Cons:
1. The beach is terrible. There is no access to the sea. Huge stones, no pontoon, everyone goes swimming in the nearby hotel.
2. The only minus of the room is that when you open the balcony door, it hits the air conditioner. Alas, this is because the balcony is 1.1 meters.
3 Ignoring a regular customer! We were in the hotel for the third time. But the hotel did not react to this. No flowers in the room, no fruit, no wine. ( as they do for regular clients in normal hotels. ) It was unpleasant! But we decided that these are unscrupulous reception workers who are not responsible for anything at all.
4. They asked to repair the shower head, the reception did not even send a master. The man did everything himself. This is a fat disadvantage of the hotel. Terrible front desk staff. They don't even understand the language.
Pros: Good, tasty, varied cuisine, clean territory, good bartenders, good waiters, the best staff I've ever seen!
Everything is very friendly and professional. Especially Yakub. He's the best.
Food: monotonous, not always tasty, always the same.
Room cleaning: very bad, the hotel grounds are green, but very dirty.
The hotel has a well-groomed green area, various funny figurines, fountains, colored lights, a pier on the sea, benches and hanging swings. Several rooms, different buildings. The hotel has a fur and leather shop (they send it for free shopping to Kemer or Goynuk), a doctor, a photographer (one photo per room is provided free of charge). There is also a hammam where you can take a steam bath at least every day for half an hour for free. Massage and other procedures are already paid.
There are two swimming pools on the territory (one in the courtyard, one closer to the restaurant and the sea). They are large enough, there are slides for children and a beautiful view of the mountains).
Room and Internet. Safe $2 per day. Extension of the room before departure $ 10 per hour. Free Wi-Fi is available in the hotel lobby and near the pool, caught a little on the beach - closer to the pool. The rooms do not, only if near a window overlooking the same patio pool.
The room is quite spacious - the standard contained two beds (one small and one large double). There is no kettle in the room, there are two glasses, a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. They bring 1.5 liters of water - every day a bottle. But in the restaurant you can take as many small bottles of 0.33 liters as you like. There is a hair dryer, soap, shampoo-shower gel.
At first, not everything was replenished in a timely manner, I had to call the reception a couple of times (and also remind about cleaning, changing towels or bed linen). However, this is more likely due to the overcrowding of the hotel in the high season.
But soon I got to know the maids - they are all Russian-speaking young girls from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan. Having sweetly taken a liking to them, she asked this and that to bring them to the room, each time she greeted them and exchanged a few words. Apparently, this played its role, and we no longer had questions about cleaning and the availability of funds.
The balcony is small (we had a side view of the pool and the mountain, as well as the other building of the hotel). The balcony had room for two plastic chairs and clothes dryers.
The only thing is that the shower is almost at floor level. When you wash, the water spills a little on the floor. But this is not only here - in the hotels of Albania, Italy, I met with similar things.
Rescues a towel for feet and floor, specially brought to the room. As well as the accurate direction of the water towards the wall. Basically, you can live with it.
Food. High quality, fresh and varied. For breakfast, cookies, cereals, cottage cheese, cheese, different types of yogurt, pancakes. For lunch and dinner, chicken, turkey, liver, mushrooms, fish, various side dishes: rice, buckwheat, potatoes, beans. There were even dietary meals. There are always a lot of greens, vegetables of various cuts (both hot and cold), salads, sauces. Fruits: grapes, melon, watermelon, apricots, plums, apples, pears. Once a week on Saturdays there is a Turkish night, where the choice of food is much larger (fish, meat night). Several times a week they gave ice cream and guzleme. There is a night soup from 23.30. You definitely won't leave hungry.
Beach. It’s not far to go to the beach, depending on which building you are in - 4 minutes through the underpass. The sea is clean, the beach is rocky, you need to take corals with you.
Sun loungers, umbrellas for free, there are showers and changing cabins. Sun loungers, if you come not in the morning, but at 10.00-11.00, can be busy, but are quickly released. Several low pontoons allow both adults and children to make a safe and comfortable entry into the sea. The beach has both sand and small pebbles. And in the sea itself there can be large stones. But in general, the beach is quite large and cozy, there is a volleyball court. More of the entertainment gymnastics in the morning, water aerobics and zumba dancing in the afternoon. Also nearby is the rental of motorboats, jet ski, boating, banana, parasailing, parasailing, water skiing, canoeing, flying board (Fly board).
If you walk about a kilometer to the left of the hotel along a closed road among the richly smelling pines, cross a small tunnel, and go down the stones, you can get to a beautiful wild beach with picturesque rock layers.
You can also get to part of this beach if you walk to the left along the sea from the hotel's beach. Recommended.
Excursions. We took excursions near the hotel to the right 100 meters from Ansar in the Kemer Tour company (you will see a red sign). I have always taken excursions from a hotel guide before, but here I made an exception - and I did not regret it! Companies can be trusted. In total, I went on 7 excursions (to Istanbul, Pamukkale, Cappadocia, Goynuk Canyon + Phaselis city, Antalya sightseeing tour, Demre-Mira-Kekova, and also to Olympos + Mount Chimera). And after the hammam I got a gift from the company. We can note the polite and helpful staff (I collaborated with Ansar), fast service, good information about upcoming trips, about the necessary things to take with me. The time of arrival of the transport was quite accurate, there was no particular wait. The guides are knowledgeable and provide interesting information. Drivers are friendly.
So you can safely order here, they have other excursions (for example, water - to the Turkish Maldives). Such a company can be trusted, besides, the prices turned out to be very pleasant and affordable compared to other offers.
Shopping. Near the hotel to the right and to the left there is a walking area, where a number of shops with goods are located. Here you can buy souvenirs, sweets, shoes, clothes, suitcase covers and the suitcases themselves, linen, sweets, tea and other gear. On Mondays until 18.00 the market is open - to the left of the hotel 300-500 meters. Reasonable prices here and you can buy everything - from food to jewelry, clothes, shoes, swimwear, etc. In addition, hotel guides offer a free shopping trip to Antalya, where prices are really lower than in the same Kemer.
There you can visit a leather and fur shop, a jewelry store, a Thai pharmacy (with cosmetics, herbal medicines, perfumes), as well as a huge Mall of Antalya shopping center. Or you can go to Kemer on your own for a walk and visit local shops.
Conclusions: you can safely go to the hotel (with or without children). All issues are resolved at the reception as they arise. Your wishes are taken into account. All in all, our vacation was great! There will be questions - ask, please.
We read a lot about the hotel and watched videos that could be found on the net. We immediately decided that nothing would spoil our mood. And so it happened. We liked. I never found an alternative to him on the principle of our requests-price.
Pros:
1. Proximity to the airport. 40 minutes transfer. The second from the beginning and take away later. If you go to Kemer, then the bus is empty.
2. Very cool nature. The mountains. Pines. There is a river nearby. Lots of geese and ducks. You can feed.
3. Silence was important to me. Age almost 60. Therefore, the option of a separate residential area and entertainment is wonderful. Tunnel crossing +
4. We lived in a wonderful room in building A.
1434. Good repair, mountain view, internet. Asking price $20. I knew about it, I was ready.
Prior to that, we were shown 2 rooms in buildings B and C "rest in the country". I won't say it's too bad. My husband even liked it, but I need the Internet to work, and they are problematic. We are not picky about cleaning. They left tips. But this is optional.
5. Beautiful well-groomed territory in a residential area with a swimming pool. They clean and wash all the time.
6. I liked the sun loungers on the green lawn. There was enough. Nearby are gozlume cakes for a snack.
7. For food, I had enough of everything. I don't eat much, but it's important that it tastes good. There were 2 kinds of fish. Changed. There was a trout too. I'm on the fish. Breakfast is ok too. There is a choice. You can start to pick on if you want, but somehow you don’t want to.
For alcohol, the husband drank whiskey. I am wine.
8. Since we rested in October, the sunrise is at 7.10. The restaurant opens at 7, so every morning it's sunrise with cappuccino buns and fresh juice ($1) ++++
9. The staff is polite. They spend a lot of time caring for the territory.
Cons, it is understandable, too, but did not leave a negative:
1. Beach. But it is not their fault that they have so many stones in the water. We were ready for this. We arrived with corals.
2. I saw that the hamam worker was carrying out obsessive campaigning there. But we didn't meet them at all. They took thin towels from the house, special for the beach, which dry quickly.
3. For me, very sweet desserts in a restaurant. They didn't bake cookies.
I didn’t understand anything about the la carte restaurant. It seems to work. But we never once saw people eating there. Well, they didn't go.
A separate positive is the cats. The whole hotel played with them.
I want to thank all the staff of the hotel for our wonderful stay.
The hotel has several buildings, with different types of rooms - and here the roulette begins.
We were accommodated in a tiny standard room, with a tiny balcony that overlooked the roof of the neighboring building.
Since the roof was heated, the room was unreal stuffy even in the evening - it is impossible to go out to the balcony, leave it open too. The second problem was the air conditioning unit - as soon as one of the neighbors turns it on, there is immediately noise and direct vibration in the room.
On the day of check-in, we turned to the reception with a request to provide another room, to which we were told that our room was already excellent, because there are more rooms overlooking the wall of the neighboring building. We refused to move to a family room with a surcharge of $40, and there were no double rooms.
Luckily, at lunchtime the next day, a superior room option appeared - with a large balcony overlooking the patio and mountains, a spacious room, and even with wi-fi.
For only $20 we were moved there, and it was the best decision.
True, our neighbors were moved through the wall to the same one for $10 ; (
The first number can be attributed more to the economy than to the standard. Therefore, it is better to immediately get ready for the fact that you will need to pay extra for a good number and run after it.
The territory of the hotel is beautiful and spacious, clean and green, excellent views of the mountains and the sea.
In terms of food, everything suited us too - the Turkish night on Saturdays is beyond praise. On other days it was also ok - always vegetables and fruits, a lot of desserts, we didn’t even try everything.
The beach is pebbly, the water is crystal and emerald. There are several equipped entrances to the water and a pier - hardly anyone will need coral slippers.
There are enough sun loungers on the beach, but it is better to come to the sea before 9 am, later it can be difficult to find a sunbed.
We did not rest by the pools, but there were always sunbeds there.
Near the hotel there is a supermarket, a pharmacy and a whole shopping mall with local desserts, fruits, etc.
In general, worthy 4. But for 30-35 thousand hryvnias you should not go there, you can find a better option.
But 20-25 thousand UAH. it's worth it, but no more.
For example, in the same Selchuhan, the rooms are fresher.
I recommend, for a 4-ki this is a normal hotel.
The hotel is considered to be on 2 lines, separated by a road. Passage to the restaurant, swimming pool with slides and the beach through the underpass. From the buildings to the beach, go on the strength of 4 minutes with a calm gait.
The room was small, on the 3rd floor, but with a gorgeous view of the mountains (they gave it right away, at no extra charge). Cleaning on demand.
The cuisine does not differ in variety, but we were not hungry. For breakfast, egg dishes, pancakes with different types of jam and some vegetables. Many types of delicious cheese. For lunch, 2 types of the first, 2-3 types of meat and side dishes. Dinner is more varied. There were always very tasty watermelons, for lunch and dinner - melons, peaches, plums, oranges, pears.
There are small pebbles on the beach, it is better to walk in shoes. But the entry into the sea is rocky - slippery boulders, so you need to use ramps or a pier. Food and drinks are not allowed to be brought to the beach (the observer is sitting).
The sea itself is very warm and clean. Transparent - at a depth of 3 meters, every pebble at the bottom is visible. You can also swim at night.
Despite the fact that there were enough vacationers, you could always find places on the beach (if not on the first line of sunbeds). We went to the green zone - more space and shade, less noise. You can always find a seat in the restaurant too. And near the pool with slides, people occupied sunbeds from the very morning, by 9.00 all the sunbeds were already occupied.
Visited the spa at the hotel. In principle, not bad, there is a sauna and a hammam. But they try very hard to promote money and offer many unnecessary procedures. You will be offered a massage subscription for several days, but these massages will be very short in time. If the first time is about 40 minutes, then the rest are 10 minutes maximum.
In general, the rest was very pleasant, not counting the little things. The hotel is compact, clean, pleasant, with a gorgeous view of the mountains and the sea.
We went on excursions through a local agency, right next to the hotel (to the left of the entrance, if you stand with your back to the reception). Abbas helped us, many thanks to him! Highly recommend! We were the only ones who went with our own water (Abbas warned us that there was only paid water), we went rafting, I was worried, but he explained everything very clearly and in detail, helped to figure it out and answered all the questions! The prices were the lowest (even without bidding) of all that we saw there.
Food: monotonous, many mixed dishes left for example from lunch to dinner. There are few fruits, mainly watermelon, melon, pears. Zero animation. Guys don't try at all. People don't turn on. They don't play with children.
Of the huge minuses - the beach. This is tin. The cobblestones are huge and the descent to the sea along the equipped path, which is very slippery, covered in mud or something else, you have to go down holding on to the handrails. And this does not save, the children are washed away, as the strong waves do not give them the strength to resist. Some kind of canvas was laid on the path only twice, one of which immediately took it away.
And the handrails themselves, along which the ends go down into the sea, you can just run into them... The administration does not react to all this...
I won't go there again with my kids.
Territory of course huge, lots of greenery. But our rural mentality does not allow us to take sun loungers. There are towels hung on them and they seem to be busy...
Separately, about the organizers of Anex Tour - not only do they soar excursions at crazy prices, they can also give gifts. For example, I ordered a trip to a textile store, and they took me to the skin and said that I did not order textiles. Although initially they said that we would go to textiles, and we would only go to leather for 15 minutes.
I’m already silent about the fact that our flight was delayed by 15 hours, the time was changed only at the hotel three times, without warning, they say, pass by, look at the stands. So after arriving at the airport they just threw us. We sat from 10 pm to 8 am at the airport and no one even contacted us. Just chilled out. They didn't pick up the phone, the representatives didn't show up and didn't call back. In short, I do not advise ANEX TOUR. Well, the hotel is not recommended for children. It is simply dangerous for health and life with such a descent to the sea...
