The first time we rested in Albania, we went almost at random, but we did not regret it. The place is beautiful - a bay surrounded by mountains. The sea is clean, turquoise, the beach is pebbly, the stones are large, there were no hedgehogs on our beach, but on the neighboring beach we saw hedgehogs, hermit crabs, and fry - you can snorkel, there is something to see. Aquasocks are a must, without them your feet will hurt. The hotel itself is on the first line, but across the road, located on a mountain, so you have to climb a rather steep staircase back from the beach. The view from the room and from the restaurant directly to the sea and sunset. The rooms are clean, air conditioning, hair dryer and mini fridge work. The shower is like everywhere in the Balkans without a curtain, the bathroom is combined. The restaurant is not bad, there is not much variety, but everything is enough. I don’t advise taking meat - tough, but fish, seafood, soups and risotto are very good, breakfasts are standard (eggs, sausages, cheese / pancakes). There were few people (covid), the staff was calm, unobtrusive, they take you to Vlora and back if you want (it’s unrealistic to walk along the side of the road). There is no entertainment around, animation, beach entertainment and discos, the place is suitable for a quiet, secluded holiday on the sea. Of the minuses for me personally - only the abundance of fumigator-resistant mosquitoes)
