The food consists of simple dishes, which favors normal digestion. Never got around to dessert. The choice of alcohol for those who wish to eat: no poisoning was observed for ten days. beer is delicious)
The rooms are comfortable, the necessary set of cosmetics is. Towels and bed linen are changed. There is an unspoken rule: by the time of cleaning, leave what needs to be changed on the floor.
There is a beach - a bus runs to it four times a day. Flight schedule at the reception. In addition, you can visit the city beach (700 meters to it).
On the sun loungers you can get a tan even for those who feel bad in the heat (you can go to an air-conditioned room at any time). For children there is a small paddling pool next to the main pool.
In the evening, events are held in the "main" hotel of the "Botanik" chain: the most memorable of them is a fire show and a party on the beach.
Disadvantages: dishes with chips (for Russian residents, there is a bad omen from such), not very clean tablecloths, dirty covers of trash cans (very conspicuous), not always reliable shower in the rooms (plumbing likes maintenance and washing off limescale with the help of special tools ).
In general, I was satisfied with my vacation in Kemer.

Alcohol from 11.00 to 23.00 beer, gin, wine (tasteless), vodka and rakki (local vodka), sprite, cola. Cleaning daily, change of towels, cosmetics in the shower. All rooms overlook the pool. Transfer to the sea 4 times a day (2 in the morning there back and 2 in the afternoon as well). Not far min 15 city beach with large pebbles. Near the hotel there are a lot of different shops and a 15-20 minute walk de facto and Waikiki.
In general, the hotel is not bad and fully corresponds to its stars and money.
The only thing you need to replace the dishes, a lot of chips and mattresses on sun loungers.
We were pleasantly surprised, expecting the worst. For little money this is just a great hotel. In Turkey 4 times, previously were in the top five.

I counted on a relaxing holiday, but on the first day we met with vacationers, mostly young people. It was friendly and fun.

Room cleaned every day, towels changed daily. The bathroom has everything you need - shampoos, gels, lotions, slippers.
We arrived at the hotel in the evening, after 19.00. The staff is pleasant, all smiling and trying to please. The main thing is to be positive in response!
Polite administrators immediately sent us to dinner, then settled in a room on the ground floor with access to the pool. It turned out to be very convenient, sun loungers next to the room). Do not rush to buy wi-fi, we caught a free one near the bar.
The employees of the "restaurant" (more like a canteen) do their job very well. The waiters always say hello and wish you bon appetit. The choice of dishes is small, but you will not leave hungry. Breakfast: boiled eggs, vegetables, olives, cereal. From fruits there were watermelons, oranges, plums, peaches, apples, from baking only white bread and 3-4 types of cakes, I did not try. From drinks tea, coffee, two types of juice, water in the cooler (in the dining room) and in the fridge at the bar. The dishes in the dining room are all chipped.
The bar is open from 11:00-23:00. I didn’t like the wine, draft beer, unfiltered, sour taste, gin, vodka, cola, sprite. There was no tonic, bought in a store.
The territory is small, clean pool.
Mattresses on sun loungers should be updated, old, full of holes.
A bus takes you to the sea, about 20 minutes away. On the beach from 10 am animation, water aerobics, yoga. We went three times, then went to the nearest city beach on foot.
We walked around the city, saw 3 * hotels, which were also considered for travel. We came to the conclusion that our treshka is the best.

Botanik Feliziya is a three-star hotel! It's foolish to expect too much from him. Be realistic! Rest is always a holiday! And anyone can create a holiday! The main positive! Be happy!

Three days later, we asked for an answer, to which we received that our issue was being resolved. We called the hotline, it turned out that the hotel guide did not leave any application for our voucher. Then we allegedly accepted the application and said again to wait for an answer via Viber. A day later there was no answer, we called the hotline again, we were again told that there was no application for our voucher. Coral Travel just dynamized us, treated us indifferently, waiting for us to leave home.
There was absolutely no one to turn to at the Tokay reception, a Russian-speaking girl - an interpreter told us that the owners of the hotel are aware of the situation, they impudently earn money, sell tours much more than there are empty places and populate anywhere. That is, we spent the night in some hotel house (we couldn’t even drink water there), and we went to the Tokay hotel to the dining room, pool and bar. By the way, about the dining room, the food is dumb, the waiters are some guest workers who changed with us every day, they worked without overalls. The dishes are all chipped, broken, coffee and tea are impossible to drink. The same meal every day, consisting of pasta, chicken for lunch and small stinky fish for dinner. From sweets, twice a week in the morning they gave cookies like "Maria". Cheese, no porridge at all. Of the fruits, only watermelon and a couple of times a week a green, tasteless melon. There was no beer in the bar for our entire vacation, only a bottle was charged for 15 lira.
Rest saved, of course, the sun and the sea. A bit sorry for the money given. We do not advise anyone to buy a tour to this hotel, so as not to end up in a situation in which we found ourselves. This is real deception. And Coral Travel, unfortunately, has proven itself from a bad side. We went before through Pegas Touristik and everything was fine.

To the sea 3 minutes by the streets - if along the avenue (for those who are bad in orientation in the area), then 7 minutes. But it’s not realistic to get lost - everyone goes to the sea and back, the hotel is near the road - everyone knows. The owner is a wonderful person - just ask - what your soul desires, and not yell at me everything is paid - they don’t understand you anyway. The staff is afraid of him, that is, respects him. Nastya is an admin girl - but not a translator - you are insolent (to travel around the world so that you are met everywhere in Russian). She is always attentive to the guests and is ready to help - if there is a real problem - but not your whims. And if someone overpays for all inclusive, then please claim the tour operator, and not the hotel. I remind you 3 * - this is a dining room, not an exclusive restaurant. Meat shaft, but the truth is only chicken meat of various preparations. Potatoes in Turkey are really expensive (they were interested in the market), be prepared even for pasta. The chef has a fantasy - it is fashionable to eat - there was nothing spoiled,
Learn English - the staff all speak - enjoy the sea, the sun and Kemer. And don't write nonsense. If something does not work in the room - hurry to inform the owner about it, he is always in the dining room or near the guests by the pool. We asked for a ball, mattresses in the badminton water - everything is there. The wine is really sour - but the cocktails from it (thanks to the darling of the bartender David (Russian-speaking)) just fly away. By the way, the Germans rested with me in parallel, the British had several families of different stocks - no one complained - some Russians always whine. so please take note of this.
Special thanks for the Hammam - miracle workers guys Taner and Mustafa work there. English, a little Russian and body language and you just fly away into a cool feeling. They are masters of massage, they even know Reiki and Thai massage.
