Chose because of the price, location in the Dilek park on the Aegean coast. I liked the location on the beach and the remoteness from a large crowd of people. Nice pool with slide for kids. I did not like the rooms killed by mold, unsanitary conditions, an emergency bridge for entering the sea. It was never cleaned, everything was broken.

Beautiful sea, near the cave of Zeus, Dilek park, seaport with ships and the island of Samos.

The 4th and 5th floors are inhabited, the rest of the floors are being renovated in parallel. With constant interruptions in electricity, the elevator naturally did not work, and it was necessary, climbing the stairs, to see all the delights of the repair. However, on the floors where the tourists lived, there was no cleanliness either. For 7 days of our stay, the room was cleaned once at our request, the bed was not changed at all, they only gave clean towels.
The appearance of the room deserves a separate description: the walls are dirty, the furniture is broken, the shower, the door handles are broken. Once they couldn’t even close the room, we had to wait for the master (which also took our time), who at the same time fixed the lock, the handles, and the shower. At the same time at the reception we were assured that this is the best room in the hotel. Constant power cuts, during the day the light constantly turns on and off.
Once there was no light from 12 o'clock until late in the evening, and the lights were turned on in neighboring rooms. I would like to add that when there was no electricity, there were problems with water: it was neither in the shower nor in the cistern. I had to stock up on bottled water. The staff was inactive. Also a separate issue with hot water: in the room it is only in the morning, if you want to wash in the evening after the beach - go wash on the beach. Also about the beach: it is not sandy, sun loungers are located on the grass, near the sea there is a narrow strip of pebbles and pebbles in the sea. I do not recommend using the stairs to enter the sea, there are several steps missing, so stock up on aqua shoes.
The food is monotonous, there is little fruit on average once every 2 days, chicken meat is also once every 2 days, there was no red meat and fish at all. The most meager thing is breakfast, by the end of our stay there was not even milk with muesli. In order to eat, you had to stand in line waiting for the opening of the dining room, as usual, with a big delay. I do not recommend the hotel from the word AT ALL! It's just awful!! ! Tour operators, please pay attention, do not spoil the vacation of your customers!

the hotel is excellent for its 3 stars! You leave the hotel and immediately the sea! Two beaches! Clean, very clean everywhere. The rooms have new furniture and plumbing. Carefully. The balconies are small but clean and the view is awesome! The area is constantly being cleaned. The staff is smiling, friendly, they speak both English and Russian.
