- location in close proximity with the only entrance to the beach
- location near shopping malls and roads to them

In the rooms:
- no hair dryer;
- not all rooms have a fridge
- the owner did not take care of bathrobes, slippers and enough towels
We were placed in a triple room with a sea view. They thought: "close to the sea - good - fresh air, the sound of the surf", but they were deeply mistaken!
Noise starts near the hotel from 5 in the morning (traders come and turn right under the windows) and until 3 at night (drunk vacationers do not hesitate to restrain their nonsense).
Do you think we are ordinary bores? Do not rush to conclusions.
On the last day, and thank God that he was the last one in this establishment (after all, it is not worthy of the name "hotel"), we called the police, because. at 0.30 and 1.30 am come (on the road that leads to the shopping arcade) natives of the Caucasus and the like drive up on non-cars with music turned on at full volume with a subwoofer. The first time I had to whistle with all my might so that the degenerates could hear our appeals to them through shitty music. The second time I had to yell with all my might so that the bastards would hear... The owner does not care not only about safety, but also about the peaceful rest of vacationers, not restricting the access of cars to the windows of this motel. And about the restriction of the entrance from the side of the base of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the entrance was limited.
My recommendation: Do you want to relax? You are not here! Do you have children? Are you not here? Are you ready to endure the mess? That way!
The police arrived 2 hours later! As the officer explained, no one has a route (on which they must ply in order to ensure order) near (embankments, shopping malls) with the sea. If you want to relax calmly, come to Agoy, but to another hotel, this one is not worthy of your attention.
The owner of this "hotel" was notified of the incident, but did not even call and did not apologize... very disappointed

The room was really with a sea view and a huge window, as well as a refrigerator, bathroom, shower, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, drying and many other bells and whistles. The climate at this time of the year was mild, the water was clean and warm, the BEACH was CLEAN! The air is super: sea to disgrace! We got from the Tuapse railway station to the hotel in Agoy by taxi in 25 minutes and 250 rubles. The food is varied, there are simple canteens (300 rubles for two lunches), and expensive cafes (to infinity).
