We are very satisfied. Beautiful place, clean beach, very nice people around. No one is tagiling, no one is rowdy in the evenings. Quiet, calm, but the sea around. Amazing. If you love nature, appreciate a good conversation, are fond of all sorts of bodily and spiritual practices - you are in the right place.

If you love nature, appreciate a good conversation, are fond of all sorts of bodily and spiritual practices - you are in the right place.
A separate plus for us was a large number of like-minded people with whom we can discuss growth issues.
Yoga - bread baking - green building - and much more.
I would also like to thank Sergey for the excursions and stories about what exactly is happening there, how crops are grown.
I have never heard that it is possible to grow so many different plants from a seed on one piece of land. And now I saw it. Such work causes a lot of respect and the eye rejoices at the results.
But if you need a five-star resort break, this is not the place.
The resort is simple. First, the simplicity of the infrastructure. At the disposal of vacationers are houses, a dining room, an oven, a massage house and that's it. For us, this is a fairy tale. We don't need more.
The massage is amazing, by the way.
Secondly, household simplicity. Our house was clean, upholstered with plywood from the inside. The furniture is very simple: a wooden shelving unit. The beds are good. It's nice to sleep. Hot water is always at our disposal, WI-FI almost around the clock with an excellent signal.
The main disadvantage is mice. We, unable to stand it, took one of the mice to the cat. Two stars have been taken off for this.
And the rest, our thanks and the desire to come again. Strong place with interesting people.

This place was recommended by a friend, according to her, she got into a completely different world for a few days! And indeed, this holiday cannot be compared with hotels in the Mediterranean, where there is a buffet, change of linen and room cleaning, where animation for children, aqua aerobics in the pool, gymnastics on the lawn, endless offers of excursions and entertainment.

And indeed, this holiday cannot be compared with hotels in the Mediterranean, where there is a buffet, change of linen and room cleaning, where animation for children, aqua aerobics in the pool, gymnastics on the lawn, endless offers of excursions and entertainment... Yes.
But!
Here you find yourself in an ecologically clean settlement with a minimum set of services and complete freedom of choice and action.
Indisputable pluses: a magnificent beach, a stunning sea (probably the best in Crimea). Unquestionable food - hearty, tasty, varied (dinner had to be abandoned for fear of gaining weight), always fresh, homemade kefir or milk, watermelon or melon, wonderful, homemade bread! Normal conditions for living - there is everything you need. The absence of an air conditioner is absolutely not felt - the temperature in the house is always comfortable. Massage parlor with two specialists and very decent prices. Yoga classes by the sea. A unique boat trip along the west coast - the views of which are delightful! An amazing Sunday concert with the participation of a visiting bard (guest from St. Petersburg), vacationers from Moscow and the Urals, volunteers (Ukraine and St. Petersburg). And if you don't want to, you'll sing it yourself!
And yet, I can’t explain, but after a day of stay there is a feeling that you are almost at home, well, or visiting relatives. Such a friendly, warm and trusting atmosphere. We did not lock the house somehow by itself.
What was missing: a bit of a disastrous evening time (what, are they showing about the sky again today? ). Perhaps, because of my temperament (perpetual motion), I didn’t get something. There was a feeling of limited space - they didn’t see another Crimea (and it is so diverse and beautiful! ) - an offer of a taxi for 5.000 rubles. somehow not comme il faut. Why not organize a group?
In general, after two weeks after the trip, some of the little things could be missed. The main thing remains: I want to return. I would like to wish development, good luck and the realization of all grandiose plans and dreams! Optimism and energy guys do not hold!

I'll start with the positives - the sea, the weather and the sun were great! But this is not the merit of the management of this so-called "eco-resort". The level of an ordinary Soviet camp site, and the lowest level! This establishment does not deserve any stars. I chose this place by accident. Worked a good site and most of the good reviews.

I chose this place by accident. Worked a good site and most of the good reviews. Now I understand that inadequate people can write such reviews or this is by order. To praise this place is to deny that the sun shines during the day and it is dark at night!
The houses are very modest, although the prices for them are by no means modest. I paid for a house with a refrigerator for two (myself and a child of 6 years old) 3000 rubles per day. So in the 9 days that we were there, the house was never cleaned, towels and bed linen were not changed. During this time, our shower broke down and the drain was clogged. Mice ran on the roof at night. By the way, there is absolutely no cleaner or maid!
Food is a separate song. Poor porridge, undisguised savings on meat. During this time, we only ate fish once. It's by the sea! There are clouds of flies in the dining room, mice go around during the day just insolently!
They prepare a separate table for vegetarians, but there is no hint of a children's table! It's in a place that advertises holidays with children!
Sometimes even from one kind of this food, the appetite disappeared. I had to fight to get a cup of hot milk for breakfast for the child! The cooks are extremely unfriendly. They were always unhappy that they had to put milk in the microwave for a couple of minutes.
From entertainment there is nothing at all. Everything on the website is a scam! If something is left, then it is in poor condition, or dirty or broken. I have a child, I wanted to watch a movie on TV, it turned out that it also does not work. Volunteers told me, why do you need a TV, so we don’t watch TV! People are completely inadequate! The management is also incompetent! Adult gray-haired uncles, but behave completely insane.

Now I can safely say that I made the right choice. We traveled from the airport and back by car. Yep, 2500. one way. But we met a good man, Dmitry (driver). And at the resort, in the shop of his wife Zhenya, they constantly bought fruits, wine, mineral water, sweets, ice cream. A big plus of the resort is that the coast faces east and the entire water area of the resort is closed by Cape Uret from the prevailing westerly winds. A large sandy beach (on the shore of which gymnastics, meditation are in the mornings), 5-10 minutes walk from the house, and a rocky beach are very close. The water is purest. At first it was relatively cool (+20), then generally like fresh milk. In the house shower, toilet, water all the time. The hose in the shower room was torn, so the volunteer guy came to fix it right away. Pure circle (eco-resort, yes! ) A table with a bench in front of the house, the grape vine stretches little by little (we lived on Grape Street). By the end of our stay, one bunch ripened, so we ate the grapes. The bike park at the resort is excellent, for any level of training and for any occasion. First, my daughter and I took a road trip accompanied by a bike guide Zakhar (he was with 2 children) to the nearest villages of Maryino and Okunevka. And then there was a more extreme route (although you can, of course, go there with children), to Atlesh. (to be continued). . .

It is early morning now, the sun is shining, a light pleasant breeze. I am finishing my story related to the Morskoye eco-resort.
Already for the third year in the summer I come to Morskoye for a long time (2 summer months each). Morskoye was being built before my eyes (construction began in April 2013) and developed. During this time, I managed to visit a vacationer, and a volunteer, and an assistant cook, and a cleaning lady, and many, many more. By the way, in Morskoy such miracles are the norm.
For example, right now Ruslan is hitchhiking from Bashkortastan to Morskoye (we have rested here for 10 days with my wife since June 2014). He liked it so much that this year he wants to live here for a couple of months, in silence to reflect on life without spending money (even on the road to the Crimea: ) ) - as a volunteer.
How will he succeed - you can ask directly, I think he will be happy to share, his mail is ruslan@svoy-biz. en
A bit of history and the present day of Morskoy in photographs.
2013 (perhaps the most memorable):
In the very first year, 2013, when I arrived, I was, to put it mildly, shocked: although they told me that I was going to a construction site, for some reason it seemed to me that this was so, well, just think, a slight noise in the evening, but so everything is as usual.
But it turned out not to be so: there was dirt and weeds all around, there were no paths, it was raining, you had to get to the toilet by jumping over pits (then they carried water), falling into the mud (especially in the rain), and reaching the desired goal , you discover that it is not so desirable: concrete walls standing apart in the middle of the field (100 meters from the dining room), smelling bad, boiling with an abundance of insects and cobwebs, with a hole inside. Toilet paper was out of the question: everyone was supposed to carry it with them. The houses were not finished, there was no water, no toilet, they were just walls with beds and a closet. It was uncomfortable and uncomfortable. In a word, construction in the bare steppe.
True, the food was three times a day, very, very tasty (for food alone, I would have given the then unfinished resort 4). The dining room then was a long building, at the same time a kitchen and a hall with a long table. By the end of that year, the dining room was moved to a more or less solid building, where there was already a separate kitchen, much larger than the previous one, and with a separate hall and cellar (where food was stored), benches and tables appeared, the dining room acquired a new life, everything began to look much nicer and more comfortable.
One problem is flies. No matter what we do, no matter how many sticky tapes we install, no matter how much we smear the furniture with a poisonous ointment for them, it is useless...The founders flatly refused to spray the flies with chemistry. Only after 2 years, nature itself will give a recipe ...
The Internet appeared, then it was still quite weak, it caught only from the dining room, but it was possible to use it, and quite tolerably.
The houses were mostly completed, and even before my departure I managed to live in one of them. They were very pleasant, new, they smelled of wood and the sea. In the autumn of that year there was the first festival "Autumn in the Sea" (https://vk. com/videos-54092171? section=all&z=video-54092171_166642160%2Fclub54092171%2Calbum-54092171). It was great. However, you can see it in the video : )
In general, when I was leaving, I remember the thought flashed that I had arrived in a hole, and was leaving a fairy tale ...
year 2014:
The construction gradually came to a halt, most of the builders left, the houses were no longer fresh, yellow and beautiful, they began to turn black, that they had to be painted with lime (the paint was not used due to toxicity). .
For some reason, I didn’t have much special impressions from that year, except that I want to note the masseuse, Natalya Mikhailovna, a specialist in her field, a wise woman with whom it is very pleasant to spend time, she can tell a lot of interesting and useful things.
2015:
Since July 1, I have been at Morskoye, and I can say that Morskoye has changed beyond recognition:
In many houses (which, although they are gradually losing their appearance - the sea takes its toll: white lime began to move away, somewhere something began to break) there were boilers in the dining room, mosaic tiles appeared, the massage room was filled with decor and a new assortment (to the massage a body shaping device was added to the bed and a rug for manual massage, the other day we are waiting for a phyto-barrel), the planting of greenery has finally borne fruit, greened "Marine", there are much fewer thorns (in the first year it was impossible to walk! ), near the houses sheds appeared, and plants were planted around, railings appeared on the descent to the sandy beach, a children's trampoline, a sandbox, animals (peacocks, pheasants, ducks, hares ... ). Yesterday was an adventure. A peacock was flying over the campsite, and the guys from the tents at first mistook it for a wild ostrich (it was a peacock girl).
Yesterday a volunteer with a wonderful name Guy arrived. Today he is putting up new wallpaper in the children's room. A children's room (a separate house) also appeared only now. Although as I observe the children, it is not particularly needed here. They have their own lives here. Adults see them only while eating, and so they run in a flock on their many affairs, either they are busy with insects, or they feed animals, or on a swing. Valera made a cool unusual corner from real sea ropes: climbing frames, swings, a hammock. There are many things that are unusual here. For example, what can you think of a classic children's sandbox? ? ? In Morskoy, it combines the sandbox itself, a climbing frame and an art object.
Kitchen. All the volunteers want to get into the kitchen to help the chef Lena. Very strange, but even the newly arrived Guy : ) . It has its own atmosphere. This, of course, also applies to food. Vacationers are grateful for the delicious food.
If they ask for supplements, then, of course, no one refuses them, but the portion sizes are such, and now it’s getting hotter that they don’t even eat up, Some people ask to be given half a serving. Dima from the poultry house brings eggs with a surprisingly bright orange yolk to the kitchen. Every day more and more vegetables come from their ecological (they don’t spray, they don’t use chemistry here) garden, the garden is a different story. I won't describe what's going on there.
let the volunteers who came here to study permaculture describe. I can only say that the quality of food, of course, is reflected, especially when before dinner Olya goes to pick cucumbers and greens right from the garden, and after 10 minutes it's all on the table. The collection of more than 200 varieties of tomatoes is about to ripen here: giant, black, and striped like watermelons ...
By the way, each house also has its own small colored garden, i. e.
flowers interspersed with vegetables are cool ...True, so far only 1 row of houses along Morskaya Street has done this, along Vinogradnaya Street it is just beginning.
Yesterday Anatoly (vacationer) had a birthday, they congratulated him at dinner - balloons, baked a delicious cake, candles ...This is a tradition that was founded in previous years.
What else is new?
Divers come every day, right on the pebble beach of Morskoy they teach how to dive and swim underwater with scuba diving, both adults and children swim, I saw how Danila dived with his dad from the campsite, he is 13 years old.
What I don't like now in Crimea is the price of fruits. I threw away half of the cherries for 130 rubles. On Wednesday, Dima took all the vacationers and volunteers by bus to the “gypsy” market, though I didn’t see a single gypsy there. J. This is the cheapest market in the Black Sea. But even there, we bought cherries for 200 rubles, although these are large fresh cherries. No berries, no missing.
I almost forgot about the store, this is also a novelty of this season. The car dealership came earlier.
The store in Morskoy was opened by the Zhenya and Dima families. Zhenya had her own 2 flower shops in St. Petersburg. They came to Morskoye from St. Petersburg in April, lived here, they liked it, their health began to recover, and now they are moving to these places permanently. While they are looking for a suitable house with a plot nearby, Dima meets people at the airport by bus, takes vacationers on excursions, Zhenya organized a store. Yesterday, the first large juicy peaches were brought straight from the garden from the trees, and the first sweet local melons from melons.
Also, now you don’t have to go to Maryino 3 km away for ice cream, mineral water - everything is here, and the prices are the same.
What else?
A large inflatable children's pool, which stands right on the beach and is filled with clean SEA water. It is very convenient that the parents are right there on the sunbeds.
The water in the pool heats up and the guys splash there for pleasure, adults also strive to climb in there J
Semi-professional tennis table (not afraid of moisture), after dinner, as the heat subsides, we play, then in the evening we go to the sea to swim on the nearest pebble beach. So great before bed! ! !
About transport. From here, a Citroen car goes every day to Chernomorskoye (20 min). When we need it, we negotiate and they bring us back and forth along the way, no one takes money J
They brought grandmother Anya from Gagauzia, she is the keeper of the ancient traditions of baking bread. In Morskoye, they have long dreamed of eating only their own real bread from the oven. Under the control of grandmother Anya, a large oven was built. Tomorrow she must make the first dough, the yeast her grandmother brought is the one that is passed down from generation to generation. We are all waiting for our real first loaf! ! !
Something I signed, it's time to go to the dining room.
Probably, the main indicator of the place is that people come back here again and again. Both campers and volunteers. You see familiar, already familiar faces .. .

You see familiar, already familiar faces .. .

We can say that the resort is in development, the owners have very good plans. Reading reviews for 2013-14. it is clear that the resort has become much better, which means it will be even better, for example, when it has its own orchard, its own honey, its own farm, etc.
Those who are accustomed to consumer "rest" in different Turkish-Egyptians will not like it here. For such conditions, the resort will seem too spartan.
Pros: human relations, no western fake helpfulness.
Cons: the sea was cold)))
Wishes: implementation of all plans!

Dad and I were at the Morskoye eco-resort. I am 13 years old and I am a very active girl. : ) I am fond of kitesurfing, diving and photography. The place where the resort is located makes it possible to realize any desires for lovers of clean sea, nature and outdoor activities. The sea is amazingly clear, the opportunity to go diving is organized, my dad and I went snorkeling, we saw stingrays, crabs, and fish.

The place where the resort is located makes it possible to realize any desires for lovers of clean sea, nature and outdoor activities. The sea is amazingly clear, the opportunity to go diving is organized, my dad and I went snorkeling, we saw stingrays, crabs, and fish. Next to us rested people who were engaged in spearfishing. Not far from the Morskoye resort there is a natural park "Beautiful Harbor" and the village of Olenevka, which hosts an extreme sports festival on Tarkhankut. The resort has the opportunity to rent a bike and arrange a bike ride : ). The largest water park in Crimea (http://www.akvarespublika.com/) operates in Evpatoria, we were there on the way back, I really liked it!
We got to the resort from Simferopol airport by bus with a transfer from Evpatoria. The journey took about 3 hours.
The house in which we lived at first surprised with a simple design, but after a few days it was already comfortable - we rested in the heat of the day, the heat does not annoy, and a cool breeze from the sea comes through the open window and door. The cottage has a bathroom and shower.
I really liked that every morning there is a charge on the seashore. Several times we saw dolphins that swam ashore and had fish for breakfast! There is also a mini zoo. There you can feed rabbits, peacocks, ducks.
In the evening you can watch a beautiful sunset and look at the starry sky. I got great photos.
The food in the dining room is not as extensive as in Turkey or Egypt, but it was enough for me and dad. We bought fruits and desserts for tea. One evening we cooked fresh mussels on a fire, yummy!

We were together with my son in a campsite with a tent, we had a great rest, we were pleased with the attitude of the management and staff, they constantly coped with everything well, if there was anything needed, they met all the requests and wishes. Many thanks to Sergey Sidorenko for organizing the rest, special thanks to him for organizing diving with an excellent instructor, cave diver Alexander Pashin, the dive was just space, indescribable beauty, for the first half hour after the underwater excursion there is not enough vocabulary to describe the pleasure received.

Very clean all around, no garbage, peace and quiet, crystal clear sea and sky with a bright and hot sun.
For those who leave negative reviews, I want to oppose, do not forget that Morskoye does not stop there, but develops, which is not always easy as in established resort towns. I wish Marine good luck!! ! Look forward to visiting in the future!! ! I will recommend you to friends and acquaintances.

Our family got there by accident. We were part of a large company and did not participate in the choice of this vacation spot.
10 days before departure, I read the site of this "eco-resort". The idea seemed interesting. It's so great to be in a secluded, ecologically clean place. This is after the bustle of the promoted resorts of the Crimea.
This is how the picture was presented: neat, clean, small houses right on the seashore, silence, peace, fresh air, clean water, healthy and tasty food 3 times a day.
So, we had 4 houses booked and we arrived with a group of 8 adults and 5 children. What we saw surprised us a little. The appearance of the houses was very different from those photos that were presented on the site. Yes, sheds appeared near each of them, but the houses themselves turned out to be shabby. Inside, we were also disappointed. The houses were upholstered with ordinary plywood. The floor is rearing up and everywhere is very, very dirty. Apparently they don't get removed. Rather, they are removed by those who live there. The beds are homemade, but solid, good mattresses and pillows, old blankets. The linen is ok, there are towels. Instead of a closet, there was a kind of plywood structure without doors (shelving? ). A problem immediately arose: one family in our company consisted of 2 adults and 2 children of different sexes, 13 and 8 years old. But then it turned out that 3 beds is the maximum that can be accommodated in this house. And there are no more options. So they were accommodated: the four of us on 3 single beds (while paying for 4).
I immediately asked for a refrigerator, since I have a baby and I had perishable food for him with me. By the way, the refrigerator is paid - 200 r / day. 30 minutes later they brought it. And then another problem emerged. Or rather, immediately 2. In our house (where we had already unpacked our things) there was no electricity and hot water. And if the problem with electricity had a chance to be solved, then with hot water - without options, since in some houses there was no boiler. Generally. Why we were settled in houses without hot water is still a mystery to me. And this despite the fact that more than half of the houses were empty. Well, or I will assume that they also did not have hot water. Besides, the cabin stank of gasoline. This is all because they were mowing behind the house with a gasoline scythe and all the smells went through the toilet window to us. After I expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of electricity and hot water, we were offered to move to another house. My sister, who also found herself in a house without hot water, was told that it would be possible to move in tomorrow.
The bathroom was funny. There is no shower cabin, not even a curtain, no tray, no side between the shower area and the toilet. Just a faucet with a shower head and a hole in the floor. At the same time, in our house the slope of the floor was in the opposite direction (towards the toilet). And taking a shower ended with 2 cm of water in the whole room. In the bathrooms, there was immediately something like a water drain. But in our version, it was just a mop without bristles and it was impossible to drive water into the drain. Speaking of shower water. . . It was salty. This often happens in coastal dwellings, but here it was quite salty and washing her hair had a funny effect.
Cigarette butts were thrown around the house in huge quantities (we arrived at an eco-resort, yeah). Thorns grew everywhere. What was mowed with a trimmer was not removed. And my still not very confident walking one-year-old child constantly came across burdock either lying on the ground or still growing. Near our house, all 4 days, construction of some kind of structure was carried out. They kept knocking. True, on the second day a common language was found with the builders and at the moments when the child was sleeping, they did not knock.
Food. During the 4 days that we were there, they gave porridge for breakfast 2 times (half a plate of oatmeal, apparently the cheapest, as it was bitter), 1 time they gave pancakes (2 pieces per person, pancakes 7-8 cm in diameter) and once thin pancakes with a teaspoon of filling (apple puree). Actually, everything. For lunch there was soup (I have never seen such a liquid pea soup), for the second - buckwheat with a spoonful of salad. Or pearl barley with beetroot salad. From meat (we adults do not eat meat) there was a kind of barley cutlets with a small amount of minced meat. Our kids couldn't eat it. What chicken, meat and fish? There has never been such a thing... For dinner, about the same as for the second, but in a different combination and without "meat". If the adults could somehow eat it, then the children did not (hooray! We had a certain amount of food and a slow cooker with us). At the same time, it was clear that the chefs were trying. They simply cooked from what they were allocated money for. A couple of times there were vegetable cutlets. Delicious. There were kettles, crockery and tea/sugar available all the time in the dining room. This is a plus.
But the dining room is dirty, that's very. Dirty tables and floors.
Score. The local "shop" has a limited range of goods. Within 10 items. Sweet cherry 200 rub. (on the market the same was for 100 rubles). In general, there was no food there... Draft wine is for sale - 200 r / liter. The site says about a car shop that comes regularly. But it's not. She arrives, but in Maryino (it is 3.5 km).
In the dining room, we passed by a garbage dump, which is supposedly intended for separate collection of garbage. In fact, there are 3 tanks that were full and stank. There were a huge number of flies throughout the "eco-resort". They woke us up EVERY morning. It's not 2-3 flies. It's a few dozen. The same situation in the dining room. Crowds of flies. One kind man (alas, I don’t know his name) on the third day gave us a fly tape. This did not completely solve the problem, but the number of flies in the house decreased.
One fine day, I found a dead mouse near the house. Well, yes . . nature and all that, but it's good that I found it before my one-year-old child. I don’t know if it’s a coincidence or not, but out of 13 people in our company, 4 got sick. The symptoms are the same: vomiting, indigestion. It all started with my one-year-old child, to whom I foolishly added raw cold water to porridge (I was assured that the water is clean and you can drink it just like that). The water was in a special tank. An hour later, the child vomited and away we go. Then the same thing happened to 3 more from our company. Maybe this is a coincidence, but it happened in this "eco-resort".
Sea and beach. The sea is amazing in color. The water is purest. Very petty. The beach has fine white sand. But still there was a huge amount of cigarette butts (comrade vacationers, how many of you smoked Gitan brand cigarettes and threw them on the beach? ) The beach is nearby, but not right next to the houses, as it may seem from the pictures. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to it (and I dreamed of putting the child to bed and going for a swim so that he was in sight, but this is impossible there). Near the dining room there is a descent to the water. But the entrance is rocky. The sea smelled strongly of hydrogen sulfide. There can be no complaints here (the natural environment and all that), but someone may be confused. I didn’t really understand what was meant by “shadow canopies” (information from the site). There were none.
There is Wi-Fi on the premises. In the houses it catches badly. If you need stable Internet, you need to go to the dining room.
There is a small "zoo". Children can interact with ducks, peacocks, hares (or are they giant rabbits? ), roosters, and more. There is a place for children to run. Since we had many children, they did not get bored. The site says that there is a trampoline for children. In fact, this is an old iron bed with a spring bottom. The kids loved it, but it's not a trampoline. The site also says about an inflatable children's pool. I won't even write what it is. You can guess for yourself. Even in the reviews on the site it is written that there is table tennis. And where did they find it?
About privacy. The houses are located close to each other. When we were there, only a few houses out of 25 were occupied. And that was the feeling of a communal apartment. After all, just a couple of meters from you, someone else's laundry is drying, strangers are sitting. If suddenly all 25 houses are filled, then there can be no talk of any privacy.
Probably the main points I have already described.
So, the cost of a house with a refrigerator for two is 2600 rubles. per day. This is in June (we paid less, since the reservation and payment were made in advance and we were also given a discount for having 4 houses). In July-August - 3400 rubles for two. This is quite a market price for accommodation and 3 meals a day.
There was a feeling that the employees seemed to be trying, but they didn’t really understand that people didn’t just come to share their passion for “permaculture” (c), but also paid, in general, not the smallest money and count on normal living conditions and normal food. Well, normal behavior. That is, to the question of vacationers about the schedule and routes of the nearest buses, you do not need to send them to look on the Internet. There is no need to offer to take you to the nearest village for 150 rubles, despite the fact that all possible buses (2) have already passed that day, and the vacationers have a lot of things and a one-year-old child in their hands . .
At the same time, I admit that such a "resort" may have its fans and supporters. The idea is generally good. Simply, if you are already going into the sphere of commerce, then you need to change your attitude towards those who pay money, think about different management. Well, or stay in the niche of volunteers / volunteers.
