We came to Montenegro for the first time and are very glad that we got to Andric Lux. Six months later, when we were planning our next vacation, I got around to writing a review) I gave the food 1 star because it is not provided at all in this villa, and there is nothing to rate. Those who bought a tour with breakfast went to a restaurant on the waterfront (apparently, they have such an agreement with the tour operator).

I gave the food 1 star because it is not provided at all in this villa, and there is nothing to rate. Those who bought a tour with breakfast went to a restaurant on the waterfront (apparently, they have such an agreement with the tour operator).
From Andric Lux to the market and shopping center 5 minutes on foot, to the beach - 10-15. Nearby is mostly the private sector and the same small villas, the area is quite quiet. There is a 24-hour shop in the next house, a pharmacy a little further. Almost under the windows of the room there is a sports bar, but I can’t call it noisy - no one bothered to sleep.
The room has a large room with a TV, a sofa, a dining table and air conditioning, in the same room there is a small corner-kitchen.
The kitchen has everything you need: paper towels, cups/plates/glasses/glasses/forks/spoons/knives, etc. , as well as a small refrigerator.
Of the minuses - there is no hood in the kitchen, so if your neighbors decide to fry fish / meat / garlic. , All the smells will instantly be in your room. By the way, the preparation of these products in the room is prohibited by the rules of the villa and the residents are informed about this upon check-in, but this does not stop some. Our neighbors, for example, turned out to be ardent fans of fried fish with garlic.
The bedroom has a large comfortable bed with a new mattress, a wardrobe and a couple of bedside tables. Thick curtains in the morning protect from the sun's rays (we had a sunny side).
You can access the terrace both from the kitchen room and from the bedroom. On the terrace there is a table and 2 chairs, as well as a dryer (very useful in the summer season).
It's nice that there is separate lighting on the terrace, you can sit half the night (by the way, there are no mosquitoes in Budva at all, this is the best discovery of my vacation))
The bathroom has a shower, 5-6 towels. No soap or other cleaning chemicals. But there was washing powder and a small basin for washing.
Once every 3 days they changed towels and took out the garbage, I was pleased with the cleanliness in the corridors, on the stairs and in the area near the villa.
In general, I give the villa a solid 10 points, we will definitely return next year.

Different types of glasses, cups, plates, a dome for storing cheeses, a grater, jars for storing loose, in general, there is everything that is needed in the kitchen and even more. Perfect cleanliness everywhere. Everything is new, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Clean upholstered furniture, new renovation, beautiful interior. The room was cleaned every day and towels changed every day.

The villa is located in the city, 20 minutes to the nearest Slavic beach. We did not like the Slavic beach, in some places there are cobblestones, in some places there is sand, but the bottom of the sea is rocky. On the Slavic beach, the sea is very dirty, there are a lot of people. We all the time, not counting excursions, went to Mogren beach, 30 minutes from the villa. There is sand and clear water. There is a cafe. The price of sunbeds is 15 euros for 2 sunbeds with an umbrella, the first line is 20 euros for the same. Umbrellas are small and made of thin fabric. You can get burned if you spend all day under it. We bought another extra umbrella as one was missing. If with small children, then such walks to the beach are difficult. Walk in the sunshine.
The transfer was provided by the Pilon agency, through which we also booked excursions. Upon arrival at the airport, we were met and taken on a big bus to Budva, then we transferred to a minibus and were taken to the villa. No one provided a minibus back, and we had to walk through the heat with our suitcases to the place where the big bus picks up. There were still unpleasant impressions about the Pilon agency. When we took an excursion to Croatia, we were given an old bus with a non-working air conditioner. 4 hours one way, in the cabin the temperature was +40, it felt like it could be boiled... And they gave the same bus for the return transfer. And most importantly - no one warned that the flight was canceled. We were brought to the airport and left, there was no our flight, no information was provided. 4 hours of indefinite waiting in a stuffy airport, where there is nowhere even to sit down. As I understand it, they knew all this, they just already had plans for this bus (excursions) and did not want to postpone the departure time. Other tour operators brought their tourists to the airport on our flight much later and they did not have to wait 4 hours before check-in.
Conclusions: The villa met expectations and even more
minus - far from the beach (20 minutes to Slavyansky, 30 minutes to Mogren), municipal beaches,
it is better not to contact the Pilon agency if they do not replace a bad bus,
Montenegro is very beautiful, definitely worth seeing, and there is something to see in Budva (Old Town)

Rested in this villa at the end of the season, were very pleased! The villa is new, very clean, tidy, tasteful. The furniture is of high quality, the interior is very good. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything you need is there. It was comfortable to rest, no noise. The beach and the center can be easily reached by walking about 15 minutes.

Cons: Wi-Fi did not catch in all parts of our apartments.
And there was no regular cleaning. The garbage was taken out every day, yes, and new towels were brought, but the floors were not washed. We rested in villas for the first time, maybe it was supposed to be so, we don’t know, but the fact remains.
In general, I liked everything. Thanks for a great vacation!
