We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel!
I really liked the hotel. Beautiful, atmospheric, interestingly zoned, well-groomed.
We settled for a long time (4 hours). But formally there is nothing to complain about - initially we were supposed to have a check-in just for settling in (after 14:00), but then the departure (charter) was moved to a late night. Accordingly, we arrived at the hotel at 6 or 7 in the morning ...and patiently waited for check-in (there was no desire to speed up the issue with scandals or money).
The room was given a good, "central" (basic, lobby, bars, restaurants, beach - everything is close).
The number is fine. Normal high-quality number of a good "five".
I have no complaints about food/service. Yes, the food is better in Turkish fives, but I didn’t come here to overeat, but ...
... behind a clear transparent sea.
Because I swim in a sporty way (with glasses, head in the water) and I am very picky about the transparency of the water.
Swimming in mud from suspended clay (as in Moscow reservoirs) or in jellyfish jelly (as in Sochi) doesn't make me smile at all.
So, the sea is just a "bomb".
When I dived from the pontoon (150 m) on the first day, my brain could not believe my eyes. It felt like diving into a Disney cartoon about the fish Nemo or the Mermaid - the purest, most transparent turquoise water, colorful corals and myriads of colorful fish around me.
The coral reef near the hotel is very cool and beautiful. Especially if you sail not to the permitted (by buoys) zone to the left of the pontoon, but to the right.
We took a boat trip on Pirate Boat 1 to Ras Mohammed...basically just to make sure both snorkel stops had worse reefs (I'd say "just none" compared to this hotel's reef).
Downstream at the pontoon - in principle, everything is fine.
By default, it goes from left to right (that is, south) and is not strong (sometimes it is not there at all or it is not noticeable).
Therefore, if you swim to the zone allowed by the buoys to the left, then back - just in the course of a leisurely corpse (joke) will convey to the pontoon.
But one day the current changed direction and very noticeably carried away to the left of the pontoon beyond the buoys. So poor swimmers (girls) or swimmers without fins had to decently flounder in order to return to the pontoon.
2. Nuances, cons, suggestions.
1) By number:
The main disadvantage, and this is not only the trouble of our room and not only this hotel, but quite a frequent occurrence - VERY noisy air conditioning. Even on low it is very noisy. Therefore, the only way out that I found was to put it on automatic mode so that it would make noise at least not constantly, but at some intervals. Because for people who do not fall asleep well and sleep lightly (like me) - this is a problem ...
Water. Periodically, boiling water came out of the faucet / shower, no matter how you twist the knobs.
As I understand it, this is because there is no centralized water supply, and the hotel's boiler system, apparently, did not always regulate the water temperature correctly.
In the room (in fact, in the summer, in the heat) two bathrobes hang. Why are they? It would be much better if there were two pairs of cotton slippers instead. Because walking in the heat with bare/wet feet on cold tiles is not very comfortable.
2) By hotel:
The administration needs to pay attention to the condition of the pools. They are shabby in places. Somewhere the tile has fallen off, somewhere there is rubbish at the bottom, which no one seems to clean up or does not clean up as often as the hotel guests would like.
I liked the pool in the Adult Only zone the most. It is large, the least worn, there were almost never people around it.
The shower/foot wash columns are located in an incomprehensible way.
From the beach from the sea there are two main passages to the main building - and it would be logical to place columns near these passages, where people could wash the sand off their feet. But instead, the speakers are located somewhere in the sides.
As a result, either I had to carry the sand on my feet to the hotel room or make a small detour to reach the column.
Air conditioners in the Piano Bar beat from the heart. Therefore, it is constantly severely cold there and there has never been a desire to sit there.
The administration tortured its employees with a stick / recall system. As a result, animators and waiters are forced to constantly pester guests with a request to leave a review or fill out a questionnaire with ratings, and all this several times during the rest. Or, for example, before each game of darts, they took a general photo of the participants for a report to the administration.

3) By sea:
Despite my enthusiastic review of the sea, it also has nuances:
1) very often it becomes cloudy. Moreover, it is completely unpredictable (I did not find patterns). Once dived - transparent, after an hour dived - muddy turbidity. Yes, the water is still clearer than anywhere else, but swimming and watching the reef is not so pleasant and interesting.
2) fairy tales about a half-kilometer sandy beach are good, but in fact the extreme 1/3 of the beach on the left and right are deserted. Because all the main life is seething in the central zone near the pontoon.
Comrades, if you need a smooth sandy entry into the water for normal swimming in the sea - this is not about this hotel!
To the left of the pontoon is generally a dead zone (not for swimming). To the right of the pontoon - INTO THE TIDES! you can go into the water up to your waist and flounder a little, but we are not talking about full-fledged swimming. Or you can lie on the sandbar a little further from the coast
(at low tides there is a paradise for children - a sandbox).
3) since, as I said, the most beautiful reef goes on the right side of the pontoon, the solution is very obvious - remove boats / boats from the pontoon, build a second pontoon 100-200 meters to the right of the main one, and this would be an excellent route for snorkeling guests - from one pontoon to another.
Or, at least, in the absence of a second pontoon, also remove boats / boats and make an additional area for navigation to the right of the pontoon. Because the existing permitted zone (to the left of the pontoon) is frankly not enough!

We paid $ 30 and 800 Egyptian pounds, while we were not even offered water, breakfast in this case is also not included. You can pay separately, the cost is $ 130. Terrible attitude at reception. Rude rude staff. In general, the staff is not motivated in any way to make your vacation better, it feels like they hate everyone, the most unpleasant thing is when the waiters mutter something in Arabic with a smirk, they call you names or spit in a glass))))
2) DISGUSTING FOOD AT ALL INCLUSIVE!!!! ! I don't know what could be worse. No seafood. No fish, 2 times I saw boiled sea bass in batter, it tastes terrible and is not edible at all. The food is littered with curry spices and turmeric. Without salt. You just walk around the hall and do not know what to take. There is no normal meat, buckets of incomprehensible salads, a few cakes from desserts, the rest are puffs. No exotic fruit - melon plum banana apple grapes. +- Pizza, pasta, burger, and french fries were okay. But is this what you are waiting for? On the line, you need to beg for everything, put a spoonful of salad on a plate, and look as if you are a bum from a bus stop.
3) Restaurant MERHABA on site.
SERVICE HORRIBLE! The food is terrible. Half of the dishes were not taken out. I absolutely do not recommend.
4) Restaurant Casa Bianko Italian - very cool. Everything is delicious, beautiful interior.
5) The beach is very shallow. Go to a depth of 100 meters. Walk only in coral walkers, the bottom is very unpleasant. There are corals and fish you can snorkel right on the territory.
6) The pools have very cold water. I don’t know how it turns out when it’s +38 outside. At the pool in the bar, the guys served quickly.
7) We took a swim up room with access to the pool. Basically everything is ok. Everything worked nice big closet. Good room cleaning, excellent air conditioning, tnt-sts TV channels.
8) The territory of the hotel is large, beautiful, well-groomed. In the evening, there are always some activities, during the day at the pools, aqua fitness yoga, dancing.
No more foot here. If you are traveling, take only accommodation, and eat in restaurants, it is much tastier and cheaper there.
We were in Coral sea in May 2021 and forgot to share our impressions))
We took a tour for a week to the Coral Sea Sensatori 5 * hotel, we were already there in 2018, and we really wanted to return there).
And just turned up a good price for him, last-minute trips to it are hard to catch.
I'll start from the very beginning about the hotel)):
We arrived at the hotel from the airport at about 5-6 in the morning, checked in at about 9. We were very happy about that). For additional fee offered a room to choose from. The room is nice, clean, with good plumbing, furniture in good condition, nothing to complain about, on the first floor overlooking the pool. We were worried that it would be noisy, but no, everything was calm.
We were two adults with a daughter of 9 years old, there was an extra bed in the room, but there was no bed for the child, they said to ask at the reception, they asked several times.
For 16 at. e. Internet was purchased at the reception, it works everywhere throughout the hotel.
The hotel has a very good service at a high level.
Due to the fact that we were repeatedly, the hotel provided us additionally: a second change of beach towels, a second Ala carte restaurant as a gift (usually only one), there was also a plate of fruit in the room.
The beach is good, large, this year they cleared a sandy entry into the sea from the shore, a small area, and it is comfortable for children to flounder.
The reef is still the best here: corals, fish, we saw barracudas, stingray, nemo, clowns, lionfish, stingrays, parrot fish, nemo fish.
In short, I'm delighted with the reef.
On food: we were a little disappointed, because we have the experience of visiting this hotel in 2018 and here we saw savings from the hotel: the number of dishes is less, but the variety was still there. There was fish and meat, and fruits, but there were no strawberries. Ice cream is different, free of charge by weight and on the beach in packages. Chips on the beach were handed out to children for free.
Well, this issue was strained by workers because of the glass. Queues formed.
The hotel is filled well, as it seemed to us at 70 percent for sure.
The lobby bar makes excellent coffee, for which they always leave a dollar to the bartender.
At the end of our holiday, we noticed that there were more local people in the hotel: the fast ended, Ramadan, and the Egyptians sprinkled, there were a lot of them. Because of the locals, we had a conflict with the waiter of the main restaurant Fontan at one of the dinners. You know how people usually take tables in a restaurant and go to choose their own food. So we did - we left the baseball cap on top of the table and went. We come back, and people sit there and eat for themselves! Arabs! I'm looking for a cap, and I see it on another table, the waiter ran up, and began to persuade me not to be nervous: itz ok…its…okay!! ! There was a verbal skirmish with him! I explained that this was not right, to which he said they were good friends of the hotel and all that (((!!!
And we mean it’s not clear who, although he saw from our bracelets (there is a second time you come there - a bracelet of a different color) that we are also regular guests of the hotel. We complained about this to the guest relation girl, she only sympathized with us, and said that yes, there is such an attitude towards the locals, she said she would write about this to the management.
This was such a sad end to the holiday.
And so there are no questions about the hotel, rooms, territory, pools, everything is fine.
Only the attitude towards the locals and Europeans, as elsewhere, is better.
On April 23.2021, after a year of quarantine, etc. , we finally took off on a long-awaited vacation, my husband was unable to work, but I flew with my son, mother and a large group of our close friends, in the end we were 3 families out of 12 people of which 5 children. Unfortunately the holiday was ruined.
1. the mood deteriorated as soon as we all went to check-in, the guy who works at the reception for many years recognized our girlfriend, smiled, greeted her and put on her and her family a blue bracelet, everyone else put on a brown bracelet. We asked why the color is different, to which we were told that blue is for regular guests who have already been to Coral Sea Sensatori (ala VIP), after which I explained to him that we were all in this hotel for the second time, the manager changed dramatically in his face ( became very dissatisfied), said in a rude voice: "Passports! " and after receiving the documents went to check them in the documents. After a 10-minute check, the manager came out and with the same displeased face, silently put on blue bracelets for everyone;
2. apparently out of hatred that I told him that we were already regular guests of the hotel and thus forced him to check our passports according to their database, they gave me the worst number with my family. A small room overlooking the children's pool and fence, while two families of our friends were given large rooms with sea views. Although the point may be that we are Kazakhs, and our friends are of Russian nationality, but we are all from Kazakhstan. I did not discuss this with them, because. tired after the flight and waiting for the room, they took what they had;
3. in the restaurant, the waiters do not pay attention at all; in order to ask for a drink, you need to call and wait for the waiter 5-6 times;
4. at the issuance of food, because you yourself can’t dial (quarantine measures) you need to tell the cook what to put in, but the cook, apparently tired of all the vacationers, pretends that he doesn’t understand where you are pointing and puts approximately what lies in that direction and naturally in small portions, after explaining four times that you need to no longer want to swear and take what they put.
There were many more little things with the service that I no longer want to remember.
As a result, about the second trip to Coral Sea Sensatori: the sea and the beach are super, but the service has deteriorated very much, it's just the bottom. For your far from small money that you pay for a ticket, they will do you a favor in terms of service with an arrogant face and notes of rudeness. The way it was in 2019 and 2021 is heaven and earth. Such a sadness with Coral Sea Sensatori, now we don’t go there unfortunately.
Receptionist is awesome. The 24 hour bar works great. Only if you come for coffee at 5-6 in the morning, you need to look for a bartender.
The rooms are relatively fresh and free of dead mattresses and blankets and semi-broken utensils.
I had to run to the medical center on the territory. The place to match the hotel is a mini-hospital!
The food is excellent and varied. The waiters except in the well... do not kiss. I think they have a great motivation / bonus system with signing service cards.
I really liked that every day mosquitoes / flies are poisoned in the grass. And hello to yoga lovers, you better wash yourself after wallowing in the grass : )
The most unpleasant minus is a very poor entrance to the water, there are 2 places for children. One passage between the stones, approximately 2 meters. The second one at the end of the beach is about 30 meters, but it’s also not very convenient, and if you check in with children, then hell is there... Yes, I almost forgot - the playground was without a canopy, which is why the plastic slide began to melt, releasing the paint and we spoiled ourselves the dress : (
We were at the hotel at 9.45 in the morning, we were quickly put on bracelets and sent to breakfast. Settled closer to 11 because. We asked for rooms next to us, there were 2 families. Initially, standard rooms were declared, but we asked and settled in a family room, next to the sea and the main restaurant overlooking the sea and the pool (3204 and 3205), paid $ 10 extra per room. The rooms are not bad, clean in the jacuzzi bathroom. Bathrobes, iron, ironing board. The fridge didn't seem to get cold even after the replacement. Towels, bathrobes and bedding changed every day.
The beach is large, the hotel was occupied by 30-40% so there was enough space for everyone. Heated two pools (main and where slides).
The food is varied, everyone will find something to their taste. On the beach, they regularly carried alcohol themselves, you don’t have to go anywhere, delicious mojitos, pina coladas, non-alcoholic cocktails. Chips were worn regularly along with drinks. The staff are all wearing masks even on the beach.
The area is clean, the beach is clean.
Animators, so-so. Evening shows - nothing. But we didn't entertain ourselves too badly.
The reef - we were not impressed at the Reef oasis beach resort 5 * hotel is much cooler and more beautiful. The water was constantly leaving the beach and there were oases in the middle of the sea.
In principle, the holiday was a success. Recommended.

To say that we are in a fairy tale is an understatement.
The food is wonderful, there is always something to eat, you will not stay hungry.
About the territory - green, clean. The staff cleans the entire area thoroughly.

Beach!! ! There's a reef here! Here is the largest reef that we have seen in all the hotels in Egypt!
The rooms are clean. Cleaning was carried out at the highest level. Towels were changed 2 times a day.
I liked everything except the food. The hotel seems to have changed its chef. We last visited in March 2018. And everything was excellent. And it's not a lack of variety. By no means! For a week there were duck, and lamb, and crabs. This is in addition to the constant availability of several types of veal, chicken. The horror was in the huge amount of spices in 80% of the dishes! Unusual, spicy, hot spices. What for? After all, everything was great. Why cook such specific dishes? The new chef brings a clear minus to the hotel. Soups. . . the same. It is unrealistic to eat. Had such delicious vegetable broths last time!
Pastries, pizza, desserts - on top! Everything is great here.
