1. Although the official check-in is at 14:00, we were put on bracelets at 10:00, and settled in a room at 12:30.
2. I was pleasantly surprised by the clean room 4365 with a large terrace and a gorgeous view of the green palm trees and the water park.
3. An excellent water park, fully operational with many slides for both children and adults.
4. A huge green area with palm trees, a variety of plants and flowers.
5. The mass of ideal photozones.
6. Everything is clean, you won’t dig in.
7. Food is super non-stop. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, and snacks in between. There is everything and even more. On the beaches they feed and drink.
8. At the reception, upon check-in, they immediately gave a leaflet with the restaurant schedule and the bus schedule
9. In the standard room there were 3-5 bath towels + 3 shower gels. + soap 1 pc. + shampoo 3 pieces, replenished every day. Everything is free.
10. The room was replenished with 1.5 liters of water every day for free.
11. The hotel has bars at every step, where they give free alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, beer, cocktails, latte, coffee, cappuccino, cocoa, juices, water.
12. Standard room has one triple bed and one double bed. I call it that because they were really huge.
Mattresses are just a bomb rocket - perfect sleep.
13. The hotel has 2 private beaches: coral and sandy. You choose where to go tomorrow. I liked coral more, and my husband and son - sandy.
14. On the way to the beaches or Naama Bay, we looked at Sharm all the time, it is very interesting to visit free mini-tours every day.
15. The staff is the soul of this hotel. Everyone is pleasant, smiling, always asking how you are and happy to help on any issue. Lots of staff.
Minuses:
1. The pools were all unheated, although the tour operator promises heating of several pools.
2. You need to sign up for the beach a day in advance, but once it was necessary to "insist" that we were recorded, as they answered that there were no more places.
3. For the first time on November 8, they were taken to Naama Bay by bus for free, and already on November 13, the transfer became paid - $ 1 per person in both directions (that is, 0.5 each).
4. There is no free Wi-Fi at all, you can only buy unlimited for $ 10, but we would have bought it if it worked, but it didn’t work, so we bought a 9.5 GB Vodafone SIM card for $ 15 on Naama Bay It was enough for two of us.
Check-in: bracelets are put on at 10-00, closer to 12-00 they give a number. We greased a little at 10-00 and gave bracelets and numbers - standard and family. Standard room: water, coffee, tea; refrigerator, safe, kettle, flat-screen TV, double bed and one and a half. Balcony overlooking the pool. Everything is pretty clean and good, the curtains need to be washed, ours have dried their hands.
Meals: everything is standard for 5 * and for Egypt - scrambled eggs, pancakes, yogurt, sausages, Feta, meat - duck, chicken, beef, side dishes, pizza, desserts, fruits.
Beach: the second line - carry on two beaches, coral - three transfers, sandy - two. On coral they feed at lunch - fries, chicken cutlets, beef, vegetables, cake. There is an all inclusive bar.
In the evening: show program - belly dance...
Territory: clean, from 7 in the morning everything is washed, rubbed, watered.
Water park: many slides for children and adults.
Who writes bad reviews - it's hard to answer.
Be human and you will be treated exactly the same way - smile and you will smile back.
The contingent here is more local, I understand that this is the season for them, and I can say that it's just a gesture, I don't know if it's possible to know which people will stay at the hotel, but it's mega as important, first of all it's noisy, rude people who litter right in the sea, I witnessed people just drinking juice in the sea and throwing glasses there, which I then collected, because it's just tin, the bus runs them first, they push without queuing, like savages, in short, I have not met people yet.
As for food, it is normal, breakfast and dinner are good, you can choose. As for the room, it is also not bad, spacious, everything is not new, but not broken, the room is cleaned.
The sea is gorgeous, probably, only it saves the situation. There is no animation at all, well, but no one bothers, then for us it's a plus)
We arrived at 4 am, checked in at 10:00, gave the room not bad right away, rather did not want to check in even for money, argued that there are no free rooms.
We are in Sharm for the third time, and this was probably the last, because I do not want to go to Sharm itself, I think it has changed after the quarantine, it has become terribly dirty.
The second thing that surprised the hotel was 5 stars (free Wi-Fi was written), but they demanded $ 10 for it from one device.
The next thing that spoiled the rest the most is the Arabs, who are 95% full of the hotel (I have not yet met people who didn’t comply with the queues).
At the reception for 15 minutes you wait for a Russian speaker / and that's all he knows yes yes right now for one minute.
Crazy lines from the Arabs in the water park who always climb out of line.
Smoking cigarettes right in the hotel (observed more than 10 times), again, the Arabs.
I didn’t have time to take the bus to the beach (I had to get to the beach myself for half the rest. I’m generally silent on the way back (the crazy crowd of Arabs breaks into the bus, they sit on top of each other yelling and twitching among themselves. There was no desire to go in such a monkey house at all - I had to take a taxi.
The music in the hotel is designed stupidly for the Arabs.
The food is a nightmare for 5 stars (same thing all 8 days / pasta rice chicken and beef).
Salads, like for pigs, crumble from everything that is possible.
This is not something that is impossible, one kind can alert.
All I liked about the hotel (a few bartenders who speak Russian well) and the cleaner.
I forgot the most important thing - after the Arabs they came to the pool and children's feces floated there, I think it's children's because the pool is 50 cm.
The hotel is not worth the money one iota, they paid 24.500 for a ticket.
The impressions are terrible, I have been in Egypt 15 times and I have never experienced such dissatisfaction.
It was like being in a monkey house.
And it's all 5 stars.
We went to the sandy beach once, the whole beach is crammed with Arabs of more than one Russian / in such an environment, the rest automatically stops (if you rested next to a large number of Arabs, you will understand me).
They refused to feed me until 10:45.
I've been at the hotel since 4 am.
In the pool after 18:00 you can not swim at a temperature of 39-40 degrees.
Attitude towards visitors is a solid deuce.
Before choosing this hotel, think 209 times)) it is only beautiful in the picture, and as a result, you will simply spoil your vacation.
We arrived at 4 am, they said $ 100 for the night settlement, from 7 am for $ 20. We decided to wait. First impressions were indescribable:
The toilet in the lobby is flooded, there is toilet paper everywhere, the walls are dirty.
Glasses are everywhere: on the floor, on the tables, in the pools, in the bushes. Dark glasses. The rest of the food is just lying on the floor. How many times we slipped on something - I don’t remember)) This is all over the territory. (understood that these are resting pigs, but wow memories)
Mosquitoes immeasurably. Get a spray.
Sunbeds 90% already discolored and sagged to the floor.
We found a map of the hotel, went to look for the territory of the Premier. (We were taken to the reception of Parkland. And I want to clarify that a ticket to the Premier is a couple of thousand cheaper than to Parkland. )
It would be better if they didn’t find it))) Garbage is everywhere, a dilapidated bar, a semi-working pool and the climax - two corpses of pigeons with already gnawed bones (that is, they have not been lying there since the evening), on a tile right next to the pool in which the Arabs were already relaxing and strangely on we were watched. This is the territory of the Premier, that is, in theory, we should live there. The premier's reception was open, but inside everything was ruined, and that's how we realized that it was not working.
This part of the hotel does not function and buying tickets to the premiere for a few thousand less you live in parkland, which is sold more expensive.
Rooms: we are lucky, friends are not. While they were sleeping, a waterfall flowed from the conder. With screams, they were relocated and immediately settled there by other people who were glad that it was working at all, although it was leaking.
There are layers of dust in the rooms, they do not wash glass and mirrors. I really want to believe that the bedding was changed after the old tenants.
Cleaning: wash the floor, change towels, put water and a toilet.
Beach towels were changed when we approached and asked. They wash it with something very caustic, on the 5th day my husband got a wild allergy on his neck and on his arm, where he wore a beach towel.
Food: 3. The choice is normal for the money. Question about quality. It seems that for several days they expose the same products until they finally turn sour) This applies to vegetables / salads / snacks. Meat and fish is fine.
Animation: well, the only thing that 70% is focused on the Arabs. on the sandy beach is generally excellent: volleyball, darts, exercises
Beaches: the beaches themselves are relatively normal. I am glad that both coral and sand, although the coral is dead, but there are a lot of fish.
Buses: darkness) you can go to the beach either at 8:30 or at 10. back at 11:45 or at 16. In June, sitting there all day is unrealistic. But after dinner they will not bring you any more - choose.
We rode standing up several times, driving for about 20 minutes.
No one keeps track of what time you were supposed to leave on the ticket, stuffed yourself and drove off. Locals do not take places for children, but they do not take them in their arms either. And you explain to the crowd of Arab kids that they can't take half the bus.
Slides: new, good, not terrible. Good staff on the hills.
Staff: at the bars in the hotel and restaurants - all sane. Do not demand from people that they constantly smile at you - they are at work, in stressful conditions, in the heat, constantly among people - you can smile at everyone.
Contingent: The first time we got to the hotel, where about 70% are locals, Arabs. Complicated. Everything is designed for them, everything for them. Looks like it's their holiday season. Very noisy, queues do not recognize the word at all. I thought that Slavic tourists leave a lot of garbage. . - no)) we are bunnies, as it turned out)
Wi-Fi paid $ 10, catches only in the lobby and by the pool. Don't waste your money, buy a card right away. They are in the shop at the hotel. 16gig $16, there are less.
Naama Bay: we went there by a free bus at 20:00, back at 23:00, we did not wait and went by taxi - $ 4.
All in all, we won't go again. We drove hot, for 14 thousand - very cheap, for this money it's normal. But I talked with people who paid $ 500 / person - I would be very upset)
Very tired hotel with few staff.
A year ago we were in an albatross, in 4 * - heaven and earth.
- The territory is clean and large, there are few trees and flowers, an excellent water park.
- Carried to the coral beach and sandy. Sandy beach is simpler than coral and less interesting.
- Outside the hotel you can walk along other hotels. Near the evening entertainment zone "HOLLYWOOD".
- Cleaning in the room is lame (unwashed floor upon check-in). Non-working refrigerator, during the day a weak and intermittent television signal.
Dinners both on the sandy and on the reef beach are a sad sadness. Boiled potatoes, cucumber, tomato, bun with cutlet, ketchup, a couple of biscuits from dinner - that's it. It's on the reef. On the sandy, fatty pita bread with minced meat, cucumber, tomato, some kind of incomprehensible fish stew. Everything. For drinks you need to go separately to another place. This is such a lunch for a minute in a 5 * hotel. I advise you to stock up on fruit or dine at the hotel if you have a good appetite.
The reef is not bad, if the first time, it will be something to see. We saw dolphins and giant rays. If you were in the Blue Bay Oasis Reef or Sharm Plaza, then that's about 1/4 of their reefs. Drive to the sand for half an hour, to the reef min. 20. Be sure to wear masks, a fine of $ 250 if the police check. The staff is pleasant, no one clings. The sun loungers, though old, are of good quality, they are washed every evening. The food is cooked like with gloves, which is what we at least saw in the open kitchen. There is a choice of food, not very bad, I would say chic if it were 4 *.
Awfully many mosquitoes, they want $ 6 min for a spray, it's better to bring your own. Show program norms - a man in a skirt, belly dance, dancing and snakes. Once we saw karaoke. Children's animation was not seen. Territory of norms, enough after dinner to take a walk before going to bed. At the 24-hour bar they make cool hot chocolate with brandy, be careful with latte, there is a risk of sitting on the push all day. We got about $170 per person in 4 days, I would give $130. Judging by the reviews about the Hilton and Rixos, we ended up in a good hotel, the only thing that bothered us was the contingent that came in large numbers on burning ones. No manners, no upbringing, no culture.
Very good water park, slides work all but in turn. Another thing I didn’t really like was not a large selection of buses from and to the beach. Either the beach or lunch well, or a taxi. We didn’t check out the sandy one at all - the outskirts of a quiet windless bay, knee-deep water and a sump for ships, but if you are with small children, then you should go there, on the reef beach there is a mini beach with stones, if there is no low tide, you can really take a dip, but not swim, but under a pontoon the depth is already 8-10 meters.
In general, not bad, but I don’t know if I would go there again, but if someone went for the first time, I would advise. We were in Egypt 8 times, but the service is inexorably falling, and the corals are dying off, we will not consider this country for recreation anymore. Internet, by the way, is paid.
