I rested with my wife, I really liked the hotel, incredibly beautiful, the views in the hotel are simply breathtaking. Everything looks very expensive, the eye and soul rejoices at the beauty of the hotel!
At the reception, the administration is friendly, the cleaning is of high quality, the staff is friendly everywhere! Animation is present every day in the evening, it's a lot of fun.
There are many places and bars where you can eat, have a bite and drink on the territory. The food is average) there were actually quite a lot of different dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We preferred to choose standard dishes familiar to our diet. The taste of the food, too, was not particularly different, ordinary, not taking into account the meat and fish from the grill. Juices from vending machines taste real, not mixed.
It’s really long enough to stomp to the depth (3-5 minutes), you can use the pier of the neighboring hotel. PLEASE BUY THE CORALS! There are a lot of stones and corals in the sea, you can easily hurt your legs! On the beach (beginning of September) it is always easy to find free sunbeds without taking up space in the morning.
The hotel is 80% Germans, few Russian speakers! Of course, it was more pleasant to relax with foreigners and be in the same space than with ours)
All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!
We settled in the evening, at about 19.30. We were immediately sent for dinner, only then settled. We were settled in rooms on the third floor (building number 4), of course there is no elevator. Well, okay, that's not the biggest problem. In a room designed for a maximum of 2 people, there were 2 double beds, one of which is clear that it was not planned there, but brought in addition, which is why you can only get to the balcony or to the window by overcoming the barrier. You can also get to the bedside table only through the bed...
We laughed, thought okay, it doesn’t matter, we came to rest, we won’t be upset. We started looking for a safe, and then a surprise, it was not in the room (friends in the next room also did not have a safe), we decided to go to the reception to ask for a safe. In response to our request, they refused, arguing that the hotel was fully loaded and there was nowhere to get a safe, we tried to politely inform the administrator that he was wrong, as a result, they began to move us to other rooms (purely accidentally vacated) and what was our surprise when after our question whether there will be a safe in the new room, we were told NO.
Further, the administrator simply pretended that he did not understand us (neither English nor Russian). We thought okay, let's try to solve the issue with the guide in the morning, returned to the room. For the next 40 minutes or so, I sat in the bathroom as the door jammed and wouldn't open. By the way, there is no emergency phone in the bathroom, and the one in the room simply does not work. As a result of a long wait for my release, a worker slowly came and knocked out the door and said this happens. If I had rested alone, they would probably have found me at the end of the vacation, when it would be necessary to vacate the room . . But again we decided not to be upset and went for a walk around the territory, what was our surprise when we saw a half-empty hotel.
As a result, as it turned out later, the hotel was loaded with a maximum of 25 percent (there are almost no Russians, Ukrainians). In the morning, through a guide, with a scandal, they still overpowered us into a normal, miraculously vacant room on the first floor, with access to the pool. In terms of nutrition, everything is very, very poor, but they are trying to diversify, but very little, and what is there is not tasty at all. Everything cooked on the grill always turned into coals, and the middle was raw. In general, there is little choice, what is not tasty at all. There is no cleaning in the rooms, the fly that lay in the most visible place, from the second day of the vacation, remained untouched. Cleaning consisted of making the bed and putting in bottles of water and that was it.
The rooms are everywhere dust, dirt, remnants of building materials, horror, just horror. Beach: there are a lot of sun loungers, you can always find a lot of free ones, there is no protection from the wind, so we had to build a halabuda from sun loungers, it somehow saved us. To the depth you need to go 300 meters then you can swim. By the way, you can not take a mask, there is nothing to look at at all, no fish, no corals, nothing, but special slippers (corals) will definitely not go into the water otherwise. If you want to lie down near the (heated) pool, you need to take a place before breakfast, at 7 o’clock.
By 9 o'clock there is nowhere to fall, but there are several islands of sun loungers scattered throughout the territory, if the pool is unprincipled, you can always find places. In an unheated pool, the water is ice cold, colder than in the sea. Everyone we met at the hotel (mostly Germans) said that this is one of the worst hotels. The hotel has a maximum of 3 stars . . The staff is not responsive, and if you ask for help, they pretend that they don’t understand, and then they also demand a present in the form of money or chocolate.
Tips in dollars are reluctant to take, they ask for euros, and it is not uncommon to come across the phrase "Only a dollar? ". In general, choose another hotel immediately. You can find a better hotel for less money. And if you pay a little extra, you can generally find a chic hotel. It all looks cool at first glance, of course, but it's only at first glance. There is no animation at the hotel, there are animators in the amount of 4 people, but there is no animation at all. P. S. funny things happened almost every day. No matter how positively we set ourselves up, but thanks to the hotel, the rest was ruined.
