By the pool you can have a snack from 12.00 to 17.00 (I recommend burgers) and drink (alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks, mango juice, coffee/tea).

Everyone recommends Lebanese, but we liked Chinese (it’s cool there) and Indian (very spicy).
The room is large and spacious. I recommend that when paying for your trip, indicate which room you want: quiet/with a sea view/close to entertainment, with a double bed or with separate beds. Air conditioning – modes can be adjusted from maximum powerful and noisy to quiet. Robes, slippers, towels (4 types, including beach ones), washcloths, shampoos, gels, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, shoe sponge - everything is there.

Diving - the hotel has its own diving club, we tried it - I recommend it! The equipment is checked, properly trained, and if something doesn’t work out, they will help. We went down for 15 minutes, but there are also 30 minutes. I went down again, a friend - for the first time.

Alcohol. It's just a shame. One kind of white and one kind of red non-bottled wine of unknown origin, poured from somewhere under the counter. There is no champagne. Not in any bar. They offer to buy for 40 €, attention - Egyptian champagne! Husband took brandy. After tasting both wine and brandy, he said - you can’t drink it, it’s impossible and dangerous. As a result, we went through some garbage dumps and abandoned construction sites to a dilapidated shopping center and bought alcohol and chocolate cookies there (I never buy them in the wild). The hotel carried glasses from the room with them, because everyone drank something from 150 gram plastic cups, we drank our own from ours.
But that's not all. Yesterday, with our glasses and alcohol, we were sitting quietly in the lobby without asking or expecting anything. And then a security guard came up to us and asked us to leave here, because this place is FOR OTHER PEOPLE (that's exactly what he told us). Notice that we didn’t climb over a fence or a window, we just sat in a quiet place with traces of the hotel’s former splendor, far from the rude staff, and now... I understand perfectly well that the hotel has a Royal club and they have preferences that you can and must be stated directly, clearly, but elegantly, without humiliating other hotel guests. I still regret getting up and leaving. I had to sit back and watch what happens next.
In general, the hotel is a shame. Today my husband has DR. As a gift, they promised us their wonderful cake, that's happiness))) I told them to keep it for themselves, along with candles. And somehow we. . .

Cleaning in the room let us down. And as I understand it, not only here. The rooms had the appearance of being cleaned, only beds were made and towels were hung out, those that were thrown on the floor were not always changed. Wet cleaning was not from the word at all. The first couple of days they left the cleaner for a tip, in their money, then when they saw that the quality of cleaning had not changed, they stopped leaving it at all. Our cleaner even stopped greeting us, and pretended that we were not there when we passed him, and we saw each other every morning.
As for food. On a four, you won’t stay hungry chicken with vegetables will always be. The hotel has many different restaurants of the a la carte system, but it is somehow not very good. The food is not very good in restaurants, the service is C grade, in general in Monte Carlo all the service is C grade, not very friendly staff, cutlery is thrown on the table, after a request to put cutlery, napkins in limited quantities, it’s a paradox, all seven days we fought for napkins, it came ridiculously, on a table for six people, they put only three napkins, all the time we had to catch waiters so that they would report napkins and cutlery. In general, the service at the hotel, which positions itself as five stars, barely pulls on a C grade.
The ultra all inclusive system includes locally produced alcohol. The ultra was that this alcohol was sold hours a day.
The sea was warm, the hotel area is good, well-groomed, when we rested we cleaned the pool for three days, three days out of seven we flew out, not pleasant.

If the hotel administration still reads the reviews, please resolve the issue with the staff, he is not friendly at all, the price tag for this hotel is not small, I also want the service of the adviser, at least to say hello and put napkins.
We send a separate “hello” to the specialist from Anex tour, the girls are also not friendly from the word at all, they try to sell their excursions when it comes to helping tourists, pretend that they are not them, and are in a hurry on other important matters, such a relationship that I'm sorry, you are a poop and look at you like something that has surfaced in the toilet. The girls are Russian, but it feels like they got infected from the Arabs with a shitty attitude towards tourists.
In general, Arabs perceive tourists as wallets, it’s understandable, we go to them to relax and spend money, if they would treat tourists at least a little more friendly, and they tried to hide their selfish interest for a drop, maybe they would see more money. The same applies to hotel guides, if they didn’t soar tourists that tours should only be bought from them, that a thousand Arabs would steal you outside the hotel, or at best, they would be taken to the police, the matter would develop. As they say, where they eat they don't crap.
Will we go to Egypt again, maybe, if there is no better alternative under the covid conditions, will we go to Monte Carlo again, I think not.
1. We flew from Kyiv via the Anex-tour. The flight went well, but Anex-tour did not bother to fork out for a couple of sandwiches, before departure you marinate at the airport, the flight is 4 hours, upon arrival until you get there - it would be nice to chew something, given the prices in the dutik. On the way back, the same thing (the dyutik in Sharm is disgusting from edible only dates and sweets, in a cafe there is disgusting food for space money).
2. The hotel was settled quickly, around 9-30 in the morning, the rooms were tired, but clean and large.
3. The location of the hotel is good. Nearby is El Mercato street with shops and cafes, you can buy everything you need (sim cards, sweets in Reichen, fruits).
4. The reef is normal, the pontoon is not very long.
5. The food is normal, not very varied, but just enough.
6. The service is excellent, the staff tries to help in every possible way and they speak Russian (which is very nice).
7. The guide from the Anex-tour is a separate case, he behaves like a boor, marinated us for 1.5 hours about the fact that excursions and taxis should be taken only through him, etc.
!! ! Don't fall for this nonsense. In the city, excursions cost exactly half the price, everything is safe. With a taxi, the same story - leave the hotel and take a taxi, estimate by kilometers (1 km - $ 2) and bargain, give money back upon arrival!
8. In the rooms, decent Wi-Fi was watching videos on u-tube in the evenings.

The pool area is great. The pool is large, beautiful, there is a deep zone, a heated zone, a zone for children. In the upper part of the park there is also a swimming pool for adults, for children with an aqua park. But we are not interested in swimming pools. We go to Egypt to admire the beauty of the sea. The reef is not bad, there are enough fish, there are rays, moray eels, turtles. But there are currents, which are warned about and one must be careful.
I would recommend the hotel to change the pontoon. For such a large number of vacationers, it is too small, and boats come up for tourists. And just one descent, there is a queue. I would like to note the work of the lifeguard at this time.
We were offered rooms 443 and 447, you can see the sea from the terrace, the place is very good.
The food is excellent, lots of fruits, pastries. They gave me shrimp twice.
