Why not stay in this beautiful hotel, only thanks to 2 administrators at the reception: Olga and Catherine.
We arrived on January 2 at 8:45. There was no one at the reception. We waited for 15 minutes, then started calling, 5 minutes later a girl came. She did not say hello, threw her coat on a chair and said dissatisfied: "We have a settlement from 14.00. " We were surprised and asked her who she was. It turned out that this is receptionist Olga and we are not expected here, and our arrival here is not happy.
We asked why no one had been to the reception for so long, to which Olga replied that they would be quartzed in the morning, so no one could be in the room. We didn't know about it and we were indoors all this time. We did not understand why no one wrote or warned about quartz. Later they met Kateryna, in Olina's words, her manager. I will not describe all communication with her. In short - Catherine smiled in her eyes, but at the same time made it clear: dear guests, we do not need you here, neither you nor your money.
Then there were the little things: the extremely hot water in the pool and in the locker rooms is incredibly hot, most of the lockers in the locker rooms just do not work, the showers are broken. So we paid for another day and started looking for the hotel or complex where the best service and will need our money. Quickly found and moved.
That is, according to our estimates, for 3 people in 10 days we planned to spend more than 60 thousand UAH in Belle Royalle, but our money was extra for this institution and we moved to another.
Conclusion. Dear guests, before choosing a holiday in Belle Royalle, think carefully about whether it is worth it. If you do decide to come here, be prepared for the rudeness, incompetence and meanness of the staff at the reception.
Dear owners, we understand that Oli and Katya are deeply concerned about whether there will be guests in your complex or not, their salaries do not seem to change, but the business from the fact that we left the institution earlier and lost income , well, loyal guests who could come more than once and bring money.
Food prices are high.
We forgot the charger, but they did not return it to us!
The restaurant ordered fruit slicing, but the calculation was deceived!
For this hotel, the client is not the main one, the main thing is the calculation!
But during my stay at the motel, there were problems with the light at night and the Iphone charger burned out. The hotel administrator refused to compensate, as they said that I did not immediately report this and they are not sure that it was their fault (price 700 UAH). Although in the evening the lights were constantly knocked out and we had to change the room 2 times.
We wanted to have an indoor and outdoor pool, because. we know that the weather in the Carpathians is changeable
Our expectations were fully justified, even exceeded expectations in some moments.
Beautiful nature, well-groomed garden area, professional staff, the rooms are cleaned every day, and the room has everything you need. We had a superior room.
A chic indoor and outdoor pool!! ! Our daughter, 5 years old, was happy to swim in the children's pool, but also in adults too)
The food is simply gorgeous, everything is freshly prepared, the dishes are beautifully presented, the portions are large. Delicious cake "Napoleon".
Of course, it is better to go with your own transport, but we went from Mukachevo by taxi - 400 UAH, bargained for 350 UAH. The price is clear - a terrible road to the village of Lesarnya.
From the procedures - they did a massage with the whole family, went with the child to the salt room, drank mineral water from the pump rooms. I liked everything. The prices for the massage are adequate - and of sufficient quality.
Spring water flows in the taps - everyone drinks water straight from the tap. Also in the pools, water from sources.
Communication - only Kyivstar catches, Wi-Fi works in rooms and on the territory.
We really enjoyed. We'll come again.

we chose the Belle Royale hotel and booked LUX rooms for children's autumn holidays 2017 back in September 2017.
2 families arrived in cars with children to rest, as they thought in a picturesque place and a friendly hotel. The road to the hotel after the track is CONTINUOUS PITCHES and KOLDOBINS, the place is clogged, there are no shops or stalls to buy sweets for children.
We were told at the time of booking that the hotel was undergoing partial renovations.
BUT they kept silent that this is a COMPLETE reconstruction after a FIRE !!!
The photos I posted show that construction materials, buckets, paints, boards, a lot of construction debris are scattered all over the territory... We were given the keys to the booked LUX rooms (!!! ) and immediately (without viewing the rooms) were asked to pay in full. Then they led us through the territory between the heaps of garbage to the rooms.
The SHOCK for us was that in one of the rooms it stank VERY STRONGLY of paint. To which, absolutely calmly and indifferently, the hotel administrator said "it's just that this morning they painted the walls in the room, we have repairs"...
SHOCK!! ! how can you sell tours to the hotel with active reconstruction !!!
we came with children to breathe fresh forest air, not construction paint, ride scooters and bicycles, and not step over heaps of building materials !!!
We were further informed that there were no more suites available and could only give our friends (2 parents and 2 children) a standard room. After our indignation, okay, 2 standard rooms on different floors of the back building...
ATTITUDE BOOR, arrogant!!!
we did not want to stay in this "hotel", we called the nearest hotel complex. Belle Royale demanded our money back! We were refunded the cash amount, which we paid an hour ago, BUT, according to the prepayment, we were assured of a refund on a working banking day within 14 days.
LIE!! ! after numerous calls to the hotel administration, after 30 days we were returned 50% of the amount paid, with the words "you received the keys to the room. "

As always, they started looking for everything at the last moment, when most of the hotels were occupied or there were such reviews that it was scary to go. And at the last moment I found this hotel! The first thing I liked was a competent website, stylish design, decent photos (no way without it), a large selection of services, a detailed menu and, most importantly, the availability of free seats.
I promptly called them - I talked with a pleasant and cheerful administrator girl, asked about all the nuances (and I have to tell the staff), they answered me politely and in detail, and then they sent contacts for payment and all the necessary documents in viber)
But still, I was worried about this type of vacation - you immediately imagine a sanatorium with a bunch of grandparents
Well, it turned out to be completely wrong!
The hotel is located at the foot of the mountain, beautiful view, large, well-groomed territory, beautiful lawns, gazebos, swings . . , you can go beyond the territory into the forest (health path 1.5 km
Room (Junior Suite): the first impression is large, spacious, bright, very clean. I'm sure even the Inspector would check it out! We lifted mattresses (searched for my chain) - not a speck there! There are cosmetics (gel, shampoo, soap, body balm), towels, updated every day (or as needed). Cleaning is also daily. The bed is large, very comfortable, "seven dreams", as I call it), there is a balcony, air conditioning, TV, large closet, several bedside tables - in general, everything you need! Kettle, dishes, iron, heater will be provided upon request). Every day they bring drinking water - 0.5 l / person per day. On the ground floor there is a pump room with mineral water in unlimited quantities).
There is a spa, gym, tennis, football field, bike rental,
benches, fountains, there is a mini-zoo (or what to call it? ) with chickens and sheep, we went to feed them)
Well, the most top - swimming pools! They are unreal! Huge indoor pool (water 27 degrees) conquered me! And since I love to swim and often visit the pools in my city, the most that pleased me was the absence of the smell of bleach and an unpleasant feeling after when you stink of it all and want to take a shower quickly.
The outdoor pool is quite small, but no less comfortable. there are many sunbeds with tables, you can lie down, sunbathe, periodically drinking cocktails)
Food! We had three meals a day at the Eco-restaurant, included in the price. I had a dietary table, Denis had a regular one. Breakfast - buffet, very varied, from cottage cheese, oatmeal, cereals to potatoes, meat, sausages. Vegetables are in sufficient quantity, but fruits are not enough and monotonous. From sweets - cookies and cakes. From drinks - kefir, yogurt, tea, coffee.
Lunch and dinner can be complex (it cost 110 UAH for each).
For lunch - soup, the second - porridge with meat / fish / meatballs and a large portion of salad)
For dinner, too, protein + side dish, salad and something else sweet)
The portions are sooo big for me and normal for an average person. I did not eat everything and still gained 2 kg.
Service. Everyone was very friendly, pleasant and polite (even sometimes a little too much, it was embarrassing). Felt like VIP guests.
SPA, massages, hammams, Finnish sauna, aroma baths - magical! Plus a hundred to good health)
I also really liked that with the almost full occupancy of the rooms, there was a feeling that we were alone) Ie. in the pools, at dinners, in the hall, I saw only a couple of people, and it happened that no one. At night, complete calm, unreal bliss to fall asleep in silence, and sleep from the purest air is doubly strong.
Of the minuses - binding to meals (if they knew they would not have included them, because they were constantly afraid to be late for them and had to shift all plans, and Denis whined that he did not get enough sleep, because breakfasts until 10)
- sometimes waiting up to 20 minutes for lunch
- the nearest store is a few kilometers away, we went once, and then we had enough.
- the absence of some kind of evening program (film sensations, dancing, for example)
- a rather mediocre gym and the lack of trainers there
- I would like more exercise machines on the street
- I would like a more expanded base of honey. specialists, not just a general practitioner.
But these shortcomings did not overshadow our wonderful holiday! Loved it very much, would love to come again!
