THEY WERE TAKING A TOUR FROM "PEGAS" FOR 36 DOLLARS, ALLEGEDLY AN OVERVIEW OF THE COUNTRY, HOWEVER, THEY WERE DIRECTED TO THE FACTORIES, "STEAMING" ANY JUNK IN THREE ROADS. HOTEL GUIDE ANDREY APPEARED 1 TIME WITH THE MAIN PURPOSE TO BUY EXCURSIONS (AT THE PRICE 2-3 TIMES HIGHER THAN ON THE STREET), HE DID NOT RESPOND TO OUR CALLS, HE DID NOT EVEN PICK UP. We bought a tour for 2 months, paid the entire cost immediately, in cash from the travel agency "Rest Tour" in Kemerovo, travel agency "Pegas Touristik". Only upon arrival did they realize what a mistake they had made, none of the photos is true! description too. This hotel does not deserve a 1 * star: the territory is neglected, the rooms are very small and dirty, on the 1st floor there is an unbearable smell of mold in the rooms, the pool is dirty, the linen was changed but it is all stained, the bathrobes in the closet are dirty (after previous liquids), the refrigerator is dirtyalmost no hot water. Breakfasts are meager, there is virtually no staff, the guard steals everything that is bad, up to lighters. The walls of the hotel and the reception area are covered with black paint from a bologna (after a bandit raid). Clean linen is stored outside under the stairs along with dirty linen, cockroaches, geckos run on it. A snake was caught in our area. the famous Fay River, actually a sewer drain that flows straight into the sea where the beach is located. The pool is dirty. I asked the Pegasus hotel guide why they give out this horror as 3 * stars, he replied that Vietnam assigns stars. In short, you won't find it. They get to the hotel mainly on last-minute vouchers for nothing, imagine what it was like for us, who paid the full price in advance. Please be sure to blacklist this hotel.
