. Instant coffee. Natural is not even paid.
It is better to pay extra $50 and go to the neighboring Queen Sharm. There, wine is poured into plastic, but at least it is there, and coffee and tea in cups.

1) The food is tasteless, the same thing all 7 days. 2) There is no fruit - they gave 2 pieces of orange for 2 days, only at lunch. 3) There is no drink in the restaurant, it is not allowed to carry it from the bar to the restaurant. 4) RESTAURANT - an ordinary Soviet canteen, Arab chefs give everything bit by bit and spoonful (pasta, rice, salad, even beans, not to mention meat, fish, sweets and even salads).

Terrible hotel, nothing was up to par. Photos with reality do not match. The food is not tasty. The pool is dirty, the stench is all over the place. There is no animation. The furniture at the reception is dirty and old. The only good thing was the sea.

We did not choose this hotel at all, but have already chosen what we say remained on our dates. By standard, there should be 4 *, but there is no 2 *. The staff was very well treated and tried to help as needed. Cleaned daily. If you want the first line for wines to go to sea, I can advise then. But if you have any peculiarities in nutrition, then you are not here because every day is the same.

We flew by fortune, we were assigned to the Royal Paradise Resort. In the hotel, in general, everything was fine, but, of course, wishes for the best. I was very glad that he was on the first line, but a renovation at the hotel would not hurt. The fact that we were near the sea is the biggest plus. The food is normal.

The hotel is terrible. Terrible customer service, nothing like this ever happened. It was all inclusive, but we were only served tea, we had to go ourselves to buy something to drink. For food - the child and her husband were poisoned. Check in had to wait, there were many tourists. The beach and other things are very far away.

After reading both negative (there were most of them) and positive reviews, I still ventured to go to this hotel. I'll start with the fact that the ticket was bought for a ridiculous price (I flew from Kyiv for 7000 UAH for two for 8 days), so I didn't count on "luxary" conditions. I was interested in the proximity to the sea (to walk, and not depend on the schedule of hotel buses, which are taken from line 3 to the beach) - and here is the first plus of the hotel - I lived on the territory in a house as close as possible to the sea, so for 7-10 minutes I was at the "Cote d'Azur", but even from the farthest building on the sea no more than 10-12 minutes walk (if you are young and active), you will go down the hill, so keep in mind that going down will be easier than going up, but climbing slowly will also not be much effort.

Many are interested in the question of the quality of the rooms - yes, they lack the master's hand to restore perfect cleanliness and make repairs.
But, as the practice of the 2nd trip to Sharm el-Sheikh showed, if you are ready to pay extra 10-15 dollars for a room and insist that you need "excellent", not killed and comfortable - you will get it (because the hotel not filled to the maximum - there are options), I changed the proposed number 3 times until I decided on the final result. I’ll share a life tip - the locals simply adore our chocolate, it’s worth its weight in gold for them (“Alenka” will be enough for the negotiations to be as successful as possible for you - and then you can pay less).
Having settled in, I had to clean the room, but for the rest of the rest we lived in cleanliness and comfort. In order to turn on hot water for us, we had to go to the reception and give an application, which we completed in the next 20 minutes. One more piece of advice - if you were told that everything will be arranged now, and they don’t, go and don’t leave the reception until they select either a person who will fulfill your request, or give you what you need.
The hotel has a problem with beach towels - people who flew in in the middle of our holiday did not have enough of them. It follows that take a beach towel once - and go to the beach with it until the end of your holiday!!!
The hotel area is cleaned, the management is trying to maintain cleanliness and proper appearance. I met a lot of malicious reviews about nutrition - yes, the assortment is the same type every day. But you won’t be hungry, you can take double portions - there was meat, fish, soup, side dishes - potatoes, rice, vermicelli in sauce, many salads, fresh vegetables, tea / coffee, drinks, sweets - baklava and biscuits, sometimes jelly and fruits (oranges and melon). Across the road from the hotel there is a small market where you can find both the fruits you are missing (dates, strawberries for $ 1 per tray, mangoes - $ 3 per kilogram), as well as souvenirs, swimming paraphernalia and excursion offers.
If you are going to All in clusive for the sake of an immense amount of alcohol, then you are in the wrong place - the alcohol here is bad, consisting of 3-4 items and the taste is the same, regardless of whether it is rum, cognac or vodka. Well, the most important thing - for the sake of which I flew to Sharm el-Sheikh - the sea and the sun. They are magnificent here - be sure to take a mask with you, the hotel has a fantastically picturesque coral reef and many beautiful fish that are not shy, and allow themselves to be seen from arm's length, or even closer. The pontoon is old, only one entry into the water is open, but it is enough for everyone and no one "twisted" their legs.
There is a lifeguard who makes sure you don't go too far and whistles if you go too far, but I like to swim further and look at the reefs that run parallel to the coastline, so here I advise you to either warn the lifeguard or do it wrong well like me - just ignore (this is bad advice, but valid)!!!
Promenade: we reached the Old Town and the Old Market on foot in 25 minutes, but without any problems you can get to any point you need by taxi, which are full here (be sure to bargain - everywhere and always!! ! ). There are no animators in the hotel, so you have to have fun yourself. And remember - who goes for what. If it is important for you to relax at a high level - it is better to buy a more expensive ticket to another hotel, if you are economically relaxing on the shores of the purest warm sea - then this option is for you. I wish you a great holiday!! ! )))

It's hard to call a hotel a hotel! Garbage and more! The dirt is terrible, the taps do not work, the first time I washed so rarely. There is food, but only cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, beans, rice, vermicelli and they give out chicken or meat in pieces, soups are some water with onions. Tea and coffee only for breakfast, and lunch and dinner only orange sweet water.

Tea and coffee only for breakfast, and lunch and dinner only orange sweet water. For a week they gave 2 times oranges and 2 times melon. The bar is simply not discussed - one type of alcohol, they don’t say what it is, it’s 15 degrees in it, they dilute it with water probably 1 to 10, the cups are only plastic and in the canteen, by the way, too, there are no cups at all, I went up to the chef to ask why so, he said that a cheap hotel. Everywhere such dirt is just hair on end. The locks on the doors don't work, the TVs don't work in all the rooms, there is only one Russian-speaking channel. The water from the tap flows so smelly that I decided to endure the last 2 days and wait for my arrival home. We had to leave the hotel at 15.10, but at 12.00 they cut off the bracelets and we could not have lunch.

We were settled in a room where there is no hot water, the balcony does not close, a view of the construction site. After that, we went to the administrator, he hinted that we need to pay extra. We paid extra $10. We were given another room, where again the balcony and the view of the construction site did not close.

After that we were given a room where everything works, but everything is TERRIBLY DIRTY AND OLD!
The food is bad. Monotonously. Chicken is given in a piece (50 grams) per person. We were hungry.
There is no animation at all!
THERE IS NO ALCOHOLIC DRINKS IN THE BAR, only juice and water (but they will always say that in 10 minutes everything will be). It didn't happen for 7 days. Only for money!!!
PAY ANOTHER $50 TO GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL!
OTHERWISE YOUR HOLIDAY WILL BE DAMAGED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! !

In January I had a rest in Royal Paradise Resort 4 *. Cleaning the room was once you say, or put a dollar. In the shower you can not adjust the water, wash or cold or hot, and the shower is not very new. The beach is a bit far, although the hotel is on the first line, you need to go down to the bottom. The bar is open, but the choice is not great.
