Good evening, let me introduce myself - Lana, a tourist from Russia, ya. tourist82@yandex. en
I want to leave my review on the Israel travel agency in Beer Sheva "Metro Club".
Score out of 5 = 2. I'll explain why.
The vacation took place in the summer of 2012. We arrived and on the spot chose a travel agency for excursions and travel in Israel. It turned out to be “Metro Club”.
Excellent staff, pleasant environment, excellent guided tour along the Jerusalem sightseeing route.
But as for the hotel - they ruined the vacation, clearly inflating the price.
After 2 nights, they could not stand it and lived at their own expense in another.
Recommended hotel in Eilat on the Red Sea Dalia Hotel.
Disadvantages:
- noisy (the hotel is near the airport itself - this issue was not raised separately), the windows do not save, alas, they did not take earplugs with them;
- breakfast buffet - a minimum set (eggs, water, tea leaves! , yuppies, bread (you can fry!
), vegetable salad, scrambled eggs, milk, cereals), everything is cold, there are few guests, and everything ends quickly and there is nothing to take;
- dinner - the same every evening (for an amateur! ) (except Friday, if I'm not mistaken) a la carte to choose from 2 / 3 courses, there is a dessert on the menu, when served, you understand that it is not;
- the beds in the room turned out to be separate, after going to the reception, they heard “expected” - only tomorrow we will be able to offer something;
- the next day they changed the room - the bed is single - the air conditioner does not work, the call of the master did not give anything - according to his words, “previous guests apparently left it on”, they “survived” the night at +35;
- dirty, burned curtains;
- holes in furniture, carpet, walls, tiles in the shower;
- pieces of dust in the corners;
- lagging plaster;
- dirty, stained faucets (from the 1st day of arrival! )
- not even a reception hole in the floor, if you decide to go - pay attention to this miracle)
Surely missed something.
Ps If you endure all the hardships of life, are not used to comfort, love the heat to the point of exhaustion and do not have any special claims to food - you are in this hotel!
Just don't overpay!
And you know what is typical, having already returned, I found that on the official page of the metroclub travel agency. co. il no place for reviews =)
Sincerely, Have a nice holiday everyone!
Of course, it is better to choose a hotel from a trusted operator and prepare for your vacation in advance - a lesson for the future!

Rested for 4 days. This is the very first hotel in Eilat, built in the fifties of the twentieth century. Small, three-story, no elevator. But we were satisfied. The room is clean, cleaned and linen changed every day. The food is good, quite varied: for breakfast, 3 types of corn flakes, 2 jams, chocolate paste, curds, salads, herring, eggs, scrambled eggs and something else very spicy from eggs, this is an amateur, my husband liked it.

For dinner, 3 types of hot dishes (meat, chicken, fish), 2 side dishes, various salads, dessert. Both in the morning and in the evening watermelon without fail. In the morning water, tea, coffee, juices. In the evening, for some reason, juices for money.
The hotel also has a small swimming pool. Minus - too loud music in the pool (but this is a minus of the whole of Eilat, and not just this hotel). The second negative is that the hotel has a bar, but we have never seen it open. So apart from the pool, there are no attractions at the hotel. But this basically corresponds to the number of stars. The appearance of the attendants has not yet pleased: shapeless black suits like Soviet sweatpants, smeared with paint.
Once again - the hotel corresponds to the declared stardom, I wrote, because. I am outraged by people who want to pay the minimum, and get the maximum, I have met a lot of such people.

My wife and I went to Eilat for 3 days. Initially, we planned to hang out for all 3 days, and not stay in a hotel, so we decided to take 3 *. A mixture of washing powder with some kind of bleach. Everything that was in the room was broken. Starting from the tables, ending with the shower. in short, even there is no desire to write, everything is clear.

When I started reading the official description, I smiled. The phrase "the hotel is well located . . " just wants to continue with the words "opposite the airport. " But, in fairness, it is worth noting that this did not interfere with our rest at all: the windows faced the other side. But the rumble of the ventilation pipe running along our wall could be heard until midnight.

The condition of the room is good. Everything is in order, everything is clean, cleaned every day. There is a refrigerator in the room. No claims. The hall is somewhat shabby, the upholstery of the sofas is cracked. The iron is on the ground floor under the stairs, you do not have to pay for laundry services, as it happens in other hotels. Well, the economy option is the economy. The pool at the hotel is small, we hardly saw vacationers there. The breakfast and dinner meals were good. For breakfast - always a buffet, but without meat, from fish - only 2 types of herring. Milk-egg-salad menu. Dinner is heavy. But according to this system: they offer 2 options for the first and 4 options for meat. I chose, in addition, they bring 4 types of salads (if you don’t like these, you can choose in a salad bar) and 2 types of side dish. If you don’t want to eat something (in my case it was meat with blood), they replace it with whatever you choose. We didn't go hungry without dinner. In the photo on the right under the canopy - the entrance to the hotel, on the left - the entrance to the cafe where they fed. It takes about 10 minutes to go to the sea. Sunbeds are paid everywhere - 15 shekels ($ 100 = 350 shekels). It is better to change on the street where the post office is located: there are a lot of exchangers and a different exchange rate, but it is definitely more profitable than in a hotel or on the embankment. At the post office, they took a card to call home by a payphone: in general, it turns out cheap (20nis = 30min).
