The air conditioner barely worked, and the day before departure it stopped working altogether. And there was such a steam room in the room, like in a bath. The furniture is shabby and does not match the photo. There was a big hole in the locker next to the bed, where the pipes were located and sometimes it stank of dampness.
The icing on the cake was that a woman sick with covid was placed in the next room after 3 days of living (they hung a sign "Сovid zone"). And it would be nice in some room that would be separate from other guests, but right there, right in front of our door, food was brought to her and she went out to pick it up. It finished us off completely.
And the owner of the hotel came to us, said he would move to a better room the next day, but this did not happen. We also talked for a long time with support, where we took the tour, and in the end they said that it would be faster if we asked at the front desk ourselves. Alas, the staff and the owner do not really care about the conditions in which the guests live.
The only positive thing I can say was the nice breakfast. At least something nice. But this is not enough to even rate it - it's normal.
