Of the minuses - I did not like the attitude of the owner himself. Even if he does not have to be kind to us, when we say hello, congratulate us on the holidays and say hello to Oksana, our wife, these are trifles.
But in relation to us, as customers who came to the disco promised by the institution, made an order, the children are waiting for music - instead, the laptop is simply carried away to another floor to the personal party of the owner's friends in front of us... To be honest, we were disappointed with the disregard to three families who for the second time choose Kremenitsa from a huge number of no less decent hotels of this level.
Therefore, the sensations are twofold, whether we will go again - I don’t know...
A couple of tips, do not drag tees, like me, after reading the reviews - I counted three sockets in the room, not counting the one where the TV is on. Hairdryer in the room - no standard, but at the first request they gave it. When choosing a room, try to take the highest floor. So, of course, you will hear your neighbors, but at least you will not be beaten on the head.

Nature is the only plus in the rest here. Yes, there are beautiful mountains and views around. But the impression of the rest is greatly spoiled by the essential points: the walls are so thin that the slightest sound and breath is heard, and if the first floor also comes across, consider the rest completely gone, when from all sides the conversations of not always calm neighbors, bukhi-bahi on the head descending stairs.

There were also some pluses, but they are not even particularly remembered, because choosing far from the cheapest accommodation option, I want to get a normal service and enjoy the rest, which, alas, we did not always succeed.
We wish the management of Kremenitsa to listen to the opinions of vacationers in order to improve the impressions about the hotel. Because at the moment there is absolutely no desire to return there again : (

Sometimes you have to wait, but this is such a trifle. We are relaxing, sitting in a beautiful restaurant, admiring the mountains and the Cheremosh that makes noise under the windows. Thanks to the kitchen workers and waiters Masha and Nazar. And what a wonderful excursion was to the cave of Dovbush. Heavy, but what views open up, how you feel like a winner when you overcome these steep ascents and descents. Here is thanks to Nicholas, who led us along this wonderful path.

After long negotiations, the hotel owner allowed us to come in the off season and, like ragamuffins, once again rest for free. Like if we are not decent people and want to visit again. The act of the administrator is not very decent both towards us and towards her employer. I think it would not be pleasant for any person to come to an institution in which he was actually robbed and also called a swindler. Perhaps my review will be useful to someone.

We bought a voucher for 4 days and 3 nights in the city of Vizhnitsa, the Kremenitsa hotel. When we arrived, the reception was closed, I had to call, a girl came up in a couple of minutes and gave the keys to the room with a view not of the mountains, but of the house (she said it was the best view), explained all the rules and signed us up for a vat on the 3rd day at 14.15 ( naturally after all the people, although we arrived before them). And different adventures began. There is no declared domino in the coupon, the administrator explained this by the fact that they once took it and did not return it anymore, the hot water tap must be turned on and wait until it appears for about 30 minutes. There is no hair dryer, when they called the reception, she said that she had gone home , and there is only one hair dryer in the whole territory, so wait until tomorrow. For dinner, we were given 3 potato pancakes, cabbage salad and cottage cheese with raisins 30 grams. The next day we had breakfast and the lights went out throughout the base, they said this often and it will not be until the evening. We were forced to not return until the evening, dinner was of course delicious. During the day we visited the reception more than once, but it was constantly closed for 3 days, I had to call. The next morning, we were fed with one sausage, 2 slices of bread in an egg, 3 slices of gnawed cheese and 4 cucumbers, for dessert, 2 pastries sprinkled with berries (I understand that Breakfast is free, but for a man it’s nothing), I had to buy more constantly in their cafe. No one, as stated on the coupon every 2 days cleaning, did not clean, and the cleaning lady said that she cleans every 3 days. As a result, on the 3rd day we waited until 14.15 vat, we came there, because. it is further away from the hotel, not only was there no one there at all, at 14.15 other people were swimming there. When asked why they said that the vat had shifted by an hour, go back and ask the administration. The hotel and nature exceeded all our expectations. The room is clean and comfortable with a view of the mountains. The food is delicious and varied. Excursions, rafting, tub, bike rental, swimming pool - all this is in Kremenitsa. Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation.

Kremenitsa is geographically located in a very beautiful place, near the river, under the mountain, in Vyzhnitsa there is probably no better place for swimming. If you want to eat fast, tasty and three times cheaper, people, go to the "Bathing Night" for 2.4 km. Do not regret it. Save money, time and nerves. The terrain is beautiful. But next time, I'd rather rent a room next door in the private sector than listen to all the neighbors on my vacation, get on my nerves because of the waiters. It is better to pay extra for access to the pool and book excursions from this base separately.

Rested in October. The rain interfered a little, but did not spoil the impression. It is very nice to feel (literally at every step) the desire of the owners to please the client, to create the best conditions for recreation. Clean, cozy, very tasty; not to mention the surrounding beauty! Ivan, Oksana, Taras, Sashko are wonderful people I want to return to (which we really hope for: -)).
