Receptionists are friendly and always helpful.
Restaurant - there is always not enough food, like 10 am and some tables with food are already empty, the assortment practically does not change.
Separately, about the beach and near the pool: I’ll call it softly - (cunning people) - from the very morning they occupy sunbeds by putting towels and leaving, like it’s busy here - and then for the whole day they come a couple of times for a couple of minutes, lie down and buy all - towels leave, the sunbeds are occupied.
When leaving the hotel, I forgot my purse with money, the guide reassured them that they would come early until no one broke into the room and took it, then they would transfer the money to me, the most interesting thing is that when checking out at 3.40 at night, the duty officer at the reception saw us off - and after 20 minutes when I remembered that they started calling the hotel and no one stubbornly picked up the phone (it feels like I went to check the rooms after the people were evicted). With all this, the hotel is open around the clock, of course the guide came already in the morning! At about 10 o'clock, and as expected, there was nothing in the room, with further correspondence with the guide, it turned out that the security had a report that I could not find my purse during checkout - only here is the paradox that everything was spinning when I was not at the hotel for 20 minutes, they promise a photo of the report - of course, no one even threw off a photo of him. In general, the hotel appropriated my money, either the cleaning lady or the attendant who saw us off.
If you go here with children, then you need to be prepared for the fact that there are few entertainments for children and they will be bored.
If you are going to go to this hotel for the sake of saving money, despite the fact that you are going to Turkey not for the first time, DO NOT GO here!
1. My husband and I were settled in with a terribly dirty room!! ! Bed linen in yellow spots, sand and hair on the floor, plumbing in a soapy coating, curtains torn off, a huge puddle near the toilet, etc.
We contacted the reception desk 3 times (with English we have norms) to clean the room! From 3 times the guys got it.
2. There is food) but very little! Children, like adults, have nothing to eat except for a squat of fries! #familyclub.
3. You can talk endlessly about drunken Slavs and sobbing children calling their drunk mother #familyclub
4. The slides in the photo belong to a nearby hotel, but no one will forbid you to ride!
5. Go down to the beach and climb a steep mountain. With a stroller, this is problematic.
Yes, the hotel is 3 *, but the hostel should also be clean!
Dear Slavs, the buffet implies the principle of “approached - took”, and not “approached - got in line and I don’t let anyone in”! It is also undesirable to take food with your hands, especially when a special device lies nearby. Yes, it does not look like a fork or spoon! These are special "tongs" with which they put food on a plate !!!!
If you brought a fruit that was not there before, but you know it (in our case, a grape or a peach), share it with others, you don’t need to try to fit everything that you brought into your plate and then don’t eat it! Are you a Christian (probably)
Peace.
