We were at the Eleana Hotel from 09/17/16 to 09/21/16. We were going to spend 11 days there, but they were not confirmed, and we spent the second half of the holiday at the Androthea Apartments. But this is for the best, since we were in Cyprus for the first time and now we have a better idea of both the services and Ayia Napa. The flight was on time, there was no food on the plane of the Rose of the Winds, there were only drinks. The return flight was of Greek Airlines, food and wine were available, but the flight was delayed by 40 minutes, because. there were Hasidim on the floor of the plane and they could not be seated - they refused to sit in the same row with a woman...
The hotel is modest and quiet. There were few guests in it, rarely crossed paths with someone, sometimes several people rested by the pool. The entrance to the hotel is through a cafe, there is also a mini reception, where there was almost never anyone. They wanted to leave the key there, but they said take it with you. Wi-Fi is available in the cafe and at the reception.
We had breakfasts from 8-00 am to 12-00 pm, very hearty, they served the menu and we chose. Most of all I liked English.
We lived in building C - a view of the pool. The room is spacious, especially the dining area. We didn't hear the neighbors, but we saw them)) The room had an adapter, a fairy-type product, and 2 bars of soap. Cleaning was done once, paper was installed, soap was given when asked, garbage bags were changed every day (except Sun). There is a clothes dryer which is very convenient. Balcony for 2 rooms. The air conditioning is only in the bedroom and the TV is only in the kitchen. The kitchen worktop is large and comfortable. There was plenty of various dishes and an electric stove with an oven - everything worked. There is a wardrobe in the bathroom and 2 wardrobes in the bedroom.
We went to the sandy beach near the Mellisi hotel, which is 8 minutes on the left on the road. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby.
When we moved to another hotel, a taxi - a six-door Mercedes, arrived even 5 minutes earlier, as they came and reported from the reception. The driver kindly helped to carry the suitcases and left quickly, without demanding any remuneration. We drove for about 3 minutes. The room was handed over by 12-00 pm, and in another hotel we were settled only by 14-00 pm. These fees and moving strained a little, but we could compare the apartments and the location. While relaxing here, we liked everything and everything suited us, but when we moved to Androtea, we realized that it was better in the new hotel.
