First, let it not scare you that the Villa is located in Dzhenovichi, and not some more advertised village, it is more calm here, fewer people, somehow in your own way, also an excellent-chic sea, cheaper, but there are no particular attractions, although in the evening, you can perfectly walk along the embankment on foot or by train (1.5 euros / person one way, 15-20 minutes drive). For comparison, we were in Herceg Novi, a small beautiful town, with its own architecture, but the darkness of people, especially on the beach. Separately, I want to note the cafe in Herceg Novi Tri Lipe, excellent cuisine, affordable prices, calm atmosphere.
Otherwise, I liked Dzhenovichi more.
We also saw Kotor, Budva, Petrovac, each town has its own "raisins", but in Dzhenovichi, like at home). As for Villa Milica: this is an option for a budget holiday, where you have the opportunity to save on food by buying food at the local Idea minimarket, a 7-minute walk away, and cook food in your room in the mini kitchen (equipped, by the way, with all the necessary utensils, pots, pans , towels, knives, etc. ), free sunbeds and umbrellas on the EL President beach (you just need to show your beach card), if you wish, the guys from the beach bar will help with any question, they organized this second boat trip to Blue Grotto (that is, they lay on the beach, they wanted to, they asked and immediately went).
On the roof of the villa there is an excellent terrace with a gorgeous view of the bay and mountains. There is a grill, tables, sun loungers, and a bar is open in the evening.
There is no soundproofing in the rooms, but you need to understand the main thing: Chernogora is not a stupid beach holiday, like in Egypt and Turkey, it is an extremely motley country in which it is a crime to stay in a room for more than 8 hours a day. And therefore, as it seems to me, the disadvantages of this Villa are also all the other apartments on this coast, but all the disadvantages are more than covered by the sea, landscapes, mountains, people and the emotions received !!!
P. S. : Separately, I want to recommend a trip to the canyons of Montenegro - this is an excellent excursion, a bungee (Zipline) through the deepest canyon in Europe, on which we rode together, me and my child on my knees and my wife on a nearby cable. Crazy landscapes of the Durmitor reserve and the Black Lake. And of course Dubrovnik, the Croatian walled city where Game of Thrones, Star Wars, etc. was filmed (an expensive and at the same time beautiful place).
A trip to Dubrovnik was included in the cost of our tour, and the rest of the excursions were bought on the Olympus website. Mi (don't take it for advertising) liked their guide Vitaly very much, as an unbiased professional in his field. Montenegro is a great young resort which is definitely worth a visit... )

Holidays in Montenegro, Denovici, Villa Milica 4 stars. It was the most lame vacation of my life. The hotel is some kind of barn, it doesn’t even pull on a star. We singled out nearby and three stars that looked better even from the outside. And inside... In the bathroom, it turned out not just mold around the entire perimeter, but black mold already overgrown with moss (see photo).

This problem was not solved in any way, for a day it was forbidden to use the bathroom, they rubbed it with some kind of soap, but the mold, of course, did not disappear in a day.
Although arriving and not being able to wash - it was cool.
The room itself is of course dilapidated, no one has done repairs since its foundation.
For a week, we have not been cleaned once and the bed has not been changed!
Only towels were changed and trash was taken away. I had to sweep myself.
The beach is also a complete circus. Sunbeds were reserved for us. On the day of departure, they generally approached us and said that these sunbeds were for some special people and they were on reservation (although we were the first to go to the beach and there was no one there, there were no reserves, and the staff themselves were spinning there and could do everything say)
It’s just that there weren’t any armor there, there was some kind of grandmother from Russia who has been coming for more than a year and always occupied sunbeds with a crutch, then towels, and half of them always stood empty when people had nowhere to lie down. It is a pity that the staff goes on about and it was at her request that we were asked to get off the sunbed.
At that very moment, the director of the famous Milica was sitting nearby in a cafe and drinking coffee, he saw everything, and of course he could at least say something. For example, at least say that we have eviction at 10 am.
When we arrived, we took a shower, I was standing wet, undressed, and then there was a knock on the door.
And some young lady informs us that we must immediately leave the room. The director comes, says that of course he would let us sit, but since your tour operator sent other tourists here, he must kick us out (although the tourists will not be earlier than 14, and now only 10). Since they clean the time more than clean, but no. We said that we needed time to collect things as no one expected this.
He says OK and every minute that girl starts running and googling irritably, "You must leave the room, you must leave the room, have you already left the room? "
Of course, in such panic and stress, we forgot various little things there, because they didn’t even give us 20 minutes.
Some kind of installation or generator is constantly buzzing next to the hotel, it is difficult to sleep at night.
Nobody said about the fact that the hotel has a rooftop terrace and exercise equipment, but this is actually not surprising since they generally tried not to talk to us, since the staff does not know either English or Russian.
In general, you yourself understand what impressions about the rest remained. And by the way, it was our anniversary.

Mega polite and helpful girls at the reception. There was always hot water, good pressure. Everything you needed was in the room. Towels were changed every day, bedding and cleaning 2 times a week, garbage was taken out every day. Conder was only in 1 room out of 2, but we did not use it, because it was not hot to sleep with the windows half open.

Conder was only in 1 room out of 2, but we did not use it, because it was not hot to sleep with the windows half open. A large balcony, but this is only a plus if normal neighbors have balconies next to each other through the partition and the audibility is huge. I liked everything about my stay, it corresponds to its stars.
If you buy breakfast + dinner, they give free sunbeds and umbrellas on the territory of the 3 * fan fan, but I will write a separate and not at all flattering review about it. To the sea 3-5 minutes in the wreck. The sea, to put it mildly, is invigorating, sometimes it was not even invigorating, but cold, we decided that now it’s not scary to plunge into baptism). There is a platform and a gentle entrance a little further, but if you don’t buy sunbeds with a towel, these beaches have practically nowhere to stumble.
We flew through Adria Heath - upon arrival we found a bus because there were signs on it, it’s good that we speak a bit of English, our bus was helped by drivers of other buses. There was also no guide on the bus, almost before the crossing, on the driver's phone, she called the meeting time in hotels on the speakerphone. They didn’t take us 150m to the hotel, well, it’s okay to go down there, but I didn’t like it at all to go upstairs with 3 suitcases in the heat and wait there for the transfer back. The cost of the tour included an excursion to Dubrovnik, in fact it turned out that it was just a free round-trip transfer, without a guide. It's worth a trip, although not informative, but very beautiful without it. At customs, they stood there for 2 hours, back without a queue. Dubrovnik is quite expensive: pizza + 2 beers + lemonade = 25 euros and it was not the most expensive cafe.
In general, we got the impression of the still developing tourism industry in Montenegro. Even money can be changed only in Herceg Novi and only in 1 place. You can pay by card not everywhere. Take euros and preferably in small bills up to 20. We were touched by the conductors with manual "machines" for tickets on regular buses, the train is 1 euro per person, they run every 20 minutes. The final feature was the flight number and departure city written with a pen on a white sheet of paper. I almost forgot to walk from and to the plane along the runway)), the road is indicated by the airport workers standing on the sides and shouting the right direction. In general, you can go once, but only if you like travel, and not the sea and the beach. The sea is beautiful, but very, very cold.

The hotel was chosen by chance, according to photos. Honestly, I didn't even expect everything to be great. At the airport, meeting a representative of the agency and immediately went to the hotel. The road is not long, along with the ferry crossing, 25 minutes. The room was 2 rooms, with a balcony that partially overlooked the bay.

The road is not long, along with the ferry crossing, 25 minutes. The room was 2 rooms, with a balcony that partially overlooked the bay. The room is clean, everything is new, lcd TV, safe, excellent cuisine. The hotel has a small rooftop pool and bar. Everything was close by: cafes, shops and many beaches. You can rent a car. To the Croatian Dubrovnik by car 30 minutes. drive, but given the queue at the border can take more than an hour. You can still write a lot and only good things about the hotel and the Genoese themselves, so I advise everyone to come and enjoy the holiday.
