Hotel Villa Savoy, declared as 4 stars, barely pulls 3! The only plus is the privacy and home cooking, although I would recommend expanding the salad buffet. More or less good rooms, at least the superior was not bad, although I saw the rest, where even there is nowhere to turn around. Surprising lack of slippers, which offer to buy at the reception, and a kettle. And is it 4 stars?
About the maintenance staff. The receptionists are extremely unfriendly - this is the first, the second - the staff at lunch literally kicks the guests out of the hall at the end of lunch or dinner, motivating this by the fact that you can drink tea in another room.
Cleaning is not every day, plus missing a cup for drinking water from the room.
Now about the so-called medical base. Since I am in business and did not have time to review the list of all procedures, I relied on the competence of the doctor. Anyone who claims that the hotel provides an excellent medical base, apparently does not know what it is! The doctor prescribes some of the procedures that are not needed, the hotel takes money for changing the program of procedures. And even changing them to achieve those procedures that are necessary is impossible. Moreover, the schedule of procedures is designed in such a way that there is absolutely no time to have breakfast and drink water half an hour before breakfast. The nurse communicates disrespectfully, in an irritable manner, showing with her whole appearance that her time is much more important than mine, which is strange for me. The number of procedures is very different from the number offered in similar hotels.
