We rested in the first week of September and were delighted! Very tasty home cooking (about 500-800 UAH per day for two people), a clean large pool, there are bungalows for companies. Comfortable sized rooms with balconies - cleaned every day. Quiet and peaceful place, we just wanted to relax just like that.

The first thing that was a priority was that the hotel accepts dogs and even large ones (we have a Doberman) (10% discount for coming with a dog ; ) ). Empty beach! ! Yes, almost empty (in line of sight around you, a maximum of 10 people at a distance of at least 200 -300 meters). there are no smokers nearby, no screaming, no screaming sellers of baklava and corn.

The hotel is modern, clean (the rooms are cleaned every day and towels are changed), comfortable. clean swimming pool (heated), green territory.
Friendly and caring staff.
The food is excellent, tasty and varied. The prices are affordable (breakfast for 3 cost us 195 UAH, dinner in the region 250 UAH for 3 too!!! ).
Nearby there are no cafes, restaurants, nightclubs, no children's entertainment, souvenir shops. For me, this is a PLUS. the child does not yell every day: BUY! , RIDE, I WANT! .

1. you need to go by SUV (if you want to see all the beauty of the spit !! ), we ordered a transfer (the car was left in a guarded parking lot in Geroisk. You can leave it - everything is safe! ).
2. far enough to the sea (15-20 minutes). the nature around is beautiful (forest, lake), but it is quite difficult to return along the hot sand at 12:00 (you can order a transfer to the sea and back)
3. a lot of mosquitoes and ticks (even during the day!!! )

The rooms are clean and tidy. The hostess is a charming, very sociable young lady with a subtle sense of humor and good manners. They received us politely and with soul, told everything and settled us, as agreed. We made a very big discount and hope to do so in the future. Good location of the hotel, exactly five minutes walk from the sea across a pleasant flat field.

We rested in Pelican from 4 to 12 September. I liked everything very much. Beautiful, well-groomed territory, excellent heated pool, lots of greenery. The comfortable, cozy rooms are perfectly clean. Service at the highest level. Welcoming, friendly staff. Good food, reasonable prices. The beach is 10-15 minutes walk.

If you want to relax with the barking dog from the next room, then this is the place. The administration needs to constantly point out the problem so that they start moving. Broken dishes, savings on groceries. Vacation is already ruined.

When we arrived (there was a group of 19 people), the hotel seemed beautiful. Clean swimming pool, sauna, beautiful yard, there is a gym. BUT that's where the fun ends. The first thing that caught my eye was that there was Lumps of dust in the room, also a dirty shower room, and dead insects on the windowsill! That's not all! The worst attitude of the staff is the biggest negative.

The worst attitude of the staff is the biggest negative. The lock stuck in our room and sometimes it was possible to get stuck in the room, the administrator said that everything would work out for us and there was no need to be nervous (she said this in a vile tone and turned a terrible look at us). This is not the worst thing, maybe a person is not in the mood. Before breakfast, I accidentally hit the mirror with my head while brushing my teeth. Dad didn't mind paying for the broken mirror. We went down for breakfast and not only did it NOT look like 200 UAH (scrambled eggs and 4 cucumber slices) it was cold. Dad came over to say that we accidentally broke the mirror. And then it began. The receptionist started screaming, said that we don’t know how to talk normally, damage the property (although we said that we didn’t mind paying), she also called us a HERD! Of course, I understand that a person may have some problems, BUT she has no right to scream at customers! Also food! it doesn't look like $200. There is room to grow! As long as we put four. We hope we don't come here again. . .

Initially, we chose this hotel, but out of those 10 days that we planned to spend in Pelican, there were only three free days. We spent the previous 7 days elsewhere. The hotel differed from the previous habitat with a flowering garden, a green lawn, a swimming pool. The manager took us to the room and showed us how everything works.

Pros: Cleaning of the room every day, replacement of wet towels and missing or running out of hygiene products.
Disadvantages:
Nutrition. In the hospital canteen, the food is tastier, and the staff is friendly. Served yesterday, already weather-beaten. Fruit-filled yogurt with exfoliated whey. It's summer outside, you could at least decorate the first with greenery! Cucumbers, sometimes, were served sluggish, like foam rubber, it was impossible to eat. You can list for a long time. The prices are space (for 2 adults and 1 child per day it was 750-1000 UAH), as in an expensive restaurant, only with table service. Not good quality, not tasty.
Rest with children is not particularly welcome there. There are no playgrounds, no swings (they say they were, but they broke). According to the staff, the owner of the hotel loves dogs very much - please))

I recommend relaxing in Pelican, but if the kitchen is, as I described, go and arrange meals in Larina Dacha (their grilled mullet is super).

Friends told us about the hotel. I was struck by the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff is polite. The food is delicious. We will come back in August.
