Since it was my 4th trip this season, I agreed to 3 ". Every night, tourists were forced to sleep on the reception because they were housed in such homeless people that it seems to be better and cleaner in prison. Every day we saw sobs and tears ....only after that they were given a little better conditions. And the food? ....The people were hungry, people stupidly took loaves of bread and ate, carried with them to the beach. Eggs for breakfast were served artificially, dinner-a piece of soy cutlet ....We tried not to be in this hotel, just spent the night, ate outside the hotel in cafes or restaurants, because such humiliation and disgust was impossible to see. We got the rooms normal only the day after arrival and also after the scandal, we planned to call the police to inspect this brothel.
I have never seen such a depressing moral situation anywhere, tourists were always upset, no one smiled, I wanted to leave this area and just walk down the street ....All reviews written above are true. I am in 14 years of travel, I am writing a review for the first time, because it's been almost 20 days since my return, and I still can't get away from everything I've seen .....Why do tour operators sell this? Even for free you can not stay in such piggeries! ! ! ! ! ! !

The vacation is ruined!!!!!! ! I found out what a "rubber hotel" is. Upon arrival, there were no places in this hotel, they settled in another hotel. Those who refused another hotel just slept in the lobby. For 9 nights, the linen was never changed, the toilet was leaking endlessly, until they managed to call the plumber.

The TV did not work, but this is the worst thing....
Everyone who was moved to other hotels ate at this hotel. The dining room is designed for only one hotel, in order to have lunch, it was necessary to stand in line for 1.5 hours. !!!!!! ! 2 times they gave mashed potatoes, which he himself put 1 TABLE SPOON (no more) on a plate, stewed vegetables with chicken (where there is only a smell from chicken, God forbid you will find a couple of pieces 1 * 1 cm) too I applied it myself. Repeatedly I came across hair in food...... In general, we went hungry, ate in neighboring cafes for money.
In the bar they give only wine, diluted to such an extent that it is impossible to drink, they poured it in their own basement of the hotel, by the way, water is also poured into the cooler from the tap! To drink wine, you need 20-30 minutes to find one of the staff to they poured it. The attitude towards people is disgusting, they decide who and how much to drink...... It feels like they arrived at a pioneer camp, at 21.00 lights out.
Of the staff, only one speaks broken Russian, someone walks in nothing, no single clothes, no badges... They water the territory with a hose, the children fall, slippery... Wi-Fi catches only in the lobby, you have to wait 10 minutes to catch him, sit in stuffiness. In the pool, the water was never drained, the children swagger in it, then they don’t get off the toilet....
You can write a lot of bad things that happened there, the result is one, DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL, DO NOT SPEND MONEY AND YOUR NERVES!!! !

To say that it bombs, just keep silent. We arrived at the hotel late at night because at the airport we lost our luggage from our entire flight, okay, they began to check us in not in the main may room building, but in hell knows what under the pretext that there are no places. For all the time they have not been cleaned even once, although this is not critical, only the hotel manager understands Russian (fat, arrogant Turk).

We explained everything in English, it seems that everything should be inclusive, at least to a minimum, but alas, in my regiment where I served, they fed MUCH BETTER !!!
The wine is diluted with water, at least they would not be dishonored !!!!
The staff is never there, everyone is hiding somewhere and you can find who the hell.
All arrogant, service "0" hang themselves for a penny, constantly openly offer that we give them more money, as if as a token of "gratitude", SERIOUSLY??!!
For what ?? ? For the finished relation to people or for absence of service???
Of course, I did not count on gilded mansions, but there is nothing in the room except for the bed and the toilet! Nothing at all! With the same success it was possible to sleep in a tent! Seriously, I'm a man with a lot of patience but this hotel has pissed me off!!!
DONT GO HERE!!!
Save money, and most importantly nerves.
And I forgot to say, if you want to sit on vacation on the Internet, break off, Wi-Fi does not work as it should or you will have to stand at the reception and die from the heat because there are no condos either!
Have a nice holiday!

Pros: - green area, clean, outdoor dining, /no flies/. The room has new plumbing, fresh renovation, clean bed. For me, a plus is that the maid did not impose cleaning, everything is optional. My view from the window is the mountains. The sea is very close, the water is clear up to 10 m deep. Sunbeds are free, awnings are large, there is enough shade.

/no flies/.
And the beach is very big.
I was pleasantly surprised, because in Kemer for the fifth time and before that I rested in 4 * and 5 *.
Cons: It's food. Of the fruits, only watermelon, sometimes an orange, and thanks for that.
Every day, chicken pieces, there was no meat, sausage of dubious quality, 1 time in 14 days there was grilled mackerel, fried eggplant. Rice porridge is very sweet, no one has eaten it, so they stopped cooking porridge. Cucumbers and tomatoes, yogurt, salads, tasteless olives. Side dishes: rice, pasta, sometimes potatoes, beans. Soups are tasteless and often fried /gastritis, heartburn/.
Red and white wine is poured, but it is difficult to call it wine.
More Coke.
The most delicious is cottage cheese for breakfast.
Coffee, tea - always please.

Lack of dishes and queues at the kitchen! The time allotted for food is half an hour. The food is monotonous. And then who did not have time, he remained hungry. Interruptions with light 3 nights and in the morning cold water in the shower.

We were at the May Room Hotel in August 2015, for 8 nights the ticket was 70.000 rubles. for two (me and my mom). Previously, we were in five-star premium hotels, but for the most part we did not use their services, this year, due to the dollar jump, we decided to save money and go to the top three. It turned out that we only saved money, but did not save our nerves. The hotel does not pull on any star rating at all. All the locals smoke all the time, even when talking to people.
1. Sea. When choosing a ticket, we looked at the fact that the sea was good and not far away, after all, the main thing is the sea. The sea is 4-5 minutes walk along and across the road, no one lets pedestrians through here, so be patient. The sea is warm, by the end of our vacation it became cooler. In the morning it is calm and clean, there are few people from 6 to 10, after that there are a LOT of people. After lunch, there are few people, but the sea is dirty, a lot of garbage floats in it and waves appear. In the evening, the Turks come, there are a lot of them. The beach is very noisy. Traders walk around and yell: corn... you can bagel... a trip on a banana... etc. A ride on a banana costs 5 dollars, they take you to a wild beach, they say that it is beautiful there, we did not go. One of the days we went with a company, 5 people to a wild beach, leaving the hotel, after reaching the road, go to the left to the white palace-hotel 5 stars, there is a road between these hotels and a ditch with waste, go along it almost to the sea and again turn onto to the left and pass the hotel beach, this is not the wild beach itself. It is located even further behind the rocks, where you can swim between the rocks, go through a tunnel in the mountains, or take a banana ride. We didn't go there, it's dangerous, and I'm not a good swimmer either. This common beach also has fairly clean water and mountains are very close, but there is such a garbage dump, dogs walk, garbage rots, etc. (photo attached). And on the wildest beach they say that the locals wash the dogs. Let's go back to the beach, it is urban, THERE IS NO LOUNGE AT THE HOTEL ON THE BEACH AND NEVER HAS BEEN. All the sunbeds are foreign, mostly from Larisa, they are not taken away, almost all the mattresses have already been pumped from there (but they were sometimes taken and taken away). There are sunbeds at the Marin Hotel, it’s better not to take them, a man comes and takes them. You can take a marker with you and sign the sunbeds with the name of your hotel. The entrance is small-large pebbles, there are roads from packages that are easier to enter. All the nights were wounded with such a miracle bottom. There are fish that bite on the most sore spots.
2. Safety. Zero. Gendarmes walk around, but they are of no use. Everywhere the Turks are fired at you and they want to take it on the phone, there was a situation on the first or second day, that for me (a 16 year old girl), send the Turks, it’s good that I walk quickly and the hotel is not so far away, but I didn’t go alone anymore . It is dangerous to travel to Turkey alone or with children, take adult men with you, the Turks may pester you less.
3. The territory of the hotel. Very, very, very small (pool, building, tiny one-story building where they cook, path, small parking lot).
4. Pool. Terrible, dirty, it is washed every 4 days until it finally turns white or becomes covered with an oily film. There is a small puddle in it for children (this is the only way to call it), bleach, dirt, but after dinner it is in the shade. Sometimes they turn on music, mostly when almost all people are sleeping.
5. Numbers. This is such a nightmare... The hotel claims 27 rooms, only this is in one main building, 3 floors with rooms, windows either to the pool (on the upper floors you can see the sea, like ours) or to the building where other garbage dumps are prepared. These are rooms with one double bed and one single bed. The rooms are cleaned terribly, all the dirt is swept under the cabinet by the mirror... Ants lived in our room, we were told that this was normal. There is air conditioning, almost not blowing, there is a TV, one channel works, but we did not turn it on. Linen is not changed, after us the girl was settled without changing linen. Towels are already given dirty, but they are changed every 3-4 days, when you really, really ask or demand. The bathroom is the worst thing: the toilet bowl is broken, the shower, pouring into the weight of the side does not extend, it is nailed to the wall, our cold water tap was rewound with a bag, because. it poured from him not like a child and in all directions. It flooded the entire floor, with such a pressure of water it was very difficult to wash your hair and, in general, somehow wash yourself. There is also a building with 23-24 rooms (2 floors), I don’t clean them at all, all of it and the balconies are not a dump and a trash can, next to it there is a restaurant with carpets on the walls, in which they eat for a fee for those who have little food for lunch and dinner included. There is an aquarium with terrible green-yellow, dirty glasses and a fountain in the middle, which floods both the floor and nearby tables. In this miracle, 3-4 scary fish swim, not aquarium ones at all. Those rooms have more or less normal showers. There are two more one-story barracks with a 3-liter dry closet, carpets on the wall, mattress-beds on the floor and one towel for 2 guests for hands, feet, face and body.
6. Settlement. We arrived at 6 o'clock in the morning, we were settled at 15.30, although we were supposed to be at 12. The suitcase was at the reception, since we arrived immediately in swimsuits and went to swim in the sea.
7. Food. The food here is terrible, what they haven’t eaten is given for the next meal. There is no meat, as in all of Turkey, once there was fish. There are huge queues for food, because. there is not enough food, plates, tables, chairs, spoons, forks, knives, etc. Tables must be occupied in advance cutlery too. The food is not edible, there is bread, which is unloaded on the floor, and then put into bags. In the morning there is cheese, tomatoes cut into 4 pieces, some cucumbers, cheese, sausage, from hot porridge, eggs and scrambled eggs from salads not eaten for dinner, jams, and leftover wooden melon from lunch and dinner. Lunch, salads from vegetables not eaten for breakfast, hot pasta or rice, sometimes soy meat in small quantities, a couple of times there were chicken ventricles, watermelon and soup. For dinner, what is left of lunch and some new hot soup. The water in the cooler from the tap, the cooler and the coffee machine are electric.
8. Store. Everyone pesters, calls names, these people do not have delicacy, they directly say that they want money. They behave very ugly. If you walk from the hotel to the left there is a shop with sweets, they will try everything there, it is very tasty and the lowest prices. On Monday the bazaar comes, it's a long way to go all the way to the left, where fruits are cheaper. To the right you can walk to the layout, where it is not expensive, all prices are in lira.
9. Staff. The salad cutting chef, Janet (sort of), speaks Russian well and sells excursions, the second elderly cook doesn’t understand Russian, the man in galoshes who washes the dishes and hangs the staff’s things to dry also doesn’t know a word in Russian. The manager is a pourer, knows a few words in Russian, pours beer and diluted wine for lunch and dinner, a maximum of two glasses of half a glass in one adult hand. Handymen, Kazakh-Kyrgyz are on duty at night and know Russian well, another Turk who does not understand Russian is watching the pool, at night and in the morning there is a guy at the reception who does not know languages at all. Latif, who has been studying Russian for 2 months, but speaks quite well, is responsible for the reception during the day and evening. But when someone needs to find it is very difficult. There is Olga cleaning, she is a very nasty Russian aunt. There is also a cleaner who has to clean the two-story building, the staff talks about him, but he never cleaned up and no one has ever seen him. Sometimes the owners of the hotel come, they eat separately with their food.
10. Wifi in the lobby, the password is available to everyone.
11. The safe, scary prehistoric, opens with two keys, one at your place, the second at the reception, so you need to look for someone who can open the safe for you, the safe is in the lobby at the reception, there is a photo. $2 a day.
12. For children there is a part in the pool, but it is better not to swim there and this hotel is not an option with children.
13. Excursions on the street are cheaper than with a guide, everyone has insurance, don't trust the guide.
14. Now a little about the airline, Katekaviya Boin 767-300, they tried to put as many people as possible into it and they succeeded, the place is small, it’s not comfortable to sleep, it’s not comfortable to sit, it’s very cold, blankets are given only to children, and not everyone enough. I flew in sandals, I forgot my socks, I was shivering from the cold, but they don’t have blankets, they feed very poorly, a little hot, a tiny cupcake and a piece of bread with little. Big hello to this airline, I will never fly with you again and I will not advise ANYONE. The captain of the ship mocked us upon arrival at Yekaterinburg airport and said that the temperature was excellent (laughed, laughed) +7.
15. Anex. I will never go with them either. Guides snickering, they just have to get a day. Fuck people. They are kings here, they will decide everything, but in reality. There are no words. The guide at the hotel, Natalia, is not fish or meat, does not solve problems, only offers travel, wants to collect as much money as possible. Worst aunt. We drove back, the guide on the bus was also not impressed.
People, if you want to relax, don't save money, choose Egypt, Hurghada, 5 stars, another tour operator and another airline, if you don't want your vacation to be ruined. I won’t fly to Turkey anymore, I won’t advise others, and this was my third train to this country, every year it gets worse. This country has lost everything that I liked so much, and the locals are more like gypsies. I was in Egypt and it's worth it!

We arrived on the first day (evening), after dinner the manager came up to us and asked if we liked the food. We said yes. Then he said that we should give the chef a tip, preferably a dollar or two. During our stay at the hotel, we never changed the sheets and towels. Bar - I've never seen anything in my life.

During our stay at the hotel, we never changed the sheets and towels. Bar - I've never seen anything in my life. There are empty bottles on the shelves in the bar, such an entourage. The wine is the cheapest you can find in Turkey and you couldn't beg for it. The bartender was almost never at the bar and people themselves went to pour themselves drinks (such as fanta, cola).
The room has a double bed and a single bed next to it. We sorted out among ourselves calmly who would sleep with whom, but I saw how absolutely strange 3 women were settled. I'm wondering how they figured it out? Draw lots? In a room 3 single beds just won't fit.
The place is generally beautiful, on the one hand - a view of the pool and the sea, on the other - the mountains. We had a sea view and, in addition to it (bonus), the nightly screams of low-grade pop music for the whole village with libations by the pool, both the manager of our hotel with guests, and no one knows at all (probably the manager’s friends, locals). This Sabbath began at 22-00 and ended when it did. Especially, we were pleased with the fireworks, which launched 2 evenings in a row just when we just started to fall asleep (((((
As far as food is concerned, everything is the same. If they gave pancakes for breakfast or fish or meat for dinner, then the chef personally put each on a plate, if you want more, so be it, from the master's (chef's) shoulder, he could still give one (! ) pancake, a piece of fish or chicken. Somehow humiliating. I saw among the guests men who obviously did not eat enough and were embarrassed to ask for an addition.
We liked the sea, mountains, excursions, but the hotel just upset.

Simple budget hotel. I would even say "village" - chickens walk, cats run. However, the whole village is like this - a series of hotels of different categories, village houses and shops. In the lobby of the hotel everything is very simple, from the items of bourgeois luxury only a plasma TV. The rooms are small, from the third floor you can see the sea, if the room overlooks the pool.

They fed well. I eat little at home, and simple food, so for me the food at the hotel was very tasty and quite varied. Many dishes were unusual: bulgur, manti, ayran, Turkish pastries. I liked everything, it was very tasty, like from a restaurant. I enjoyed the food! And also from swimming in a very warm, turquoise sea. The hotel has 27 rooms, so there are few people. People saw only at dinner. The holiday was very pleasant, there were no unpleasant moments.
Hotel for ordinary people. If you want landscaping, fountains, marble floors, sparkling chandeliers, aristocratic food and drinks, then you should not go to this hotel.

I liked the hotel in the photos and is located close to the sea. That is why he was chosen. When we arrived, we were met by staff who did not speak Russian, they did not know a single word. A few days later, an employee who spoke Russian well appeared. The rooms are like in a sanatorium of stagnant times.

Instead of beds, there are two high mattresses on top of each other. Bed linen and towels are clean but stained. Bedspreads with holes instead of blankets, but blankets are not needed. The shower door was broken. The toilet seat is not attached, so it rolls around the toilet. Soap smudges around the sink. The toothbrush cup is dirty. But otherwise everything is in order, there is a wardrobe, bedside tables, a table, a mirror, an old TV, a hair dryer.
On the territory there is a recreation area. Nice pool, enough sun loungers, bar nearby. The bar has cold carbonated drinks, but vodka and red wine are warm, as there is no walker. Twice there was beer in the bar, also warm.
The restaurant area is small. There are dirty tablecloths on the tables. At dinner, you need to look for an empty seat.
The food is good for vegetarians. The choice is small: cereals, stewed vegetables, fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, pasta, oranges, watermelon and absolutely not sweet melon. Sausage, sausages and meatballs are only soy. Sometimes there was smelly, the cheapest fish. Chicken was given limited and rare. Therefore, they often got up from the table half-starved.
And everything else is excellent.
The sea is clean, close, 200 meters from the hotel. The air is clean, sea and pine.
The malls are stretched along the road. Prices are much lower than in Kemer and Antalya.
It is better to buy excursions not from guides, but on the street in travel agencies. There is insurance and all guarantees, and the prices are lower.
Have a nice holiday everyone.
