I really hope that the management of this hotel reads the reviews and takes seriously the staff and teaches how to work with customers. Maybe we were unlucky with the change of staff, I don't know. But the impression of the restaurant is not the best.
The spa smelled disgusting (as if the cats marked the whole spa). They don’t know how to heat the hammam, we couldn’t even enter the hammam, not to mention how to sit on the stove, how hot it was. On the first day at the SPA, the guy who was on duty there (when we arrived at the place he was not there) but even when he appeared we were not offered slippers or towels. And at the reception they didn’t tell us that you can use all this goodness and not wait for a guy.
There is a lot of construction around the hotel, which is why there is dirt and a bad entrance around.
