Since I was going to attend excursions all day long, she assured me that this hotel was what I needed. The move in went horribly. I arrived at 6 am and waited for check-in near the check-in desk. Check-in at 14-00. However, I didn't get to my room. Hasan explained to the administrator that the flight was delayed by the Germans and they occupied the room I was supposed to enter. He told me to be patient. The hotel guide said that he could not help me and, in principle, no one would help me. These are my problems. The administrator took me to a terrible place where I stayed for the night, promised to come the next day at 9 am and pick me up. But, of course, he didn't. The next day I went to the hotel myself. Hassan saw me and started screaming why do I demand a room (which I paid for, by the way)? Why don't I want to sit quietly at the reception? And he pointed out that I am a Muslim and should generally be silent (Apparently in his eyes, I am not a person). He was rude and spoke to me with irritation. As a result of our dispute with him, he threw me 4 keys to the rooms. I have never encountered such rudeness in a hotel before. I was settled at 12 o'clock the next day after arrival. For 1.5 days I sat in an embrace with my suitcase. Receptionist Hasan brought me to tears with his cries!! ! Accordingly, no one apologized to me for the delay in check-in and rude behavior.
This unfortunate moment ruined 2 days of my already short holiday and I will certainly never return to this hotel or recommend it to any of my friends.
2. The hotel is not big, quiet
3. The rooms are cleaned every day, I usually bring my own towels with me, I didn’t use the hotel ones, I can’t say anything.
4. Breakfast, depending on how you eat. I had enough. Eggs, bread, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives. If you come 8:30 boiled eggs are gone.
5. Rude attitude of the administrator. No desire to visit Turkey in the future.

We rested for the first time as a family with a 5-year-old child in Kemer, we thought for a long time where to stay. We chose this hotel and were not disappointed. We were given a large room with a kitchen. Everything in the room is: TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer, etc. Two balconies overlooking the pool.

We were given a large room with a kitchen. Everything in the room is: TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer, etc. Two balconies overlooking the pool. The child slept in a separate room. The bed in the room was changed and cleaned every day. The breakfast is quite decent. Very friendly staff, good attitude towards children. There was no language barrier. The location of the hotel is near the city center, everything is within walking distance. There are many inexpensive supermarkets, Waikiki, DeFasto, the central market - in general, there is where to shop. By the way, there is a Has Kebab cafe nearby - where you can have a very tasty and inexpensive meal (I advise). We went to the city beach and mostly to Moonlight beach. All shops and cafes accept any bank cards (at the rate of the holder's card bank). We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much and will come again.

we bought a ticket 5 days before departure, we chose the hotel according to the rating and were not mistaken. everything corresponds to the photo. the hotel is excellent. small and cozy. there are no animators, but for us it was a plus because without children. there is a kitchen in the room. we arrived late in the evening, settled us for one night in a room without a kitchen, but the next day we were moved to a normal room, we did not pay extra.

we bought a ticket 5 days before departure, we chose the hotel according to the rating and were not mistaken. everything corresponds to the photo. the hotel is excellent. small and cozy. there are no animators, but for us it was a plus because without children. there is a kitchen in the room. we arrived late in the evening, settled us for one night in a room without a kitchen, but the next day we were moved to a normal room, we did not pay extra. to the sea -15 minutes at a leisurely pace. transfer - maybe there is, but we have never used it and have not seen it. to the clock tower (from where buses run to different cities) - 10 min. next to the hotel there is a chain supermarket, a lot of mini markets and cafes. we cooked ourselves, it's cheaper with shops. hotel staff - Russian-speaking Turks, all polite, friendly. of the minuses - wi-fi catches up to the 2nd floor. our room on the 3rd floor, in fact sat at the reception and in the hallway to be "online". breakfasts are average, always the same (bread, cheese, butter, boiled eggs, tasteless sausage, tea / coffee, watermelon). but in general, you can eat. We cooked ourselves, so it didn't bother us. cleaning in the room was done on the principle of "throw out the trash and make the bed" - every day. there is no perfect cleanliness (faucets in the bathroom do not shine), but there is no mold and cobwebs. there is a mosque nearby and "songs" from there twice a day, but this does not interfere with living and sleeping, because all this is during the day, when you are not in the room. the pool is not big, the depth is 1.5 meters from the strength, but we had enough and we went to the sea more. The hotel does not have its own beach, but this is not a problem - go to any city. and there you want to lie on a towel, if you want a sun lounger for 10 lire, rent it for the whole day. for the money (48 thousand for two with flights and transfers) the hotel is excellent. We do not regret that we lived in it.

Wonderful hotel. If you want to relax in a calm, quiet place, then you are here. 2-room suite with a kitchen, you can cook your own meals. Air conditioning, which is very important in the hot season. The pool is perfectly clean and not that heavily chlorinated. The water is cool, clean, there are toilets and showers near the pool.

The pool is perfectly clean and not that heavily chlorinated. The water is cool, clean, there are toilets and showers near the pool. Close to the sea. There is where to walk in the evening, this is the very center, many cafes, restaurants, shops and parks. The hotel is very conveniently located. Everyone writes about the mosque that is nearby, but they sing prayers 5 times a day, sometimes more. At first it is unusual, then you do not pay attention to it. The staff is friendly, helpful, they speak Russian. The maids do not speak Russian, but they know English. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels changed every day. Things do not touch, as you leave, they lie. There are no cats in the hotel, although there are a lot of them walking the streets, the smells of strangers too. Normal breakfasts, eggs, cheese, vegetables, olives, jams, watermelon, coffee, tea. You can also order lunch and dinner, everything will be cooked, but for a fee. We left the hotel after breakfast and returned only in the evening. There was a very rich program, excursions, trips, the sea. The only downside is wi-fi. Everything is free, but its coverage area is only up to the 2nd floor (we lived on the 3rd). The room was not, and if you needed to see something, you had to go down to the floor below into the hall. Well, it didn't affect the rest. In general, wi-fi is everywhere even on the beach. In a cafe, ask the waiter, he connects you, also on the beach at the beach cafe employee. By the way, there is excellent Internet on the beach, although there are a lot of people, we even talked via video link and never interrupted. They don't charge for internet. We visited the sky beach (in my opinion, that's what it's called), sunbeds with orange mattresses, the price for a sunbed is $ 1 for the whole day, that is, you paid, you can leave, come back in the evening and lie down, many left towels on the sunbeds (no one touches them ) and leave, then come to their places and rest further. Beer and snacks on the beach are more expensive than in a regular cafe. Regarding food: you can find inexpensive cafes where you can eat burgers or shawarma very inexpensively (there is not far from the exit from the park, how to go to the beach). In cafes and restaurants there are very large portions, so we ordered one salad, one hot for two and ate to satiety. Yes, there are expensive restaurants, such as Pirat, for example, they left a lot of money there. In general, of course, everything depends on people and means, we tried everything and fast food, and Turkish cuisine, and even found where they cook awesome pizza.
Let's go back to the hotel: we really liked it, it's quiet, calm, even the children who rested there do not cause inconvenience. If you are looking for parties and music then this hotel is not for you. All parties take place every day in a cafe on the beach, there are discos and karaoke and whatever your heart desires. Yes, there are hotels in which there are parties every day, but this is not for us. We returned to the hotel in the evening and rested, got enough sleep, and in the morning we were on our way again.
Many thanks to the hotel staff for creating such a quiet and cozy place. We will definitely come back to this hotel again.

The hotel impressed me. There is a small swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas. My room was just a fairy tale. 2 rooms and a kitchen. Bathroom - shower with tray, no holes in the floor. The repair is excellent, there is no mold anywhere, everything is beautiful. There is a kettle, a burner (electric), dishes, a pressure cooker and a saucepan, cups, glasses, as well as all appliances.

The repair is excellent, there is no mold anywhere, everything is beautiful. There is a kettle, a burner (electric), dishes, a pressure cooker and a saucepan, cups, glasses, as well as all appliances. At breakfast there were boiled eggs a couple of times, tomatoes, cucumbers, sliced bread, jams, coffee, cheese, I liked everything. Cleaned up every day. Walk 10 minutes to the sea. Along the shops. From the hotel to the left, you go out onto the road (opposite the mosque) and again to the left until the first crossroads, there is already to the right along the shops down and you will see the sea. Free sunbeds are those that are white with white mattresses. All the rest are wards. They are close to McDonald's. Hookahs cost $10 each, but you can also negotiate for $8. Lots of cafes and establishments along the sea. I like the location of the hotel. But I will warn you in advance. There is a mosque nearby, which means that singing will be heard at certain hours. But it didn’t bother me, but rather immersed me in a certain atmosphere. They sing a prayer early in the morning and late in the evening. The owner of the hotel is friendly. Prompt help. There were no communication problems. Nearby as to go to the sea there is a bank and ATMs. In a word, beauty and I advise 100%, I will return to this hotel again.

I want to express my gratitude to this hotel Melisa Apart and its staff. After I bought the Ares dream 4 star hotel through the TUI tour agency, I wrote reviews about it above, and so the second day I moved to this beautiful Melisa Moment Apart 3 * hotel. But you know, I won’t give 3 *, I would give 7 *, everything is clean, comfortable, everything is new, euro renovation in the apartment, bed linen and towels are changed every day.
