Retired in the spring of 2011. The hotel itself was very nice. Well-groomed green area, friendly staff. Little things (such as small ants in the room) didn't "strain". The breakfast is quite normal. There were ants in the rooms, but this is not a big problem. The beach is right next to the hotel, everything is clean and tidy. The weather was excellent, the last 3 days in the evening at 6 o'clock it started to rain. but lasted no more than two hours. A small elephant walked around the hotel, playing with children. The pool at the hotel is nice, with a jacuzzi, but a lot of dirt and leaves in the water, there were even bugs and dragonflies. But still liked it. I was in 6 countries with the sea, and the lagoon beach hotel is not the best, despite all its advantages, there were better places. It's still worth going there.

Again, excursions are much cheaper than buying from a hotel guide, so they do very well. many foreigners included. To Patong - 25 km, if I'm not mistaken, you can get by taxi, it cost about $ 25. There is no such entertainment as in Turkey (if anyone is used to it), but this is the specificity of Thailand. There is a cool club on the territory of the hotel - where they teach to paint batik - women, I think, will like it. In general, the hotel is a solid 4+. We are very good.
