The living room is large and comfortable. The kitchen too. Wifi is excellent.
Administrators are friendly. There is a small lunch menu, a lot of information on food delivery in Tomsk. There are free crackers, lollipops, black and green tea.
Very convenient location. Close to stops, shops, cafes.
Of the minuses - the house is new, the neighbors are undergoing repairs, but this is all in the daytime.
I would be happy to stay here again in the summer.
