Lived in it for two days.
Nearby there is infrastructure, a market where we went to eat various local delicacies in the evening. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Nai Harn beach on the road where you can buy fruit, past a beautiful lake. There is a bp bus to the beach. As we were told, several times a day. We walked. Far from Bangle Road. Drive 30 minutes.
The reception has Russian speaking staff.
There are three restaurants on site. We had breakfast in one of them. Everything is great.
The pool at this hotel is a different story. It is built as if you are hanging in the air. Atmosphere of unreal buzz.
For children there is a mini club.
There is a real gym.
There is a spa.
Wi-fi throughout the bp with a password.
The service is like in a chic ke, on call they bring ice, they carry on a trolley the views from the rooms are chic. Since the territory is all made of terraces, each place has a certain unique atmosphere.
We lived in a Deluxe room, an area of .45 sq. m, number of rooms 1, flooring - tiles, a huge balcony with a sofa, we spent the whole evening on it, fit the whole company. in the room bp water, tea, coffee maker.
In general, we all liked the hotel very much, and for a beach holiday it is just great. For a family or a company, there is especially nowhere to go out.
We stayed in the OCEAN VIEW DELUXE room with a gorgeous view from the balcony. The room is spacious, the bed is just huge. All bedding is of excellent quality. Cleaned normally, not to shine every day, but you can live. The room had air conditioning, cable TV, Wi-Fi, by the way, worked at a decent speed.
As for the “swim” capabilities of the car: there are two large pools, one even with a tower, very deep, it’s spacious near the pools, there is always a place (drinks at the pool bar are of course a little expensive, but there’s nothing to be done)). But we were rarely in the pool - what's the point if one of the best beaches on the island is a five-minute walk away? By the way, from the hotel to the beach you can not only walk: you can take a bike for free for 2 hours, or according to the schedule from the lobby on a free shuttle.
In general, we are satisfied with the rest. But, I want to note that this place is not for lovers of parties and noisy entertainment. And for a quiet romantic or family vacation - that's it!
The rooms are big and everything is new. There were no problems with cleaning, we did not find fault with it. The bed is huge and comfortable, slept well after a busy day.
The staff are all very polite. In the evening they cook well in the restaurant, the prices are more or less acceptable. The beach is 5 minutes walk, it is clean, with good water. Sun loungers, umbrellas have all reappeared a long time ago, we heard that people are worried about this. Everything is there and even the massage on the beach is back).
Minus only one. In the evening, normal restaurants, shops and any entertainment are far away. Well, be that as it may, it makes no sense to take a taxi, but it's far away on foot.
As for excursions, at the hotel operators consider it their duty to impose something, but they really have a higher price for nothing, they just pay the hotel with this money. They took it from locals with Russian employees, at average prices, it’s cheaper on the street from Thais, but it’s scary there without any guarantees. I liked everything in the end, we had a great rest! Only a little) We are waiting for the arrival again.
1. The hotel is perfectly located within a 10-minute walk from Nainharn Beach. On the mountain - safe in case of a tsunami. No through passage - no strangers.
2. Cozy green area. The paths are paved with natural stone. The buildings are arranged in tiers. There are ups and downs, but acceptable. Our standard room had lake, sea and pool views at the same time! Spacious balcony with soft sofa.
3. Large and clean pool complex. Different in depth and shape. There is a water slide and diving tower. The pool is covered with granite. Various beds with pillows. By the way, for children there is a children's room equipped for games and activities with educators. In general, the hotel is good and can be attributed to 4 *.
MINUSES
1. Terrible staff, especially at the reception! The hotel does not value its reputation and customers! An incident that crossed out all the positive impressions about this hotel. On the day of arrival, the hotel employee billed us for accommodation for a total amount of 56.000 baht, we immediately paid it. For 2 weeks we regularly used the laundry service and the pool bar. On the day of departure, in advance in the daytime, we went to the reception and asked to take payment for laundry, bar, etc. , paid. Then at 10 pm, 3 hours before the flight home, we came to the reception to hand over the room. And they were shocked when we were asked to pay extra 16.000 baht for accommodation, because. Initially, the hotel employee made a mistake and incorrectly calculated the amount. To our questions - why was not informed earlier or in the afternoon? How are we supposed to pay a significant amount of 16.000 baht now, having no money at the end of the vacation, and even in local currency and at night? There is one exchanger on Neinharn until 20.30. We did not receive a clear answer, however, as well as an apology or compromise proposals for the hotel's mistake! There were only screams demanding to pay extra 16.000 baht and attempts to call the police. The dialogue was both with the usual receptionist and with the senior manager of the hotel who introduced himself. The Thais have shown their true colors! Of course, we do not need problems with the police, and the police are clearly on the side of the Thais, and they were already late for the airport. We were forced to pay extra, there were only cash dollars in reserve, the hotel agreed to accept payment only in local currency at the internal rate of 28, for comparison, the exchange rate in the afternoon was 32.4. Disgusting! Disgusting service! We will not return to this hotel again! And we won't recommend it to others. The staff and attitude to customers is important and critical!
2. Cleanliness and cleaning in the rooms - obviously not about this hotel! Yes, the room is nominally cleaned every day, but there was always an old pile of garbage on the floors, passing from one guest to another. Grease stains on curtains. Ants in the rooms!
3. Noisy air conditioner blows hard at the head of the bed.
