There are 2 hotels, a cafe, a mini market in the building. The second hotel was under renovation. The hotel is small, consisting of 2 entrances, with 48 rooms. There are only 4 rooms on the site, the soundproofing is good. Superior room, there is also a standard room, 24 sq. meters. It appears to have been recently refurbished. There is a small balcony with a plastic table and chairs. The room has a large double bed, two bedside tables, a table, a wardrobe, an empty minibar, a dryer, a mirror, a TV. The bathroom is quite large, with an enclosed shower. Every day soap, shampoo, caps and 2 bottles of water are placed. One annoying thing was that the windows overlooked the street, and on the contrary, 2 Thai karaokes yelled all night. When we checked in late in the evening, the air conditioner did not work well in our room, there was no dryer and 2 small towels. In the morning we said all our complaints at the reception and while we were having breakfast, everything was fixed for us. About breakfast. Breakfast is, well, very modest! 3 hot dishes, tea, coffee, milk, drink, toast, butter, jam. . . That's about it. There are no fresh vegetables or fruits, which is very sad. True, at any time you can take boiling water or even a kettle to your room. You can also eat your own food in the dining room. Such a homely little hotel where the staff knows and remembers you. The hotel does not have a pool. There is no deposit, like a current one, but if you take a safe, it is at the reception, then you leave a deposit of $ 100, supposedly for the key to it. When the key to the safe is returned, the deposit will be returned to you. Beach towels are paid. The hotel is very clean, everywhere. Wet cleaning is done every day, towels are changed. Bed linen is changed frequently. It is 800-900 meters to Patong Beach if you walk around, but we reduced this distance to 400 by finding a new way. When leaving the hotel, on the right, a new bridge has been built, which is not yet open for cars and bikes, but pedestrians can pass there. Cross the bridge and go down the alley to the 2nd street, then right to the Rock Cafe and left to the beach. We often went to Kalim Beach, it is in the north of Patong, where the sand is large, coral, the sea is very clean, but there are waves. The location of the hotel is very convenient for markets and shops. If you go to the left at the exit of the hotel, then after 50 meters there will be a clothing market, then there will be a large market, quite cheap, across the road from TA Orange, which we also recommend. Opposite Rock cafe Otop market. If you go to the right of the hotel, there will be two more small markets on 3rd street. And if you walk a little more, then there will be Jung Ceylon, and Big C in it. In Big C you can order fresh fish. It won't cost you anything. Fish from 32 baht and above apiece. You can also buy grilled chicken for 118 baht and all kinds of ready-made soups from 29 baht. I was very pleased with the operator Anex, with whom we flew for the first time. In the morning, the day before departure, they called several times, sent an SMS about the departure time, and in the evening they duplicated the warning again.
