Ultra all inclusive? Come on. Cola, fanta, sprite once upon check-in in the fridge and that's all they call "ultra".
The rooms are unrealistically small for their stars do not pull. There is no place for things in the closet, from the word at all. From the air conditioner dirt flies all over the room. And this is with COVID!
The front desk is a nightmare. With 40% of Russian-speaking guests, there is not a single employee who understands. To ask a question in English, you need to wait in line until the only worker who understands and answers you. Changing rooms is unrealistic until you leave a negative review on Google or TripAdvisor. They sign up for a La Carte restaurant knowing that it will not work that day (how is this even possible?
The "face of the hotel" will apologize, say that everything will be fine, but she wanted to spit on the guests.
The only thing that interests her is positive reviews on the Internet.
Cards for towels: there are none or not enough. The recording takes place on a piece of cardboard torn from some box. Remember this is 5 stars!
Meals: queues for each dish 5-20 minutes. Fruits are unripe. Soups - night cooking, sour until the morning in the heat. Chicken is like tree bark, not chewed. A rotten palm tree under the main restaurant gave dishes an unrivaled flavor throughout the stay.
Animators are trying, but nothing new and impressive.
It may happen that for half a day there is no water in the entire hotel. I have no idea what to do if you are with a small child, for example.
Territory of the hotel: it is not.
The beach is small, but there is no place on it. The entrance to the water - stones, it hurts your feet, only in special shoes.
There are no free sunbeds after 7:00. Everything is taken from 4:00 in the morning.
There is nothing to see outside the hotel.
It is a pity that the junior staff of the hotel is trying their best, and the organization drowns these efforts.
From the pros: a beautiful sunset, beautifully the waves break on the shore, beautiful kittens.
Not worth your money.
No more feet here!
For us, the main criterion was a beautiful view, a room with a sea view, good food, a sandy beach. What we received in fact, I will tell you in more detail about each item:
About the beaches
There are two beaches on the territory of the hotel: from concrete slabs and sand and pebble (more of course pebble). Sunbeds, umbrellas in sufficient quantity, especially on weekdays when there are no locals.
There are also two pools, one of which has slides, but we do not swim in the pools in principle when we come to the sea
So it was important for us that the hotel had a sandy beach, but in this sense, the hotel certainly disappointed: the beach is small, there are a lot of pebbles, there are a lot of large stones at the bottom, a lot of algae washed ashore (probably it was high tide), the staff does not serve the beach practically, only periodically remove garbage.
BUT 10 minutes walk from the hotel there is an ideal urban sandy beach Ladies beach: no stones, clear water, gentle entrance, clean. Umbrella and two sunbeds for the whole day ~$8. But it’s better to go there on a weekday, because a lot of locals come to Kusadasi for the weekend
Russian is practically not spoken on the Aegean coast. The staff of this hotel is no exception - no one speaks Russian and I will say even more: English is normally spoken only at the reception, but it was possible to explain with simple English words and gestures)
About food
There is a main restaurant, 2 a la carte restaurants, 2 snack bars near the pool.
Three of the declared 5 places are open: the main and a la carte restaurants, and one snack bar near the pool.
Main restaurant: there are long queues, the choice of food does not change every day, but becomes more or less varied by the weekend when the locals come. There are many types of meat / fish, vegetables, rice, french fries and pasta, cherries, watermelon, peaches, apples, pears, sometimes melon from fruits. Delicious pastries are served only on weekends, on weekdays you should not even take them. The food is very tasty and we liked it, in general, the main thing for me is that there are french fries and this is the perfect place for me
Snack bar by the pool: during the day they serve delicious pizza, burgers, pasta, so you can easily arrange lunch here. In the evening they serve ice cream and pastries.
A la carte restaurant: we remembered about it on the last day, of course, there were no places, so sign up early in the morning and probably a couple of days in advance.
Drinks are standard (cola, fanta, sprite, yuppie), there is instant and Turkish coffee, I can’t tell you about alcohol, but the cocktails were more or less normal
The visiting card of the hotel is the views, the pier and the waves. Dinner overlooking the sunset, the waves, the atmosphere is magical.
Animation is, entertainment shows are arranged every evening.
