I recommend this hotel only for families with children under the age of 8 years old, the elders will not be interested, the children's water park is designed for small ones, except for one slide in the volcano. Adults can also go down all the slides, if the kid is afraid at first, you can set an example or go down with him. Near the sea there is a good playground with three playgrounds. The kids club is open 10:30-12:20 and 14:30-16:20. There is no internet in the hotel. It seems to be like it is throughout the territory, even on the beach. The beach is ok, sometimes a bit dirty. Not immediately, but removed. Deeper to the left of the pontoon, shallower to the right. There are no problems with beach towels, you can take and return at any time. There are no towels at the pools, you need to take them near the sea.
The food is modest, weak for a good five. Chicken, quail, grilled lyulya. Duck once a week. For children, rice, oatmeal (inedible), mashed potatoes, sometimes couscous, breakfast cereals (all kinds of cereal), yogurt. Our four-year-old daughter sat on rice and boiled egg protein (not fatal), plus sweets. Fried eggs, pancakes, croissants for breakfast. There are no dry fruits. From seafood, squid with telapia mixed a couple of times a week. Fruits: bananas, oranges, apples, dates always. Sometimes plums or apricots are green. A couple of times a week, watermelon for dinner. I want to note right away for those who come for one week, there is enough assortment. We just went through the same thing in three weeks.
The environment is generally friendly, apart from a couple of arrogantly rude cleaners and waiters. There is a nuance in cleaning, towels for washing from the rooms are collected in the morning and this very often does not coincide with cleaning. For example, you went to the beach, come at lunch, there are no towels (there will be one, maximum two for four) and they will replenish the supply of towels only after dinner, during cleaning. It turned out that from 10:30 to 16:00, while we are in the room, we are with one towel. Eldest daughter and wife with long hair : -). In the first week, we did not notice this, in the second it began to strain, then a little scandal and it became normal (immediately an exchange). Walking along the embankment will not work, it is not here. Near the hotel on the left is an abandoned four, on the right is unfinished and there is nothing normal nearby, a step to the right or left of the hotel is devastation, broken windows, abandoned hotels, seedy souvenir shops, pharmacies, jewelry. It is better not to leave the hotel, wasted time.
Summing up: can I recommend this hotel to friends? Yes, but only at a burning price. Will we come here again? Rather no than yes, but only because we like to visit new places.

Everything is monotonous, tasteless, fish, a la cheap pangasius, 1 species, 2 times there were squids with vegetables, that's all for 10 days. 1 kind of terrible, incomprehensible porridge, floating somewhere at the bottom in a white liquid. From fruits every day the same green bananas, apples, oranges and dates. For 10 days there have never been strawberries and watermelons, although now is the season. For the first time I meet such terrible green and tasteless fruits! Desserts are a separate topic, every day the same thing, terrible biscuits of the same type, even a child with a sweet tooth did not eat them. COFFEE! Instant coffee in 5-ke, are you serious? This is simply a disgrace! There is a coffee machine behind the waiter, but he himself decides who to do and who not and how much to leave a tip. They did it to me a couple of times, and once the waiter angrily said nothing and pointed to the machine with instant coffee, and then he abruptly took the glass and put it in the car himself and said goodbye, I was just taken aback and didn’t know what to say. JUICES! Jupi, which they do not hesitate to dilute with water, as the flask with "juice" is empty, they simply do not hesitate to add plain water, by the evening the juice remains water with a slight touch of juice =) By the way, in some places there is a bagged one on the bars, but it all depends on the bartender will you get his glass or not, and I'm not talking about fresh juice, but about cheap packaged juice with sugar.
- the beach, almost all the reviews are good, I'm surprised that it's very shallow, but the bottom is terrible, fragments of shells are all around, my daughter cut her finger. Sea people, places are occupied in the morning, there are not enough sun loungers, if only you are lucky to find somewhere from the very edge.
- alcohol... we were absolutely ready for the local, and not drinkers, especially we are traveling with children, but these are the worst cocktails and alcohol, it is impossible to drink!
- and finally, the slides, which became the anchor of the choice of the hotel, swimming in the pool at about 11 am, the worker came and poured 2 glasses of bleach. Everyone seems to be the norm. The pool is open from 10 am to 5 pm, why is it not cleaned and chlorinated at night? And right when the children swim there? The result of chlorine poisoning in a child is red eyes, cough, swelling on the face, adults also felt bad, because from the wind all chlorine vapors get into the face and lungs. We returned home yesterday and immediately went to the doctor to take tests, the diagnosis was an acute allergy to chlorine, and an antibiotic was prescribed. By the way, with the child we have been going to the pool at home for almost a year and everything is fine, this is not an individual feature.
- Also, only 2 of the children's pools with slides are heated, the kids club is 1.5 hours a day, the disco is 30 minutes in the evening, the children are bored, no one is engaged in them during the day, no entertainment. It could be attributed to covid, but yoga, zumba, water aerobics, wailball, live music (not very) and show programs are enough for adult entertainment. The kids have nothing to do.
- By the way, in the reviews about the staff they write the truth, it's just terrible! A couple of only normal ones, the rest are rude, laugh, ignore. Especially near the pool was nasty and said in plain text, thank you and that's it. In general, we returned from the hotel in complete shock that it was. We have been in different categories of hotels, in different countries, we traveled with a good attitude, we are not used to clinging to trifles, but this is the worst vacation ever! I don’t know where these positive reviews come from, either they are written by the employees themselves, or well, sooo unpretentious people, or the quality has deteriorated recently, because the Albatros chain is considered to be a good hotel.
Animation, if you can call it that, is sung by one man, singing at random and whatever! There are a lot of Arabs, they are cowardly under these songs! The food is just awful! There is no choice, everything is peppered! The queues for drinks are terrible! Dirty furniture, dirty tables! The worst hotel I've ever been in! I do not advise, it is better to pay extra and go to a good place and not this horror!
Finally, having waited for the coveted number, we were horrified by its appearance. Firstly, I’ll clarify that there were four of us, my husband, daughter (13 years old) and son (4 years old) and we were given a room with a double bed and a small sofa, for which they didn’t even provide bedding. Having presented our claims at the reception, they explained to us that there are no other rooms, all they can do is provide a crib-playpen for my son. How to sleep for a daughter whose height is above 160 cm on a small sofa - they did not explain to us.
Secondly - cleanliness and repair in the room is a separate issue. During the week they cleaned the room again, just changing the bedding and towels.
The sea is cold this month, so it was not possible to swim, as it is also very windy. But here, as they say, the claims are not to the hotel, but to the tour operator, who did not warn about the nuances of the weather in April in Hurghada.
The food is terrible, everything is monotonous, or tasteless, or spicy. We never saw seafood, the fish was once for dinner, no quality. At the end of the holiday, we got an eating disorder, and my son also had rashes all over his body, I wouldn’t be surprised if after passing the tests we find the presence of helminths, since elementary cleanliness is not known in this hotel.
Animation at a very low level, for the whole week the animators were seen a couple of times.
From the positive, I can only note the presence of children's pools with slides and heating.
We have rested many times in Turkey, Egypt, Bulgaria, not always there were excellent conditions everywhere, but unfortunately this hotel and its service discouraged the desire to return to this country for a holiday completely.
1. The food is excellent, everyone will find something to their liking, you can eat to satiety. There is a lot of meat, every lunch, dinner: duck, chicken, veal, sometimes baked, sometimes stewed, fried, a lot of side dishes, salads, desserts are sooo delicious, children ate enough, pastries for every taste - goodbye diet. We did not drink alcohol, but I saw that a lot of different things, people are happy. Coffee, coffee drinks, soft and alcoholic cocktails, fruits in abundance, oh yes! Fish is always and in different versions, even the children ate with us. Two large bars, pizza, ice cream, french fries, various other snacks, drinks. There is a children's room with cartoons, children's small tables, a children's menu, there is a microwave.
2. Sea: luxurious sand, shallow sea - ideal for children, further deeper. If you dive for fish, then this is in Sharm. We were looking for a comfortable beach and sand. Children ran barefoot on the water, sand, what else is needed for happiness. You can also dive with a mask, you and your daughter saw fish, beautiful, a lot, but not exactly a multi-colored set, as in Sharm.
3. The service is at the highest level, the staff is pleasant, all quarantine standards are met, everyone is wearing masks, sanitizers, cleanliness is everywhere.
4. A huge territory, albeit not very green, but this is not Turkey. There are plenty of green locations for photos. Sea activities, if you want volleyball, water aerobics, dancing, a children's room (we didn't go there), mini-golf.
5. The water park is a whole world for children, different aqua locations, slides, castles, amazing performance, there are slides for kids and a 50 cm deep pool. In October, the water in the pools was quite cool, so the children ran and skated and then jumped out to warm themselves. But the sea of u200bu200bhappiness. Lifeguards keep order in the pool. There are plenty of sunbeds around the pools.
6. The rooms are very comfortable, we had a family room, spacious, everything is really new, perfect, the bathroom is huge, the balcony. Wi-Fi catches in the room perfectly, router in the room. There were only 2 downsides:
