Educated and friendly staff. You can walk to Al Sufouh Beach. The rooms cleanly and timely renew the supply of water, tea, coffee, sugar, cream. There are always several taxis waiting in the parking lot.
Very happy with the rest. After taking a short review of the issue - https:// www. youtube. com / watch? v = wMEB38MJAvI & t = 2s
The room is clean, spacious, the window is full wall, but does not open. There is nowhere to dry swimwear, I had to dry it with a hair dryer, it is quite powerful. There is a safe, kettle, iron, refrigerator. Tea, coffee and 2 liters of water are added every day. Modern TV, but no Russian channels. Wi-Fi is available in the room, everywhere in the hotel and even next to it, the speed is normal, photos and videos were loaded without problems. Who does not know - you can’t talk on Skype and WhatsApp, because. this feature is disabled in emirates. Comfortable wide soft bed (we had one) with nice linens and comfortable pillows. The air conditioner worked properly, there was a remote control on the wall, it was convenient to set the desired temperature. There are many sockets in the room, but they are all English, our plugs dangle in them, contact often disappears, we took adapters at the reception, but there were problems with them. There were always detergents in the bathroom, there were no problems with water. Cleaned daily, but a couple of times did not report towels, had to be reminded.
The restaurant is spacious for such a hotel, there is a hall on the veranda. The food is tasty but monotonous. We took breakfasts + dinners, on the 3rd day we realized that it was better not to take dinner, more expensive than in a restaurant near Carefour, and there is a large selection in the store. Carefur is very close, 3 minutes walk. Recommend the juices there, we loved the mango juice. In the store, you can pay and thus write off the balance from the Silver Metro card. In the same building, currency exchange at a good rate. The hotel restaurant has very expensive alcohol, 2 glasses of beer cost us 1300 rubles! And these are 26 bottles of Krusavets in our Magnet : )) A bottle of vodka costs 800 dirhams, i. e. 14 thousand rubles, you can pay with a Visa card.
The hotel has many free transfers, a list is given at the reception. I recommend transfers to La Mer beach, everyone likes the beach, keep in mind that towels are not issued to the beach, only to the pool. And I also recommend a transfer to Al Seef Mall Bur Dubai, from there 10 minutes. walk to the boat station, another 10 min. on a boat to the other side for 2 dirhams - and you are in the Old Market. You wander around the markets for 2 hours and return the same way with your transfer. We got there by metro for a long time, tiring and expensive.
From the hotel to the metro about 7 minutes walk, but it's better to explore the road first, it's easy to get lost among the skyscrapers, and there is a short road through the territory of other hotels if the gates are open. The hotel is more suitable for excursions than for a beach holiday. The overall impression of the hotel is good, despite minor shortcomings.
This is not the first time in the Emirates, so there is something to compare with.
The hotel is located in Tekom (Dubai). I asked to be placed higher and with a view - they did so, on the 13th floor (1316). Room for two with separate and very comfortable beds. Everything that was included in the room was provided: towels for the face, for hands, for the shower, for the feet, and for personal hygiene, paper napkins in the bathroom and in the room, toilet paper. Hand gel, shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner. Disposable toothbrushes with toothpaste, disposable combs, shower caps, set (ear sticks, nail file, cotton ball), disposable slippers. Tea corner (coffee, black and green tea, etc. ). Water 4.0. 5 l every day.
Bed linen and towels changed and room cleaned every day. If we needed anything - there were no problems - she called from the room - and it was provided very quickly.
The staff is not intrusive, really polite and friendly, and they try very hard for your comfortable stay.
Restaurant - we only have breakfast, there is everything you need for breakfast. When you cook every morning with different ingredients, scrambled eggs.
Free shuttles to the beaches: La Mar, Kite Beach and various malls (the schedule is given and located near the reception).
To the metro (st. : Dubai Internet City) 7 minutes, to buses 2 minutes. and 7 min. (depending on the route). For travel, a silver card was used for all types of public transport, including trams. Who visits Dubai understands that transport is not unimportant. Taxi no problem, but because. my son and I traveled all areas and almost all the beaches, every day - a cool subway and tremmy, that's it! Panoramic view from the subway car and trammy windows.
3 minutes to the Carrefour store (around the corner, in the same place, currency exchange). Fast food was ordered through Talabat - much cheaper.
For Dubai, this is indeed a very convenient hotel in every sense - the price, its location, the services provided, and most importantly - the staff who cares (and not "get rid of it quickly) about their customers.
There is a bus to the beach at 10 am and back at 3 pm. But 5 hours on a bare beach without sunbeds, umbrellas and a shower is not realistic, we went back by taxi for 35 AED. More lying by the pool, though small, but next to it and the water is cooler. (In the sea the water is 35 degrees! ).
