We were here from July 13 to 20, inclusive, for 8 days. We arrived at night, we were met at the reception by a Turk in dirty sports pants, the manager came out of the closet and gave us a room, plus he took eight dollars from each of us for wi-fi - a dollar a day. Arriving in the room, we were shocked by how much it cannot be conveyed, where such a thing can happen, but definitely not in Turkey in a four-star hotel! This is a level three or even two! Everything is torn, the shower is leaking, there is no soap or shampoo, the beds are terrible, and the air conditioner is terrible! I asked the reception to change our room, to which we were told that there were no rooms. I say that we bought a ticket with a standard number, not economy, to which we were told again that there are no numbers, come in two days. In order to accommodate you in a better room, you need to pay at least another 25 dollars.
I will send you photos of this number so that you have an idea of where you are going and where you can be accommodated. Two days later, we were moved to a better room, not the best either, but at least with some conditions. Saving light. ! You leave the room, take out the card and the refrigerator stops working. As a diner, I am also very shocked at this level, again, I don’t know any kind of run-in, the chefs don’t have hats, there are chefs or people standing next to each dish who pour with a spoon so that you don’t take any more, giblets, smelly fish, bring out two or three chickens and cut them them to pieces, whoever gets a wing, or a leg, or a back, or an ass. if you want a better piece, get in line again. There are always queues for everything! I pointed to the best piece of fish, got a spatula with which fish is served on my fingers. There are generally three types of desserts, plus apricots and watermelons, again, all very, very small quantities.
Therefore, if you want to stay hungry, come at the end of dinner or lunch. There is no variety of dishes. It's the same every day. The soup is of one kind, and it is not soup, but a washed soup pot. In the first days they gave potatoes. then it happened somewhere. And zucchini! This should be the name of the hotel "Zucchini". Here they are fried and boiled and stewed in pieces and rings...there are also not enough salads, they cut cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes on a tray, and you mix them yourself. No sauces, no cottage cheese! Then about alcohol! Constant some incomprehensible breaks, before lunch, dinner. There are no cocktails! Beer is poured into small plastic glasses, wine is given, and vodka is given in the evening. My friend tried the wine, it was very diluted, you can't drink it, vodka is also in a limited amount, that is, if you come to dinner around 9 o'clock, you won't get alcohol at all. You go to the bar, they say there is no vodka! Contingent: Russians, Tajiks, Kazakhs...As for the animations!
There are absolutely no animations here! The first days we fought to have some of our music turned on, the Turks themselves and those who work in the kitchen, in the evening they go out to relax, turn on their Turkish music and stupidly dance some of their own dances, they sneeze at the vacationers and the owner of this hotel too! Boring in general! As I was once in the four, there was some kind of water polo and Miss Hotel and Mr. Hotel, but here in general from 9 o'clock in the evening, after dinner there is nothing to do at all. It is called, have dinner and go to bed or go to the bazaar, no one is anywhere! The only plus is that this hotel is very close to the sea: a minute or two to the sea, but again, there are no sunbeds there, if you like a back massage, lie down on the pebbles, you need to buy corals for your feet, because it is inconvenient to enter the water. I didn't ask what the sunbeds were for, but the sunbeds of the second hotel are also paid for.
In the end, I will say that in no case do not go to this hotel, it is better to pay extra and go to the beauty. Because people were constantly cursing there. There are always unhappy girls at the reception, without friendly smiles
And the nature in Beldiba is just class! That's why I recommend nature and a clean transparent sea! I will definitely come to this wonderful sea again, but only in 5* Don't take risks with these 4s!
2 Wi-Fi is written on the website for free - no, it costs $3 for three days, and you will be disconnected for the third day at 9:00 a. m.
3 private beach - there is none, you can use a towel for 200 lira per day to lie in the cold on sunbeds
- rooms with mold, old,
- no bathroom amenities
- towels and bedding stained,
- WIFI AND SAFE PAID (1$ per day),
- room cleaning only when you ask at the reception from 50 times it will turn out,
- for 7 days, the bed and towels were changed 1 time,
- you can not take towels out of the room,
- THERE IS NO OWN BEACH (went to the city, they give coupons for sunbeds)
-KITCHEN IS HORRIBLE, ONE CHICKEN, and everything is processed, fruits are rotten,
- the staff is rude (Hasan - the guy from the reception - communicates impolitely and fuck off),
The hotel spoiled the impression of the rest (if you have children, then definitely refuse!
ROOMS: small (three beds, two bedside tables, table, TV, balcony, bathroom). The room only appears to be cleaned. There is no hot water in the morning and in the evening, only during the day and only in the shower. The wash basin is always cold. From cosmetics, only something similar to soap in a dispenser on the wall. Towels are all marked by different hotels (it seems that they were bought in bulk second-hand).
FOOD: horror! It's impossible for kids to find anything. Meat is rare, fish even rarer. Mainly cereals and vegetables. And the constant feeling that someone, without really bothering, processed yesterday's porridge into a salad today (and this applies to all products! ). Portions are small, you need to ask for more to live. I traveled with two small children, so at first I went with two plates for the children, and then with one more for myself, so wild bewilderment was read in the eyes of the outstanding ones and each next portion was smaller than the previous one (and this despite the fact that choosing food is not particularly from All the food is beautiful and not very processed yesterday's food). Of the drinks - tea / coffee (available most of the time), drinks can not always be taken, alcohol is also by the hour.
STAFF: all staff are of the opinion "the tourist is nobody here, the worker is always right. " And this applies to any situation and any incident. No one will even try to solve your problem. They only know how to be rude and laugh. The "DJ" deserves special attention, who from morning till night "twirls" the music constantly playing loudly. During the sound of one song, he manages to make it minimally quiet three times and turn it on as loudly as possible four times (and it doesn’t matter if it’s still morning, lunch time or people go to bed). Sitting in the dining room with the family at the same table, it is sometimes unrealistic to just hear each other, and the children plug their ears and cry.
POOLS: on the territory of the hotel, almost in the dining room, there are two swimming pools. One is very small, for kids; the second is more, type for adults. In the pool for adults, almost everywhere the depth is 120 cm, only a very small part of the pool reaches a depth of 150 cm. But this, so to speak, is not for everyone. One slide descends into the large pool. But this slide, apparently, in this hotel is only for beautiful photos and advertising. She only works twice a day for 15 minutes!! ! In addition to this, the schedule of the slide at the hotel does not exist, who and how turns it on is not at all clear (everyone footballs tourists from one employee to another). And when I nevertheless tried to unravel the chain and reached the manager, he answered me: “The slide works twice a day, it turns on for 15 minutes. You need a slide, so sit next to it and wait, someday it will turn on ". And laughed!! ! My son never moved out in five days, although he really wanted to. It got to the point of absurdity: I see that the slide has started working, I run to the room, I put on swimming trunks for the child, we fly out into the street - and that's it, the slide has already worked out. Even with the tears and requests of the child, no one was able to turn on this slide for at least another 5 minutes.
BEACH: there are few sun loungers, the beach is dirty. People do not come from the hotel at all and take sun loungers. The entry into the sea is rocky, it hurts to enter without shoes. The sea is clean and transparent
Life hacks - ask for a room on the side of the Imperial, then there will be round-the-clock free Wi-Fi. It is possible to take the sunbeds of the neighboring hotel, if you do not lie there, but mostly swim. If you want to go to Antalya or Kemer, then you can wait for the minibus under the hotel itself, they go often. To Antalya 10 lira or 1.5 dollars, to Kemer - 6 lira or 1 dollar. (cheaper in lira, at the moment the local exchange rate is 8.2 for 1 dollar).
The description on Turpravda is incorrect in terms of nutrition - there is no late breakfast and snacks. Between lunch and dinner 5-6 hours difference. The plane arrived at 7 in the morning, while back and forth, for breakfast at 9:30 did not have time. Check-in only after 14:00 and no food options. The Internet and beach towels are paid, but the neighboring hotel saves on the Internet (even on the beach it catches on the ball), and the towels are unpretentious for 1 dollar. in shops nearby.
The rooms are simple but tolerable, there are worse. But here's the food - tin... I was not hungry, but some dishes were not the first freshness (fried potatoes were ALWAYS dry and stale, as if they were deep-fried yesterday and stored in the refrigerator, the chicken was once caught with a smell, and it was understandable by the smell, which was bad for her BEFORE cooking), which completely discourages faith in other dishes...
The only thing I really liked was the staff in the dining room (except for the pretzel, which watches the bar with tea and coffee), they all promptly cleaned the plates, tables and kept clean, which was very nice. We do not drink alcohol, so I will not say anything, but, judging by the others, you should not count on alcohol in the hotel at all. Tea and coffee only during breakfast, lunch and dinner and all. . .
Outside of this time, only yuppies (or whatever you call it) with the smell of bleach (after disinfecting the bottling machine, they didn’t bother to rinse it).
Considering the cost and the time of the year when we were, next time we would rather fly to the neighboring Imperial than here. The hotel is not worth the money we paid. It is necessary to either fly cheaper or more expensive, but not here for the money. Maybe everything has deteriorated, I don’t know, since the last time we were in Turkey a year ago...
The room is terrible, the service is at the lowest level (the staff is rude). Nobody cleans the rooms (you need to ask).
The kitchen is generally a quiet horror, the food, to put it mildly, is useless. It is IMPOSSIBLE to eat.
Don't waste your money and your nerves, don't go here EVER IN YOUR LIFE.
Why 4* is not clear.
