From the pros: the proximity and cleanliness of the beach, free Wi-Fi with good speed in the room, the relative courtesy of the staff at the reception, the opportunity to buy an excursion at the hotel, not far from the market.
Of the minuses:
We lived together in a triple room. In the first room where we were settled (617) the air conditioner did not work. In the second room (607) there was a huge dent on the inside of the front door and traces of a recent lock repair. The sconces were over two of the three beds and they didn't work. The sheets are narrow, they cannot be tucked under the mattress, which the maids did not do - they just threw the sheets on top. As a result, every morning you wake up on a bare mattress. There is no furniture on the balcony, no clothes dryer. Some kind of wire is stretched with ancient broken clothespins hanging on it. Moreover, it is stretched so that condensate from the external unit of the air conditioner gets on it: sushi is not sushi towels, they will still remain wet. There is no hair dryer in the room, no kettle either.
In fact, there is no beauty salon declared on the territory of the hotel: the Faberlic company is located in this room. There is also no ticket office, a children's development center, which is written on the site.
The dining room at the hotel deserves a separate comment: it's terrible. We came for 2 weeks, full board. As a result, they ate in the dining room for only three days. Firstly, for three days the assortment has never changed!! ! Every day the same thing, as in a nightmare, the food on the distribution is barely warm, until you bring it to the table, it generally cools down. What's easier - put a couple of microwaves so that people can heat up your cooking themselves, but apparently no one cares. They cook tasteless, all meat dishes are VERY spicy, it is impossible to eat. Instant coffee, very poor quality. And what about yesterday's bread, fried in oil and served today! I understand zero-waste production and all that, but vacationers are not pigs! The same salad is served at the table three times a day, apparently until they are eaten.
In general, if you do not look closely, the hotel makes a good impression. But once you live there, you understand that this is not a hotel at all, but a real third-rate hotel from Soviet times. We talked with other guests - everyone has the same opinion. Only the sun, the sea and the incomparable nature of Abkhazia reconciled us with all these unpleasant things.

The hotel is located very well, 50 meters from the sea. Service is excellent, food is good (buffet). Room cleaning after 2 days. There is a bar, tour desk. The staff is polite, friendly. Next year we are planning a vacation at the Inter-Sukhum hotel!
