Upon arrival, we were met at the central parking lot, sent to the second one, which is located behind the hotel.
Friendly guy Eugene showed the parking space, offered to help with things.
At the reception, the girl Daria (if I remember correctly) very politely explained the rules of the hotel, and took us to the New Building. By the way, construction is underway on the territory of the hotel (this is not in the photo), and the view of these gray buildings was a bit disappointing. But during the rest, neither noise, nor dust, nor any inconvenience, except for aesthetic ones, the construction site did not bring. So it's not critical.
They settled us in a new building, on the 4th floor. It is not convenient with a baby, it may be possible to go up and down, so check the splicing when booking. But we are athletes) it did not frighten us.
The room has a new good repair, good furniture, it was clean, all consumables - shampoo, soap, gel, paper were in place. But the TV showed with interference, and the refrigerator did not cool. They immediately invited a guy to help, who said that the TVs did not work throughout the hotel and this issue could not be resolved. Daria said that the administrator had told: either stay with a non-working TV or your money will be returned. Time 22.00 in the arms of a baby and another 9 years old. Of course we stayed, but we were transferred to another room, where the refrigerator still fulfilled its duty)

The service at the hotel is just awful! The rooms are not cleaned. On the beach there are sun loungers without mattresses, you have to lie on plastic, zero comfort !! ! And most importantly, they are not allowed to take towels from the hotel to the beach, they can only be used near the pool. Passing through the reception, they follow you and ask where you are going with towels and threaten you with a fine!! ! It feels like you are not on vacation but in a colony under supervision!! ! Some bans all around.

We rested with our family in June 2018. Booking, check-in went without any questions. The room was clean, comfortable, everything worked. The playground for toddlers and primary school children is small, with soft artificial turf. A small pool with a paddling pool, enough sun loungers for everyone. On the territory there are large round sheds with tables and chairs, there is a terrace with armchairs and sofas with pillows under the ass, games for children. Breakfasts are simple: pasta, cereals, sausages, scrambled eggs, boiled sausage, compote (very sweet), tea, coffee drink, cookies, buns, gingerbread, plums, cherries. Monotonous. For the money, the dishes are delicious, cheap at Belarusian prices. You can eat at a nearby hotel, where the menu is different. Animation is normal, children like it. The animators did a good job. Wi-fi is decent, we watched videos, catches all over the hotel. The staff is friendly both at the reception and in the cafe, they even sold us ice cream on credit in the cafe)) On the next arrival, they offered a 10% discount as regular customers. At the reception they can exchange currency, however, at a low rate. When we left, the room was taken in 15 minutes, the maid even came running and brought a forgotten Panama hat, it was nice. The territory of the beach is regularly cleaned by a tractor, so it is clean there. There are few local sunbathers.
Of the minuses: terrible soap, shampoo and shower gel. There is a wasteland on one side of the hotel, so a rather cold wind blows through the territory in bad weather.
