Rested from July 13 to 25.2016 in Bulgaria, in Albena, the AMELIA Hotel (Amelia), which I chose is very well located: the main exit from the hotel lobby is right on the main street-promenade. And through the side exit, past the tennis courts and greenery, less than 2 minutes to the sea. The beach in Albena is endless, golden silk sand, gentle entrance to the sea, crystal air, t + 25 + 30. Free sunbeds and umbrellas, the beach is very clean. constantly removed. I was surprised and delighted by the library right on the beach. You can find literature for every taste and in different languages - all for free. Lots of cafes and bars, massage parlors. Many Bulgarians speak Russian, and quite well, the friendly hotel staff disposed to rest. The room was cleaned every day, replenished with soap and shampoo. The administrator at this hotel is Darina, she has been with Albena for 40 years. A wonderful person, a professional in his field, he will tell everything, advise. I stuttered. that the shower was running and Darina immediately applied and an hour later there was a new shower in the room. I especially want to say about the cuisine: variety, abundance. organically grown vegetables and fruits. National cuisine and impeccable service. The large restaurant is cozy. The menu of the restaurant is represented by a rich palette. Lots of salads, different types of meat, fruits, desserts, ice cream. Fish masterpieces and traditional dishes. Pleases and clear work of the service staff of the restaurant. There are no dirty dishes on the tables, dishes with fruits and desserts are constantly replenished. Trays with cold and hot snacks. There is no line at the bar counter for a glass of white or red wine. You will be served instantly. And if you are lucky and you have a birthday, then the hotel administration will congratulate you with a fruit basket and a bottle of wine. All hotel staff are very welcoming and hospitable.
Sports lovers are given a lot of opportunities: 7 football stadiums, a field hockey field, outdoor and indoor tennis courts, mini-golf grounds, an equestrian sports base. On the territory of the complex there are many playgrounds and mini water parks. There is a water park "Aquamania" S = 40000m2
The wonderful climate of Albena, the smiles and friendly attitude of the Bulgarians, the masterpieces of the chefs, the gentle sea left the warmest feelings about the rest. I want to go back to where I feel at home.
Many thanks to the Mozaika travel agency, which helped me find a resort and a hotel. And heartfelt wishes to all the staff of the AMELIA hotel ("Amelia") of health and prosperity to you! Stay on top. Thank you for your attention and hospitality! Sincerely, Svetlana Novokuznetsk July 2016
2. The hotel is new, clean, right in the very center of Albena on the first coastline - we went straight from the room up the stairs directly to the beach in front of the hotel.
3. The room is clean. Cleaning daily. There is air conditioning, bathroom, TV, balcony. Not very big. But everything is very clean. Cons: no refrigerator. It was very uncomfortable. Whatever food is, a refrigerator is always needed. We only had breakfast. Fruit didn't last long. The water was warm --- not comfortable.
4. Nutrition. Since there was breakfast, everything was also good. Tasty. Various. The cafe-dining room is very clean, which is important.
A big plus - you could take water, food, and fruits with you... no one ever forbade or made comments. We always took fruit, cheese, water to the beach.
5. Beach. 12 points. Haven't seen anywhere better. 500m width. Sunbeds. Umbrellas. Is free. There are a lot of places. There are many children, but we did not even hear them. Beautiful blue and yellow umbrellas. The library is right next to it. Everyone is reading. Conveniently.
6. Sea. Warm. Very good entry. Long shallow. There were waves at the end of the holiday. It's so cool to swim in the waves. Pure. At the end of the holiday through the waves it was no longer so clean.
7. No pool. This is MINUS. But the fact that Amelia was near the sea was not particularly needed.
6. There is no animation. Not at all. We are used to having entertainment in the evenings, but there were none here. In other hotels it was fun and interesting. We just looked at the neighbors.
7. Everything is very expensive. Compared to Kiev, prices are 2-3 times higher for everything. A bowl of soup on the beach - 50 UAH. Beer 0.5 l - 35 UAH.
8. Leisure. It's a bunch of cafes with live music. I didn't see the dance. Swing for children. Lots of different shops. Bicycles. Engines. Electric vehicles. Perhaps that's all. It will be boring for young people.
9. Excursions. Expensive. Very expensive.
Bottom line: this is an ordinary clean beautiful hotel only for living. It's boring for young people. It's bad that there is no free bus from the center to the bus station, you have to walk very far to go to the city... about 2 km.
In general, the assessment of the hotel is good. We liked.
Pros: a lot of entertainment (as for me), a good room for 3 *, very good guys at the reception, the sea is natural))) and those guys.... with whom we met)))
Cons: stuffiness (August (), sunbeds are not always realistic to take . . in principle, we are not proud on the sand warmed the bones)) even more pleasant, annoying dude . . receptionist...and maybe sometimes the prices were embarrassing...well, damn it . . people Albena is the most expensive resort))
Bottom line: choose a hotel with a large number of stars)))
