1. Distance to the sea - 650 m - true, but it's in a straight line on the map. In fact, it is about 1 km to the sea, and probably all 3 km, 40 minutes to the hotel's beach. on foot. There is a bus - two flights before lunch, two after, back and forth. There were 20 seats, who wanted much more, people packed like sprats in a jar. after many complaints, added another extra flight for each time. After arriving at the beach, you need to find a free sun lounger. Do not count on the 1st line, it is all empty, but it is not clear for whom it is reserved. Probably the beach service earns on the "left" visitors.
2. The free hammam actually costs 15 euros. The condition of the hammam is such that an indoor pool without water would not go for free. .
3. COMPLETE lack of children's animation!!!
4. A bar with drinks from 10 to 23. But for some reason after 17.00 we didn’t even make non-alcoholic cocktails for free (syrup and yupi from the machine)
5. The absence of a children's table. Our compatriots taught them to cook porridge, because there was nothing to feed the children for breakfast.
6. Lack of hot water (appeared a couple of times a day according to the principle: if you have time - you will not have time).
7. Cleaning in the room: for 8 days of our stay 1 time, the linen was not changed NEVER !!!!!
7. The staff does not speak Russian at all, some of them speak English not very well.
8. Location of the hotel: dirty private sector. The only entertainment in the hotel is an evening disco, we have never been there, we can’t say anything. The rest of the time there is absolutely nothing to do.
9. Food: improved as we stayed at the hotel. Probably affected by all the same complaints. You won’t leave hungry, but don’t count on a special variety. Of the fruits, only watermelons and green grapes can be noted. The rest is unripe, peaches, apples, oak pears and tasteless. Lack of seafood.
10. Dirty room, shower, peeling paint on the ceiling, torn curtains, which absolutely does not correspond to 4 stars, a maximum of 3 with a big stretch.
