As they explained to me, all their studios do not even have a balcony. If you take apartments, some of them also without a balcony. The interior is made cheaply, things are broken and fall off. There is no microwave, the double bed is two small ones together.

The remote control from the air conditioner did not work for us and the TV set immediately burned down, probably Chinese - Neo. After several trips to them, they changed them to the same ones, which immediately broke down.
As they explained, the warranty period had expired there. We have a room under the terrace without a balcony, sunshine. You can’t turn on the air conditioner without a remote control, and without it it’s hot, it’s hard to breathe. Only after my complaint to the travel agency, they immediately changed them to workers, although earlier they told me that they didn’t care about complaints (write - it works). Also, the Internet was lost 2 times for 2 and 4 days.

When I was waiting for a transfer from the hotel at the reception, they attacked us with claims, why did I write a complaint against them. It is unrealistic to explain to them what they are wrong about, they do not want to listen and twist everything. The guy from the reception called me a scammer, said that I specifically complained and drove us from the hotel to wait for a transfer on the street.

Don't trust the pictures. If you want a hospitable attitude and relaxation without constant visits to the reception, take another hotel for the same money, of which there are many in Pomorie.
Once again about the room, the area of the room is larger than that of many apartments. All new appliances in the room. From dishes: there is everything you need. Rubbish was removed every day.
Back about the location))) There is no other hotel like this. All are located or closer to the spit, i. e. further from the center or closer to the center, but there the beaches are worse. Even the Sunset Resort 5 * which is praised, ay people, the hotel may not be bad, but the beach is dirty and in a "dead" state.
Grand Hotel Pomorie 5 * is located on the outskirts, this is the last hotel before the spit.
In general, the result is this, we traveled all over the coast of Bulgaria, there is no better city than Pomorie, and there is no better hotel than this one either!
